Cadre très sympa et piscine très agréable

This hotel was excellent. The staff, room and food were excellent and it was spotlessly clean. It's a short walk into Chaing Rai centre with its night market and restaurants. The swimming pool was a real bonus and the area was quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

El desayuno era muy completo, tenías mucha variedad de productos. La habitación estaba muy bien, era amplia, las camas cómodas y estaba limpia. Estaba bien ubicado.

Habitaciones amplias, en nuestra habitación no funcionaba el aire, al hacer el chech out lo dijimos, se disculparon y nos hicieron un regalo. Muy buen desayuno y muy buena piscina.

La Nak Nakara est un bel hôtel, bien situé, avec une très jolie piscine et une salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le ménage (impeccable) est fait tous les jours. Le personnel est courtois, discret et très attentionné. Merci à cette équipe pour cette belle expérience !

Pool was excellent but a little crowded at around 6pm. I think it was a salt water system. Easy on the eyes. Very clean. Breakfast excellent with omlette station. Very courteous staff. Room and bathroom were great. We loved this hotel and would stay again next time in Chiang Rai.

El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy cómodas. La ducha muy amplia y con vestidor a la entrada. Las habitaciones dan a un lugar amplio ajardinado, decorado de forma oriental con farolillos y estatuas. La piscina cierra a las 22:00!! Cerca de todo.

Superbe hôtel. Nous avons adoré notre séjour . Chambres très calmes, spacieuses et très propres Literie confortable. La piscine est très agréable.. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié, les plats cuisinés sont différents tous les jours . Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Le personnel est très agréable et très discret .

La struttura è un po’ datata, ma nel complesso è pulita e ben tenuta. All’inizio abbiamo avuto una piccola incomprensione riguardo alla scelta della camera, perché avevamo richiesto una stanza con una vista più bella, ma il problema è stato risolto immediatamente e senza difficoltà. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione è davvero buonissima. L’unica pecca è che la struttura avrebbe bisogno di essere un po’ rinnovata e la vista dalle camere non è particolarmente bella. Tuttavia, considerando che durante il giorno eravamo sempre fuori a visitare i dintorni, per noi non è stato un problema. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super. Besonders hervorzuheben war für uns das umfangreiche Ausflugsangebot, das wir gerne genutzt haben, um schöne Ausflüge in der interessanten Umgebung zu machen.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer. Eines war super, das andere roch etwas streng nach Schimmel. Aber das war auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Das ganze Team ist überaus freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Selten so überaus freundliche Mitarbeiter getroffen. Das Hotel ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Reinigungskräfte sind so gründlich, dass sie sogar die Aufladekabel der Handys aufgerollt haben. Auch das Frühstück war super lecker.

Struttura pulita, con bella piscina. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione varia, abbondante e ottima. Possibilità di affittare biciclette. Organizzazione delle visite e del trasferimento fino la frontiera del Laos.

Hemos estado solo una noche pero el hotel muy bien y el personal escepcional. El desayuno estupendo. El hotel tiene muchos detalles con los huéspedes como agua gratis y comida en zonas comunes.

We really loved our stay here! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the pool area was great. The breakfast quality and selection was probably the best of our travels so far, and they even have an area with free fruit, water and snacks to help yourself to through the day. On check-in, the friendly reception team showed us a map with recommendations of places to visit, and the location of the hotel was great for accessing the main parts of the town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very friendly and helpful staff who were always happy to assist with anything we needed. The hotel provides bicycles for guests to use, as well as complimentary fruit and water. The location is very convenient — about a 7–10 minute walk from the market.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was that some special requests regarding food were not successfully handled by the staff. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Este hotel.es un acierto absoluto haberlo elegido. Primero por su relación calidad precio, que es lo más importante, y segundo por todo lo demás; personal super atento y agradable, instalaciones impecables, servicios muy buenos, con piscina de horario amplio, com gimnasio y zona de juegos grstuita como billar, entorno tranquilo, muy limpio, y habitaciones preciosas cuidadaa al último detalle. Además de esto cuenta con parquing y buena ubicación. Por cierto, el desayuno, completísimo, variado y además camabia diariamente. Hotel 100% recomrndable en Chiang Rai.

Zimmer waren sehr groß und Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Restaurant hat typische thailändische Küche aber auch internationale Küche. Die Massage war einfach super und auch die sonstigen Angebote waren alle höchst zufriedenstellend.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel! Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie op 5 minuten loopafstand van de Saturday Night Market (aanrader!). Mooi zwembad waar je zonder betaling fruit en water kunt pakken. Er is een 24-uurs fitness waar ook een tafeltennistafel en airhockey/pooltafel staan. Het hotel heeft een gratis fietsverhuur. Mocht het hard regenen, dan zit direct links, wanneer je het hotel uitloopt, een klein restaurantje waar een echtpaar heerlijk eten maakt. Een paar meter verder is een hele fijne massagesalon waar wij heel positief over waren.

De prijzen voor de laundry service zijn relatief hoog; wij hebben onze kleding daarom naar een locale laundyservice gebracht.

We had a family room (two connecting rooms) which were large and comfortable. One bathroom had a bath with a shower over, the other a walk-in shower. The hotel was beautiful and the grounds really nice and well tended. The kids loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent.

Net buiten het drukke centrum. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel en de familie kamer was echt top. (Kids 14 en 11) .kamer met 2 aparte deuren waardoor je toch nog genoeg privacy hebt.

Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Zwembad was heerlijk en de kamers waren mooi ingericht met gratis water en gratis drankjes. Ontbijtbuffet was prima met goede mix tussen thais eten en westers eten.

Zo fijn hotel. Wij hadden een 3 persoons kamer met 3 goede bedden een heerlijke douche. Ruime kamer. Ontbijt is echt heerlijk met allerlei gerechten. Het personeel is super aardig en zijn heel behulpzaam. Met de regen konden wij paraplu’s lenen. Fijne afstand naar het gezellige plaatsje met leuke bars en live muziek. Het zwembad vonden wij heerlijk met goede ligstoelen.

Es un hotel encantador. Todo el personal es súper amable y las instalaciones son geniales. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y bonitas. La limpieza es perfecta. La zona de la piscina es encantadora, todo en muy buen estado y el desayuno riquísimo. Tiene  agua, fruta y bebidas de cortesía. Volveria a ir sin duda! Sobre la situación, para ir al Night Market hay un paseo de 10-15 min. La verdad es que como en todo Tailandia, el camino no está muy pensado para peatones, pero si se prefiere coger un grab se tarda menos de 5 min y nos cobraba 70 bth. En resumen, totalmente recomendable.

De vriendelijkheid van AL het personeel!!

In het informatie boekje stond iets over het gebruik van de handdoeken. In grote lijnen mee eens maar als men begint met de handdoeken te halveren qua maat ben je al aardig onderweg en heb je nog steeds een flinke lap om je af te drogen
