Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Freundlichkeit des Personals und Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Ich habe einen Gstaad Buskarte bekommen . Fand ich super! Die Wispile Bahn war sehr nahe zum Hotel.
Ich konnte nicht gut schlafen weil es ein dauerhaftes Geräusch im Zimmer was. Ich vermute von einer Belüftung oder so??

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt ausserhalb von Zentrum von Gstaad. Fussmatsch ca. 15 Minuten.
Die Unterkunft macht alles in allem einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck. Essensgeruch in den Gängen, abgenutzte Teppiche im Gang und die Matratze im Einzelzimmer war durchgelegen und glich einer Badewanne.

It was a bit further from town than i realized - but the bonus was..........we walked to the Gondola at Wispile, took the gondola up and hiked down - it was wonderful

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Excellent Staff, special thanks to Maria at the reception for very clear, precise and friendly communication. Breakfast was as good as it as can get with the room that I booked! There is nothing more that I could ask for. The chalet is in the most beautiful part of the village - slightly away from the main village (10 mins walk) so very calm, quiet and relaxing!

L’établissement doit impérativement se moderniser. Il date sur le plan esthétique et la chambre que j’avais était un couloir. Il fait très vieillot Hotel des années 1980 au plus 1990.

Reviewed May 16, 2026la Proprietaria estremamente gentile, sempre premurosa che tutto andasse bene. Camera doppia anziché la singola prenotata, molto apprezzato. Ristorante interno utilizzato o tutta settimana, gradevole e vario nelle scelte. Pizza buona. Tutto positivo insomma.
Materassi dei letti migliorabili. Preferisco la doccia alla vasca (comunque ben fatta per “docciarsi”) ma va bene ugualmente Per il resto tutto bene…. Camere calde ed accoglienti, in stile montano, senza troppi fronzoli. Scrivania e sedia comoda, tv con canali italiani (giusto la RAI)

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Zimmer entspricht wie es beschrieben ist. Frühstück war klein und fein aber dafür gab es alles was man zum einem Schweizer Frühstück vorstellen kann.
Wir waren Abendessen und waren einwenig enttäuscht. Das Cordonbleu war leider kalt und nicht ganz gut.
