Een heel aangenaam boutiquehotel met een mooie, rustige uitstraling. De kamers waren stijlvol, comfortabel en verzorgd. Het hotel heeft een gezellige sfeer en is een fijne uitvalsbasis om Chiang Rai en de omgeving te ontdekken. Een absolute topper was het uitgebreide ontbijt. Er was veel keuze en alles was vers en erg lekker. Wat vooral opviel, was de vriendelijke en behulpzame service. Het personeel was attent en stond steeds klaar om te helpen. Een kleinschalig hotel met veel charme. Tijdens onze rondreis door Thailand behoorde Mora Boutique Hotel zeker tot de hotels die ons het meest bevielen.

Camera grande e curata, bella tutta la struttura, staff reception e ristorante molto gentile, colazione sia a buffet che alla carta varia e molto buona, bella piscina. Ci hanno prenotato un autista che ci ha portato a visitare Tempio Bianco, Casa Nera e Tempio Blu per poi portarci, dopo un pranzo veloce lungo la strada, all'aeroporto. Un grande valore aggiunto: la spa. Miglior massaggio tradizionale Thai di sempre (da appassionata, ne ho fatti molti sia in questo viaggio che in viaggi precedenti, in Thailandia o spa thailandesi). Scelto massaggio forte. Per 2 giorni dolori come post allenamento ma una sensazione di relax mai provata prima.

Our stay at Mora Boutique Hotel was a lovely experience overall. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and calm, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful. They truly made us feel at home. We also really enjoyed the Thai massage at Mora Spa, it was excellent and definitely a must-try if you’re staying at Mora! 💆🏻‍♀️❤️ Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Our stay at Mora Hotel Boutique was fabulous from start to finish. The pool is incredible — one of the highlights of the whole stay — and the value for money is exceptional. The staff were absolutely lovely, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout our time there. The room design was beautifully thought out, with careful attention to detail, and having a bathtub right in the room to relax in was a wonderful touch. Breakfast was outstanding too, with a wide variety of dishes to try every morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Rai!

Le personnel était très agréable et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner était remarquable. On avait droit un service personnalisé à table avec des plats que l’on choisissait sur une carte et c’était très bon. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un parking, bien utile lorsqu’on arrive en voiture de location

Très bel hôtel. Personnel très professionnel et attentif à nos demandes et notre confort. Le service était parfait ainsi que les équipements de l’hôtel: piscine, salle de sport. Un petit déjeuner très copieux, varié et une très belle présentation chaque jours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

הדבר היחיד שקצת הפריע הוא מהירות ההגשה בחדר האוכל. האוכל מוגש לשולחן לבחירה וכל מנה הגיעה בנפרד ולקח הרבה זמן. אבל זה באמת היה מינורי יחסית לתמורה הכללית ולשביעות הרצון שלנו.

One of the best hotel i've been, everything was amazing: the staff was extremely friendly and exactly what would you expect from a 5 star hotel. The room was stunning: very big with a lovely bathtub. The breakfast was also very good with a big menu where you can order everything you want and a nice buffet (as an european i would add more sweet choices personally) but everything i ordered was amazing. I also enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and my favourite part of my stay was the breakfast and food, which were excellent.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by cleanliness issues. During my two-night stay, I had ants in my room from the first day and then discovered a cockroach on the second day. I have stayed in many 3- to 5-star hotels throughout Thailand and have never encountered a cockroach in a hotel room before. When I reported the cockroach, a staff member came to my room with a broom and killed it beside the bathtub. I mentioned that I believed it was already dead as it was lying on its back, but he said it wasn't. Unfortunately, I had already filled the bathtub and was looking forward to a relaxing bath. After seeing the cockroach killed beside it, I no longer felt comfortable using it. I felt it would have been more appropriate to remove it from the room before dealing with it elsewhere. What disappointed me most was how my concerns were handled. At checkout, I politely asked whether any partial compensation could be considered. Rather than acknowledging how the ants and cockroach affected my stay, the focus was on why I hadn't reported the ants on the first day. I hadn't mentioned them earlier because I didn't want to make a fuss and hoped it was an isolated issue. I understand that insects can occasionally occur in tropical climates. However, I would expect a five-star hotel to have high cleanliness standards and to handle situations like this with empathy and professionalism. While I appreciated the apology and that the room was cleaned afterwards, this did not change the experience I had during my stay. Although I understand their explanation regarding the ants, I did report the cockroach immediately while I was still staying at the hotel. What was supposed to be one of the highlights of my trip became one of its biggest disappointments. Booking.com Customer Service has also contacted the hotel on my behalf regarding my refund request, and at the time of writing I have been informed that they have not yet responded to Booking.

Phantastic breakfast with a great variety of asian and european dishes. Room comfortable and cosy. Perfect bed. Central location, you reach points of interest by walking or a short drive.

I had to insist, that breakfast is included for genious members. Finally they accepted. Smokers might feel like pariahs, only one smoking section behind the parking lot sparely covered by sunshades which are not sufficient in case of rain.

Een heel erg fijn hotel! Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.. Een dikke 10 voor deze mensen! Goed eten en drinken aanwezig. Fijne plek boven op de rooftop bar. Massages waren erg goed. Schone en fijne kamer. Zwembad ook heel prettig en ruim. Ontbijt goed. Fijne bedden.

Er staat dat de kamer 45m2 zou moeten zijn. Dat red de kamer echt niet, in ieder geval voelt ie niet heel ruim aan. Prijzen voor eten, drinken e.d. aan de hoge kant. Behalve happy hour! Daar goed gebruik van gemaakt.

The staff were amazing! Every single person we dealt with was friendly, polite and efficient. The waitress even face us some insect repellent when we ate in the restaurant in the evening. At breakfast the waitress offered ideas for things we could do during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for a longer stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and super comfy beds. It was nice to have a coffee machine. The breakfast was really good with a good variety of fresh food including vegetarian.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - the room was very comfortable and the bed was a dream. I liked the cute little sitting bath. They also had a coffee machine which is always a great touch. I wanted to stay again but they were full!

Beautiful finishes, staff were superb, breakfast was amazing, pool was immaculate, nice views from rooftop terrace. It seemed quite quiet when we were there, which may have helped the zen, but I’ve no doh t it would be good when busier too.

Le cadre est super. J'ai bien aimé la superficie des chambres avec le lave-linge intégré et le séchage offert. Le personnel est super agréable, souriant et toujours au petit soin de la clientèle. Le petit déjeuner est extra, on peut même commander des plats cuisinés au petit déjeuner. J'y ai passé un très agréable séjour.

La distance des activités. Il faut prendre un grab pour visiter, sinon des vélos sont mis à disposition.

Tolles, schickes Boutique-Hotel in perfekter Lage. In der Parallelstraße findet jeden Samstag ein schöner Straßenmarkt statt. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Der Pool lädt nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zum Entspannen ein. Wir empfehlen, unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Poolblick zu buchen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The staff and their friendly, professional customer service were really outstanding. I have travelled extensively in Thailand over the years and I think this will be the most memorable place I've stayed based on their helpfulness. The environment is stylish and modern with a nod to northern Thai design, and some lovely furnishings and artifacts. The provision of facilities is well considered and not fussy but comfortable and of good quality. The spa is lovely and the pool good for actual swimming, not just dipping. Nice little gym too. The bedroom was well appointed with very comfortable bed and good linens. Great shower and bathroom too.

Somewhere to put our cases in the bedroom to access easily but not be under our feet, as there was not built in storage. More space in the gym (or elsewhere) to lay out yoga mats. Maybe a quiet spot for yoga - to keep quiet yoga and possibly noisier gym machines separate. These are just the icing on the cake though!

The room was great and the food was so delicious that I did not eat out as much as I had planned! Thank you everyone :) People told me 3 nights in Chiang Rai was too much.... not when you stay at a hotel like this. I was sad to leave.

He is een uitstekend hotel. De voorzieningen en de lokatie zijn goed, maar vooral het personeel is fantastisch. Onder leiding van de kleine captain in de bediening (Coogh?) gaat het fantastisch en ook de mensen van de receptie zijn uitzonderlijk goed. Zeer klantgericht allemaal. Wij hebben in drie weken Thailand meerdere goede hotels gehad, maar nergens was het personeel zo goed, vriendelijk, gastvrij en benaderbaar als hier.

De prijs van de massages. De massages zijn in verhouding tot andere hotels best duur. De kwaliteit van de massages is wel heel goed.

La habitación enorme, limpia, las camas cómodas. Las instalaciones muy bonitas con piscina y un pequeño gimnasio. Los empleados super amables, atentos y serviciales, valen un montón. El desayuno variado y muchas cosas preparadas al momento.

Ondanks de ruime kamer heb je soms nog moeite om 2 koffers open te kunnen leggen omdat de kamers vol en onpraktisch ingericht zijn. We hadden een kamer met stoffen demp kussens tegen de muur naast het bed en daar zaten vlekken op. Dat vond ik persoonlijk wat viezig.

Mora was an amazing little Boutique hotel with a lot to offer, from the amazing rooms to the wonderful pool with the most beatiful team who looked after us so well. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure and the suprise was a small sitting room which is appreciated after a few weeks of travel as sitting on a bed all the time is sometimes not the most comfortable and to have a small couch not in a bed room is a game changed.

The location and the stay itself was amazing. The pool had a great vibe and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Right from the welcome to leaving the accommodated all our requests.
