Hyatt Centric Sector17 Chandigarh

Fantastic property with outstanding service! The vibe is lively and energetic, but what truly sets Hyatt Centric apart is its team. The breakfast crew serves an addictive desi tea, and staff members like Sakshi and Parthib went above and beyond every day—always taking time to chat, suggest local specials, and deliver top-tier personalized hospitality. Highly recommended!

Perhaps some of dishes you order in room can be more special (tastier)

everything went well

nothing

Everything is good except the food. The staff are lovely and the rooms are comfortable. The kids loved the pool!

The food isn’t up to 5-star standards.

פשוט מלון מושלם

Breakfast was good. Room small Location good

Checkin process very slow. The staff kept us waiting and checked in guest who came after us. You have to call on all numbers of hotel to get room service. Every time you have to mail 3 -4 times on each number and if you are lucky someone will pickup Your call.

I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric. Everything about the stay was absolutely perfect, from the warm hospitality and comfortable rooms to the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. A special mention to Seraj from the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuinely helpful attitude made a noticeable difference. The room was always impeccably maintained, and he was incredibly courteous and attentive to every little requirement. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and the service truly reflected the standards you would expect from Hyatt. It was a comfortable, seamless, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Seraj, for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely look forward to staying at Hyatt Centric again!

nice modern infrastructure, well maintained. extremely friendly and professional staff.

Everything my whole stay was really very good.

The coffee was delicious and the cookies were baked to perfection, Mr. Dishant was very warm and welcoming. Thank you.

Terrible experience - poor service, average food, unclean rooms, argumentative staff. Felt very unsafe as a solo traveller and hotel not interested in helping.

FUNN TIME! Smooth checkin, great food and lovely ambiance. Killer room decor 💕

Coordinate food from various places. We got our tea and indian snacks in a giffy, but the contemporary took awhile.

Excellent Family Stay in the Heart of Chandigarh We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing experience. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great selection and consistently high quality. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We were traveling with a baby, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for baby food, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams were all attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel's central location is another major advantage, making it easy to explore Chandigarh. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Hyatt Centric Chandigarh to families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt centric. The hotel felt modern and comfortable, and my room was clean and nicely maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would recommend Nakul and Samrjeet singh two staff members who were were kind and helpful.

Food was very good and the service by Ms Khushi was absolutely pleasant

They were very accommodating and flexible. We were provided an upgraded room by some confusion in the names but they didn't drag us through the hassle of changing it.

Nothing.

Location was great and strategic. The rooms are clean, well maintained and modern. Especially love their big bath tubs and how consistent their water temperature and pressure is. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests. The buffet had a wide range of choices, enjoyed the freshly made parathas and masala omelettes. Their fresh fruit juice was a nice kick start during breakfast.

Lobby entrance is a bit small making it a bit crowded during rush hour. Other than that nothing.

ROOM SIZE NOT VALUE FOR. MONEY

Location, Breakfast Buffet was sumptuous.

Room was small!! No hair dryer!!!!

Overall an amazing experience. Especially with the kind help and hospitality of Khushi.

The cleanliness was not upto the mark and the bathroom fittings were also not working upto the mark. Rest the stay was comfortable and staff was also very accommodating.

The bathroom fittings were not upto the mark.

Nothing

We stayed at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh, Sector 17, and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel makes a great first impression with its beautiful entrance and stylish lobby. The location is also very convenient for exploring Chandigarh. The room was clean, modern and tastefully furnished, with a nice view outside. However, it felt a bit compact and gave us a slight claustrophobic feeling. While comfortable, it wasn’t among the most spacious or relaxing hotel rooms we have experienced. Another small inconvenience was the dining table in the room, which was too small to comfortably accommodate a full meal. The biggest disappointment was the food. We found it to be average, and it did not justify the prices. Even the tea, which cost around ₹475 per cup, was quite underwhelming. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel is well maintained, has a pleasant atmosphere and is in a great location. With improvements in the dining experience and a more practical room layout, it would be an even better place to stay.

Everything was perfect, Upto the mark.

Everything was perfect

It was extremely smooth. Room was very well maintained. Khushi from FnB services was very helpful. 100% recommended to stay in Hyatt when you’re in Chandigarh.

Excellent location, though very old property but well maintained. Good breakfast spread and quality of food. Staff can be more prompt in addressing requests

Our stay at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys a great location, but what made our experience exceptional was the warmth and hospitality of the team. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with an excellent variety and impeccable service. A special mention to Chef Harish and Sakshi from the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine care, attentiveness, and warm hospitality made every meal a delight. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the hotel made the occasion incredibly special. Our room was beautifully decorated, and we were surprised with one of the best birthday cakes we have ever had. Compliments to the pastry chef—his craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Hyatt Centric Chandigarh team for creating such wonderful memories. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful service.

Overall, a very positive experience. The event space is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with great acoustics and climate control. Stage visibility was good from all seating areas, and the service staff was polite and helpful.

I'm pawan I'm in hyatt centric and the rakesh have very good service it's really good

Thank you for your service Dhruv and special thnx to susmit for well maintained our event and other things

Food was very good and service was very nice and helpful. The room was confortable with all amenities needed. Probably one of the best Hotels in Chandigarh. The city is so interesting, Green and well designed that the story only is enough to worth a visit and the HOtel is the best option. Polite staff, good breakfast and a pleasant garden to sit and enjoy the weather when it is good.

Fake Grass, and Fake decoration. India can provide for so much fresh products and flowers that I could not really understand this. Poor options for Tourists to go around the city to discover it.

Lovely place to stay

Nothing. Very practical

Congenital staff

Nothing

Breakfast
