Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The property located in the center of Sorrento in the pedestrian only street , the ferry and train station 10 minutes walking distance. The balcony was a plus after a busy day sitting outside people watching. Viviana and Stephanie are wonderful hosts helping us a lot.

The shower was really small but definitely not a show stopper. The amenities such as refrigerator, safe, and Desk makes up for the lack of shower space. Overall not much to dislike the place is awesome

Ficamos nos quartos Red e Grey. São no último andar(4o. andar). O Pé direito dos quartos era de 1,50m ou menos. Bati minha cabeça inúmeras vezes. Reclamei com a recepção tentando mudar de quarto, já que tinha alugado 2 iguais. Não me mudaram. Os quartos não tem janela, somente claraboia, o que é horrível, não temos vista pra nada. Em cima da claraboia, era cheio de pombos, que faziam barulho o tempo todo. O banheiro é ok, apesar do chuveiro não ter boa pressão de água. O Café da manhã fica em um restaurante há 2 quadras do hotel, e todo dia tem exatamente as mesmas coisas pra comer e beber. Não tem opção de fruta. Tem que levar um cartão que o hotel te dá. Um dia esqueci de levar, e não quiseram me servir o café. Tive que andar as 2 quadras ida e volta pra tomar o café. Uma chateação O Elevador é uma piada a parte, só cabem 2 pessoas, só vai até o 3o. andar (meus quartos eram no 4o. andar). Subindo andando, chegávamos mais rápido que pelo elevador, que era super lento.

Reviewed May 17, 2026The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is good, in the old town center. But as it is in the old town, carpark is actually not possible. So, we had to park our car in a chartered carpark garage a few hundred meters away and took the shuttle bus to a location close of the hotel. The car park guy is very friendly and helpful. The lift is cute and small, maybe too small. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect. Newly decorated, clean and comfortable.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Localização excelente, fica bem no centro de sorrento, próximo à mercado, restaurantes, lojas e etc. Quarto muito limpo e moderno - ponto alto foi o dyson no banheiro. Atendentes muito simpáticas e solicitas.
Essa hospedagem não é bem um hotel, não conta com recepção 24h e serviços que hotéis oferecem. O elevador, por exemplo, só funciona das 8h às 23h, então caso tenhas que fazer check out mais cedo, precisa descer as malas pelo elevador na noite anterior ou encarar as escadas.

There was quite a lot of noise from people walking past and being close to reception we could hear people entering and leaving the property.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026The location is amazing, but a challenge to find the first time. It is on a very small side street just feet away from the main street. You cannot drive to the hotel, you do need to carry your bags a little way. The location is totally worth though, it was very walkable to anything you would want to do.
Parking was far, but that gets sorted out the first night and then you don't need your car at all! Be sure you know where the exact location is, as it is a little challenging the first time and then so easy and great!

Viviana was extremely friendly both with queries before arriving and also providing amazing recommendations to explore Sorrento and the best food locations! They were extremely kind and provided a small bottle of Champagne to celebrate a 30th Birthday. The rooms were spacious and clean and felt cozy when arriving back after a long day of exploring Pompeii.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Top Lage, überaus freundliches Personal. WhatsApp/E-mail mit allen wichtigen Infos im Voraus. Parkgarage für 25€ pro Tag, mit gratis Shuttle Service in die Nähe des Hotels. Am nächsten Tag haben sie uns sogar unser Auto in die Nähe des Hotels gebracht - wirklich super und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden Palazzo Tasso wieder buchen!

La camera molto bella e pulitissima, con tutto l'occorrente. Presente in camera anche la macchinetta del caffè (con capsule) bollitore, tè e camomille, tutto a disposizione. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile.
La struttura presenta un ascensore che non può essere usato durante la chiusura della reception. Un problema solo per chi fosse poco propenso a fare qualche rampa di scale.

Utilissimo il codice per aprire la porta della camera al posto della solita chiave, ci ha fatto molto piacere anche trovare le capsule per il caffè e le bustine di té. Posizione ottima al centro di Sorrento, a pochi metri dalla stazione della circumvesuviana. Consigliatissimo!
