The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to visit the night market and nearby temples. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of choices.

However, the scent sprayed in the lobby was too strong for our liking, and the in-room amenities were quite basic

Our favourite stay in Thailand!! Le Patta was genuinely our favourite accommodation of our entire Thailand trip, and somehow it was also our shortest stay!! We absolutely loved everything about it. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Chiang Rai. Over our two days there we walked pretty much everywhere apart from the temples, which made exploring so easy. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous- modern, incredibly clean, spacious and so comfortable, with lovely balconies as well. The staff were exceptional and honestly the kindest and most attentive we experienced anywhere during our trip. We didn’t have any cash left on our final day and genuinely wished we did because we would have loved to tip them for how amazing they were. There were also so many thoughtful extras, including self service laundry facilities, free snacks and even complimentary bikes to explore the area. Breakfast was amazing too and we seriously regretted not having it both mornings! We managed to see everything we wanted to in Chiang Rai, but we loved the city and Le Patta so much that we will 100% be returning in the future. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Loved our stay. From start to finish we had a great experience. Very comfortable and great location. Plus on check out we mentioned we needed to go to the bus station and was told they would take us for free right away. Great service and free snacks.

We stayed for ten days. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city. Short walk to multiple Thai and western restaurants, 7-11, spas, and the Night Bazaar. The breakfast was great…small buffet with a large menu selection cooked fresh. The staff friendly and bilingual. The lobby offers a variety of snacks, fruits, and drinks for free all day.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. On rainy days, I recommend doing massage in Grand SPA, which is about 400m away, or working out in the gym. On sunny days, you can go biking in the town. Th cleanliness and complimentary drinks and snacks are important comfort for travelers

Der Service war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr komfortabel. Auch die gesamte Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service und die herzliche Atmosphäre. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wirklich schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast bar was delicious. The location was convenient. The self-serve washer and dryer and lounge room were a wonderful addition. (with the help-yourself snacks) This hotel was exactly what I was looking for.

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal night bazar. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, struttura dotata di ogni confort, con una sala a disposizione dotata di snack, panini e bevande offerte dall’hotel. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Tutto preparato al momento dai sandwich alle uova passando per i pancake che puoi riscaldarti. Ottimo il servizio laundry e la palestra di fronte a disposizione e inclusa molto fornita.

L’albergo è molto bello e si trova in una posizione centrale, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. La nostra stanza era ampia, mentre il bagno era davvero enorme, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto piacevole anche la piscina.

L’unico aspetto che mi ha convinta meno è stata la colazione a buffet, sia perché la proposta non incontrava particolarmente i miei gusti, sia perché personalmente apprezzo molto di più le strutture che permettono di scegliere la colazione da un piccolo menù e preparano i piatti espressi. Trovo che sia un modo per mangiare qualcosa di appena cucinato e di maggiore qualità, evitando allo stesso tempo gli sprechi e l’inevitabile sovrabbondanza dei buffet. Potrebbe essere un bel suggerimento per rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Was vergeten door te geven, vandaar op deze manier. Voor de rest was alles uitstekend. We waren als gezin met kinderen hief en hadden 2 kamers geboekt. We hebben ervan genoten.

Tout était parfait! Le personnel aux petits soins. Le très bon petit déjeuner fait à la demande. Des snacks sont en libre service pour les clients dans un petit salon. Possibilité de faire des machines (90 bahts). Proche du Night Market à pieds (moins de 10 minutes). Les visites des temples peuvent se faire en Grab. Tout est à 20 minutes en voiture.

L'hôtel était vraiment très calme lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons croisé aucun client. Tout est propre et le personnel très gentil. Le déjeuner est très bon. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, car il pleuvait beaucoup lors de mon séjour.

A comfortable hotel with very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. There are many complementary snacks, drinks and fruit on offer both in room and in a lounge area. There are washing machines and dryers available for 90 Baht each. You get access to a fantastic gym across the road. At first glance it looks a little isolated but turn left when walking out of the hotel and turn left at the first major road you come to. There you will find everything you need including many eateries, massages and money changes etc. There are many markets nearby. Lanna cooking tour is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Soundproofing is not the best and they need to upgrade the pillows.

Charming hotel conveniently located in the heart of Chiang Rai town centre. Spacious rooms tastefully decorated with a spacious bathroom and small balcony looking over the outdoor pool. The staff are very polite and efficient, always greeting you with genuine warmth and respect. Walking distance to the night bazaar and various restaurants, bars and clubs. Recommended for couples and families.

Nothing much to complain about. The hotel car park is a bit small, only room for seven or eight vehicles, otherwise you need to park in the road at the front.

Zeer prettig verblijf gehad. Alles op loopafstand. Goed ontbijt met veel keuze van de kaart maar ook van buffet. Wasmachines en droger aanwezig voor 90 baht per keer. Ook een lounge waar je gratis snacks, broodjes en drinken kan pakken voor daar of voor op de kamer. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Ze komen altijd snel aangelopen om je te helpen met de deur of koffers maar ook voor vragen. Ik had gemaild of de kamer versierd kon worden als verassing voor mij vriendin. Zonder extra kosten was dit geen probleem. Alles is in de buurt van de night bazaar tot aan de walking Street, je loopt er zo heen.

Our stay at **Le Patta Resort & Hotel Chiang Rai** was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hospitality was truly outstanding and added a personal touch to the entire experience. The facilities were excellent—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the **complimentary bicycle service**, which made exploring Chiang Rai both fun and convenient. The **free umbrella service** was another thoughtful gesture that came in handy during unpredictable weather and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests' comfort. The location is simply perfect. Situated right in the heart of Chiang Rai, the hotel is within easy walking distance of many of the city's major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and the famous night market. It served as the ideal base for exploring everything the city has to offer without the need for long commutes.

Nothing significant—our stay was excellent from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. The staff, facilities, and location were all outstanding.

Excellent, delicious buffet breakfast that also included made to order items also. It was very filling. The customer service is excellent, and the staff was very kind. They have a room that has to-go snacks with sandwiches and fresh cut fruit. Very helpful to grab a snack for the road. The location is a short walk to everything in the city center.

Good location.

The pool was not available to use throughout our stay. This was not brought to our attention what so ever and not mentioned when checking in. We rushed sightseeing around Chiang Rai to return back to a sign showing that the pool was closed for maintenence. We felt this was very poor and underhand from hotel management. This was a 2000+ baht room hotel and to have no pool access did not represent value for money in the area. Had we known beforehand we would have stayed elsewhere. No compensation was offered and when I submitted a complaint to booking.com they rang us later whilst we were trying to rest. There is a spa on site and apparently a bar somewhere - can't see how it would have been difficult to offer drinks or spa access as a compromise. It was only through booking.com that we managed to get a partial refund and this was disputed by the hotel. 'Complimentary minibar' was a bit of a joke. The free items comprised of a small packet of lays and 2 cans of soft drink Should be noted that the hotel was to be without power the same week so clearly are having some maintenence issues. I would recommend staying elsewhere if looking at 4* hotels in the area.

L’emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur de Chiang Rai, à quelques pas du marché de nuit, des restaurants et des principales attractions de la ville. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les snacks et boissons offerts, une attention très appréciable qui fait la différence. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel. En plus d’un buffet de qualité, plusieurs plats sont préparés à la carte, avec un excellent choix et une présentation soignée. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs petits-déjeuners que j’ai eus dans un hôtel en Thaïlande. L’ensemble de l’établissement dégage une atmosphère calme et accueillante. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix et une adresse que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation lors d’un séjour à Chiang Rai. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location was great, close to restaurants and pubs. Big room, comfortable bed, very clean and great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool wasn’t clean and we couldn’t use it for a couple of days.

The location is excellent for nighttime walks to the market and restaurants. It is clean and the staff is lovely.

It is a little pricey for the area.

The room was large, with all the facilities you could need that were clean. The bed was really comfortable. The staff, particularly James at the desk were kind, smiley and respectful of us and our infant. The complimentary snacks of fruit, pudding and biscuits were highly appreciated as we were hungry when we arrived! The pool was a godsend with the hot weather, too! Location was close to everything.

I loved everything about this hotel. Staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the free mini bar that they kept stocked daily, the high level of room keep-up and good amenities, the location very central within walking distance to the night bazaar. There is also parking on site.

There was nothing I disliked.
