Cześć wspólna - jakby kuchnia nie ma zlewozmywaka trzeba nosić brudne talerze po posiłku do pokoi aby umyć w korytarzu w toaletach są bardzo małe umywalki i w nich nie ma na mycie opcji. Poza tym super wygodne miejsce.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026El personal es miy amable y cercano, nos informaron sobre todo lo que les preguntamos y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones y el baño son amplias y cómodas. Tienen un espacio común para poder comer o desayunar, y el hecho de que tengo parking facilta mucho la estancia. Repetiremos sin duda!! Muchas gracias!!!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Wynajęliśmy hotel tylko na jedną noc, żeby odpocząć po zwiedzaniu Wenecji. Właściciele życzliwi, doradzili gdzie się kierować żeby transportem publicznym dotrzeć do Wenecji. Mimo że okolica mało sprzyjająca (warto doczytać w internecie), właściciele dokładają wiele starań, aby czuć się bezpiecznie w hotelu. Jest duży wewnętrzny plac, na którym można zaparkować samochód, zamykany na noc na kłódkę.
Okolica mało sprzyjająca pobytom z dziećmi, szczególnie małymi. Polecam doczytać.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026I loved how accommodating the staff were to late check-ins (1am +) It is a family run hostel and they make sure you all feel welcome and safe.
The neighbourhood of Mestre is extremely well connected to Venice and Marco Polo airport, however, it felt a little bit unsafe in the night time. This is of no fault of the hostel, noted.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착하였지만, 추가요금 없이 체크인이 가능하였으며, 체크인 전, 체크인 이후에도 주차가 가능하였습니다. 공용주방에서 전자레인지, 냉장고, 커피포트 등을 이용할 수 있었고 공용 테라스가 있습니다. 주차장은 호텔 입구를 지나 식당 옆으로 가면 있습니다.
시설은 좀 오래 된 부분과 창문을 열었을때 모기장이 없는 것이 단점입니다. 그러나, 객실에 에어컨이 있었습니다.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Kilka minut na piechotę do przystanków autobusowych, stacji kolejowej oraz sklepów. Ogrodzony parking w cenie. Bardzo mili właściciele. Obiekt o dosyć podstawowym standardzie, ale wszystko sprawne i czyste. Stosunek jakość - cena jak dla mnie w porządku.
Malutka i specyficzna łazienka (być może w innych pokojach są większe z bardziej ergonomicznym układem ;)

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Гарне розташування, лише декілька хвилин пішки до залізничного вокзалу, поруч продуктовий магазин. Ввічливий персонал. У ванній кімнаті перегоріла лампочка і персонал дуже швидко вирішив цю проблему, встановивши інший світильник. Є кондиціонер, у спільній столовій кімнаті є холодильник та чайник.
Дуже скрипить підлога, у ванній кімнаті замість звичайних дверей - розсувні двері гармошка, які дуже гучно відчиняються і закриваються, вночі неможливо встати до туалету, щоб нікого не розбудити. Дуже маленький номер.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Very close to the train station, couldn't be happier with the available public transport near the accommodation. The staff were extremely nice and offered an upgrade to our room free of charge. There was a communal fridge, as well as some dishes for any small drinks or food.
The place could benefit with a sink, as it is hard to wash cups in the rooms, however, a minor issue overall.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Очень внимательный и дружелюбный хозяин. Номер и постель были чистыми, ванная комната маленькая, но это не как не влияет на проживание. Частная бесплатная парковка при гостинице, которая в ночное время закрывается и после выселение разрешили оставить автомобиль чтоб мы смогли погулять по городу, за это большое спасибо. К вокзалу идти прогулочным шагом 8 минут, также есть в 2 минутах автобусная остановка. Расположение отличное.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Cet établissement propose un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Il est renseigné comme un hôtel 1 étoile, mais il avait tout le confort nécessaire. Nous étions dans une grande chambre avec salle de bain privative. Néanmoins, j'ai pu me rendre compte que les sanitaires partagés étaient impeccables. Ceci n'est pas une critique, mais je dirais que les responsables n'apparaissent jamais sans un balai ou un produit d'entretien en main. Par respect pour leur travail, je dirais que je ne recommande pas cet endroit à celles et ceux qui ne partagent pas ces valeurs. À disposition, il y a une pièce commune avec un micro-onde, un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire et une machine à café avec pièces. Cet emplacement dispose aussi d'une terrasse commune où nous avons pris plusieurs repas. L'hôtel est à 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Mestre. Si nous retournons à venise, nous aimerions avoir la chance de trouver une chambre à cet endroit.
Rien ne nous a manqué pour passer un agréable séjour durant la Biennale. Merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur flexibilité.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Personale cortese e disponibile. Ogni domanda ha sempre avuto repentina risposta sia online che poi dal vivo . Abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina parcheggiata oltre al checkout per poi andare in centro a Venezia da Mestre. Camere e spazi impeccabilmente puliti. Alla prossima!

Betten etwas zu klein.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light, along with excellent air conditioning. Check in was fast and convenient. If you want to visit Venice without going way over your budget, this is a great option. It is also ideal if you have an early flight or train, as it is only a 12 minute walk from the train station

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Die Nuova Locanda Belvedere ist eine gute Wahl für alle, die Venedig erkunden möchten und dabei Wert auf eine praktische Lage legen. Der Bahnhof Mestre, Busverbindungen nach Venedig, und Supermärkte (Lidl) sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert unterwegs ist. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und der Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam. Außerdem war mein Zimmer bereits vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit bezugsfertig, was nach der Anreise sehr angenehm war. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern eine saubere, unkomplizierte Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten sind zusätzlich ein Pluspunkt für Reisende mit dem Auto.
Man sollte wissen, dass die Rezeption nicht dauerhaft besetzt ist. Wer den Service eines klassischen Hotels erwartet, könnte dies als kleinen Nachteil empfinden. Für meinen Aufenthalt war das jedoch kein größeres Problem.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026I was allowed to check out one hour later and to store my bag, for which I am very grateful. The mattress was comfy. The location is a 10 minute walk from the train station, which is why I chose it.
Honestly, I didn't sleep well because I could hear everything happening in the hallway and sometimes even next door. Isolation could be better. My sleep is light, so other people's experience may be different. Also, I'm pretty sure my shower only had soap, not a shampoo.

The neighborhood is on the opposite side of the typical tourist areas where most visitors stay, so if you are traveling alone, it may feel somewhat unsafe at night.

Ana karada temiz ve sakin konaklayabileceğiniz güvenilir bir yer. Eğer adada kalarak yüksek fiyat ödemek istemiyorsanız kesinlikle burayı tercih edin. Biz tuvalet banyo içeren odada kaldık fakat ortak kullanım alanlarının da temizliğinden emin olabilirsiniz. İşletme sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz.

唯一不足的是卫生间似乎有一股刚装修后的味道，非常明显

Reviewed May 14, 2026Очень чисто. Хозяин постоянно на месте, следит за порядком. Хорошо что есть своя бесплатная парковка , удобно. Рядом остановка , легко добираться на остров Венецию . В целом все хорошо . На 1 ночь нормально .
Не было в кухне мойки и печки . Не помешала бы . Не удобно было ходить мыть в санузел , который общий на весь отель.
