The location was amazing. The apartment was very clean and well looked after. We had clean towels every day. The balcony was nice.

The room was a little bit smaller than I thought it would be.

Amazing location!!! You step outside your door and you are in the heart of Sorrento. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I loved the shower. It was beautiful, endless hot water, good pressure/volume, and soft water. Do yourself a favor and book this place. I 100% recommend.

The only complaint was the lobby/staircase. it's three long flights of walking up or using a small elevator. The weather was quit hot during our stay and the staircase was like a sauna.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at `La Casa dell'Orologio' this is situated in the main Square Piazza Tasso which is an amazing location, room number 2. This was not overlooking the main square (Actually situated behind the clock that overlooks the square) which was ideal as we could not hear the noise to much from all the scooters and cars, and believe me the square is a hive of activity. The room itself was very adequate for our needs. Julia was very helpful host during our stay and also the housekeeper (Forgot her name) If I ever visit Sorrento again this is where I would stay 10/10

Shame there is no breakfast but there are numerous restaurants and cafe's on the doors-step by the main entrance so this was not a problem as we new this. I can't really fault the hotel / room.

Great location in the main square, super easy to go everywhere, plenty of shops and restaurants around, we stayed in room 7, very clean and spacious, the staff were very kind and helpful as well, would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This was a great property for the location and comfortable rooms. Communication before arriving was excellent and helpful.

I liked the location. The room was very small and the bed was not very comfortable, specifically the pillows gave me neck pain… the hostess was great and very helpful and sweet.

room size was small. ac didnt work in the beginning but then started working , but it made me sick and i got a cold from the a/c as it became too cold and hard to regulate temperature.

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The breathtaking sea centre made every morning and evening unforgettable. The location was perfect for exploring Sorentto while still offering peace and relaxation. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and always available to help. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect Sorentto experience!

Fabulous central location and balcony overlooking the square.

Had to ask for an iron, water pressure was weak and slow and the hairdryer was poor.

The location was amazing, more than I had dreamt of, right at the front of the main Square, surrounded by mountains, other historical buildings strip of shops and the hustle and bustle. Julia was a perfect host and very helpful when needed. I will be back 100%.!

Location, location, location! Having a harder time walking, it was a fabulous location for those who have mobility issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de l ‘Orologio and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento. Pros Excellent Location The biggest advantage of this apartment is its unbeatable location right in Piazza Tasso, just behind the famous clock tower. You are in the heart of everything, restaurants, shopping, cafés, markets, and all the lively energy of Sorrento. Some may find the square busy, but we absolutely loved the atmosphere. Spacious and Comfortable Apartment This is not a traditional hotel, but a charming apartment with two separate rooms: a comfortable bedroom and a living room with TV and seating space. It felt much more spacious than a standard hotel room. Bright and Airy Two large French windows let in plenty of natural light, making the apartment feel cheerful and welcoming. Comfortable Bed & Good Bathroom The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with everything we needed. Helpful and Kind Hosts Once we connected with the hosts, they were extremely kind and helpful. They provided lots of useful recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and local markets, which really enhanced our stay. Secure Access System They provide one card that opens all three doors sequentially—the main building entrance, the apartment complex door, and the apartment itself. Once inside, the system works smoothly and feels secure. Cons Check-in Can Be Stressful at First The only real downside is the arrival/check-in process. Since there is no front desk or onsite reception, getting in initially can feel a bit confusing. Sometimes the bell system may not work, and you may need to call the manager for assistance. Final Verdict Despite the slightly tricky first entry, this was a minor issue compared with all the benefits. The superb location, spacious layout, comfort, and helpful hosts made this a fantastic place to stay in Sorrento.

The first time you enter the apartment it may be tricky after that it is smooth sailing.

The location in the center is wonderful! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was fine.

A larger sign on the front door. We spend probably 45 minutes finding the hotel in the midst of the crowded center. Of course, once we knew where it was - no further problem.

Fantastic location! Staff was quick to respond to communications. Room was large and well appointed.

It did get noisy one night but we had the windows open so it was very quiet with closed windows.

The location was absolutely perfect. Warm interactions with Gulia and Antastasia. Quick response for the emergency number used.

The location was ideal. 10 min walk from the train station, 10 mins to the port, and right by great restaurants in Plaza Tasso. Room was large, very comfortable beds, great shower. The balcony view was also nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, answered all of our questions.

La ubicación es muy buena ,pero al estar en pleno centro eso conlleva que haya mas ruido. Obvio que este tema es ajeno al establecimiento.

We had a lovely stay in Sorrento. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to walk around, explore the town, and enjoy the beautiful views.

Location was perfect. It was just steps from the main square. Although my balcony did not overlook the square or any view, it was fine to open during the day to ventilate the room.

Very central location in Sorrento, close to restaurants and train station.

AC in room did not work, had to sleep with windows open to achieve a cool enough sleeping temp. The beds also had a rubber mattress protector which is understandable but it is loud when moving in the bed and with AC not working only exacerbated the heat and sweating in bed.

Perfect location overlooking the town square without any crowd noise. Room was excellently appointed and super comfortable including the king bed. FYI, the hotel occupies only one of the upper floors of the building, so there was not a traditional downstairs lobby, but that wasn't an issue other than for the first few minutes of finding the location. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

Occasionally there was a whirring sound upstairs that we later determined to be the building's computerized control system for the solar panel system. Woke me up once but overall not an issue.

房間陽台清晨會有陽光照射進來 陽台外就是街區非常漂亮，很喜歡這樣的樣台窗景 住宿地點離鬧區很近非常方便，距離超市跟洗衣店都不遠 房間是古典設計很舒適，雖然是古老造型但浴室很乾淨舒適

房間稍微小了一點 另外比較不方便房間內飲食，若能附上咖啡機會更好 另外浴室排水比較慢 但這些都不是太大的問題

This stay was an amazing choice! The room was beautiful and spacious. You open your balcony doors to spectacular views of the main square and beyond! You can sit there and watch all of the action without leaving your room. When you do leave your room however, you are close to everything!! Sorrento is a gem and staying here made it even more fantastic. Front desk and cleaning staff are so sweet and helpful. We used their shuttle service to the airport and our driver arrived on time at 6:00 AM and was also friendly and wonderful. If we can ever get back to Sorrento, which we hope to do, this will be where we stay.

The bed was so immensely hard and uncomfortable that it ruined our last few days.I couldn't sleep, tossed and turned and have aches. Why wouldn't the hotel just invest a little bit in more comfortable beds. I had the worst night's sleep of my life! The staff was friendly.The location is great, but my god, it was like sleeping on wood!

We had an awesome time in Sorrento and La Casa dell'Orologio was the ideal place for us to stay while in Sorrento. It is in front of Piazza Tasso, close to everything that makes Sorrento a great place to visit. Restaurants, shopping, walking, everything. The “admin” part could not be easier, from booking to check in to check out everything was seamless. The facilities are great. Beautifully renovated, however retaining the charm of the original construction. Highly recommend.

It’s it the heart of Sorrento, so there is definitely a noise factor, as the main square, bars and restaurants are outside the windows.
