The hotel was over 2 hours late with check in, said they were running behind. We're unable to get into our room to clean up and change clothes for our dinner reservations. This was very disappointing. Hotel staff was able to provide a credit at the bar for this inconvenience. I appreciated this gesture asThey were unable to compensate the booking itself as I did not book directly with the hotel.

The good thing about the property was the location

The whole time we originally got when we entered it looked like it was not cleaned those food and the badges were unmade. They gave us a different room and the toilet didn’t work. It was decent. You could tell as remodeled, but there was lots of issues, especially with the elevator and the staff power went out on Sunday morning. Would not stay here again.

I absolutely loved the location!!! The shops, restaurants, and the fact that I could walk around and feel safe!!! Everything was beautiful!!!

This is a very clean and classy hotel. We hosted our 53rd Family Reunion meet-and-greet here, and it was a wonderful experience. The event space was perfect for our gathering, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive. The décor throughout the hotel was beautiful, I especially loved the elegant vases and stylish design elements. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family gatherings, special events, or a relaxing stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable the pool area was very nice and clean and liked it that the hotel was not too far away from the beach area and restaurants

The breakfast was not good the juice was like water and the eggs had a sour taste to them and the food was not hot enough

The location was great. The room is medicore, clean. The bed is hard and the top blanket is like a hospital blanket. The rooms can use some updating. The pool area is very lame. Not even a water station and it's on the rooftop where it is very hot. No music, no ambiance and just not a good vibe. They can really do some updating in that area as well.

Loved the whole stuff of the hotel. Especially, house cleaning people were very polite, kind and honest.

Swimming pool was not opened late.

Our stay @ The Hyatt Place DelRay Beach was fantastic! This beautifully renovated hotel, is modern, classy and well appointed. The rooms are spacious (the suite was beautiful!) clean and comfortable, at a great rate. The location is unparalleled, close to multiple dining choices and shops, outdoor entertainment areas, and of course the beach. Though what stood out to us was the management and staff! From the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, all were very courteous, helpful and interactive. The management, Taylor and Nick went above and beyond to ensure a special stay, which it was indeed! We I’ll definitely be back… Hats off to the entire team!!

The rooms were a little dated. The a/c throughout the hall and in our room was not strong enough to handle the humidity. Our hallway and room always felt wet & musty

Front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast was good, but my shower wasn't cleaned before my arrival nor was it cleaned after I requested it to be.

Pillows in the room smelled of body odor, and pillows brought to the room, after several requests throughout the day, reeked like a sewer.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place. It was right at the heart of the Delray strip, literally minutes away on foot from all the fun and good eats. The Free Bee shuttle that took us to the beach was reliable, Super convenient and a breeze to book via the app. The shuttle was a cute little golf cart, But I recommend checking seaweed conditions at the beach before going because when we went, we felt like swamp monsters getting in and out of The seawater, ha ha ha. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast offered at hotels. I just wish they had somebody making omelettes but overall, breakfast was enough to help us save on a meal outside. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and offered good customer service. I definitely recommend a stay here!!!

The staff was very kind, and the ambiance was inviting.

The room we were in was just renovated so the light switches weren’t properly labeled or connected. The light switch cover was loose as well which was a bit concerning. The tv in our room, we assumed was a smart tv but was limited to the cable provided by the hotel. No worries we brought a Roku and streamed like normal. But it would have been nice to not have to bring one.

Second time I stayed at a Hyatt hotel and I have no complaints about the property. Everything is clean and nice to the view.

Room was dirty. There were urination stains on the pullout sofa sheets it it was not cleaned real well there were items from previous visitors, including medication’s.

The location in Delray is so cool, all the shops and restaurants are right there, literally within a minutes walk. Another unexpected amazing feature of this area is the free transportation. If you want to go to the beach, or a nearby shop and don't feel like walking, Delray has Freebee, a transportation service, you can download the app, it's so easy and convenient. Tipping your Freebee driving is not expected but this service is so good, you'll want to keep a bit of cash handy to take care of these wonderful drivers. What stood about the most was the staff at the hotel. They were always available for any questions we had. I'm not just saying this, i can not wait to come back to the Hyatt at Delray.

Overall value was excellent. Sadly, over the years, the quality and service at many hotels has deteriorated. My wife and I were very impressed with the high standards still maintained by the Hyatt.

Our accommodations were great. There was one very helpful girl at the breakfast section. Her name was Elmitha. She went above and beyond to help me. We will be returning to this Hyatt!

Comfortable, convenient to downtown, friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is relaxing to enjoy the afternoon.

I think this is my third time staying here. The location is great. We live in South Miami and occasionally enjoy a weekend getaway to explore Delray Beach and the surrounding area. Parking is $27, which is reasonable, but be aware that the garage has a very low ceiling. I actually scratched my car's trunk when opening it because the trunk door hit a pipe running below the ceiling. Something to keep in mind if you have an SUV or hatchback. The hotel itself is clean, bright, and modern. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, during this stay, I believe the hotel was operating at full capacity, and breakfast was a bit challenging. Several items were missing throughout the morning, including cream cheese, yogurt, and regular milk. The kitchen staff did their best, but they seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. That said, the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was pleasant, and checkout was quick and easy. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again.

Great location it’s definitely away from the major crowds and walking distance to everything. Room was big and loved that the room didn’t have carpet.

I cannot say enough good things about the Hyatt Place Delray Beach. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and spacious, and the entire staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. A special shoutout to Jariah for making our stay extra memorable! The location was fantastic since most of the shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. The overall vibe was just wonderful. If you are looking for a flawless place to stay in Delray Beach, look no further. Will definitely be back!

Nothing special about this hotel except its location. The rooms are good enough, not extra clean nor extra dirty. The grouting on the bathroom floor and shower could be redone as it’s showing wear. The bed was okay. Not great. The AC worked when it wanted to and the room was a bit humid. Didn’t try the breakfast. The staff was nice enough. I found it strange that there was a two inch gap at the bottom of the door so I could see the hallway lights and people’s shoes when they walked by. Would I stay here again? Not sure. Lackluster I would say.

The hotel is well located, within an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on Atlantic Aven. The check in was fine. The one problem was the horrendous smell coming from the room and bathroom. This should have been corrected by the staff before the room was available for any guest.

The room I got was not what I paid for and I was very uncomfortable and unhappy. The staff couldn’t accommodate my needs and said they were booked.

The bar/lounge/breakfast room was comfortable and roomy enough to accomodate a lot of people. The breakfast was so-so. Decent options but the eggs were cool/cold on 3 of the 4 days I ate breakfast there.

Wifi was terrible in the room. Both my husband and I repeatedly lost connection on all of our devices. I was eventually able to get online on my phone each day, my husband had to either go down to the bar area or leave the hotel to get online.

Very busy Mother's day weekend. Laila at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was updated and clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast. They ran out of several items and had to request refills. Only one person was cleaning tables and took a while to find a clean spot Other wise the rooms were very nice!

The Hyatt Place Delray Beach is very clean and well located near restaurants, highway and airports. Nick, the assistant manager, is the best in business as he was always present and checking in with guests proactively making sure they are having a great experience so that issues do not occur. I travel often for business, and this really is one of the most pleasant, clean and well-situated downtown hotels you can stay at, and the staff are top notch.

if you’re on the second floor, maybe third floor, near the pool, the music that plays all day and until the pool closes at night is Audible in the rooms. Wifi was an issue at times, but apparently this was an unusual problem and management was dealing with it.

Room smelled like bleach, my girlfriend, and I literally caught a headache from the smell of the bleach after almost 30 minutes in the room. Decided not to stay and left immediately and then staff was not friendly or helpful to take any action necessary.
