This was a cool hotel. A friend of mine recommended going to Del Ray for a quick summer weekend. As I arrived, I realized the upscaled value this location presented. The overall architectural design was fantastic. It's a very modern looking building, and based on the line of expensive cars outside, it definitely attracts a specific crowd. The room itself was very comfortable, no complaints whatsoever, and the upstairs bar/patio area was definitely a vibe that anyone would love to catch! People are dressed to the nines, as the saying goes, during the evening hours. However, it did seem like it was an after-work spot as well. I saw alot of people coming in around that happy hour time, eat, drink, and dash before all the "celebrities" showed up. There's plenty of access to food, in the lobby, they make breakfast, and coffee, and a quick walk across the street, there's a great spot called Lulus, great drinks, and food, and if you keep going, the main drag has plenty of bars and local spots to have dinner. So the location is fantastic. Finally, there's also a shuttle that will take you down to the beach. I didn't get the opportunity to use it, but a couple I met on the elevator was raving about how convenient it was.
Parking was a bit of a thing. The valet is on the expensive side. My recommendation, find street parking.
Location at 2 steps from active Delray area and still reasonable walking distance from the beach
I was not assigned the right room that i had booked on booking.com.. I had to request for it. The breakfast was supposed to be included but at the end, was charged as an extra. And that breakfast is really poor, Just a separate coffee shop inside the hotel
The Hilton Curio line is an upscale line. The Ray Hotel Delray Beach carries out that high level. Staff (particularly front desk) was uniformly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Ray is located in the heart of the Delray district with tons of restaurants, clubs and boutique shops. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated in both the common areas and the individual rooms. The room (king bed) was comfortable, updated, and contained all the necessary features you would expect of the Hilton Curio line. However, rather than a desk area, there was only a narrow credenza and two ottomans for sitting at it, which makes it difficult if one needs to work on a laptop and have other papers around. Disappointed too that the only real parking options were valet parking at $42/night, or day-by-day parking at a slightly lower cost. That adds considerably to the nightly cost of a hotel stay. Still, if visiting Delray again, I would stay here again, and at other travel destinations having a Hilton Curio facility.
Very convenient
The property is located in just the right place. It's walking distance from the heart of Delray, with a ride service to the beach and bikes for guests' use. The true standout for me was the staff. Anna, Oscar, and Gwen are a great management team. There are so many people who took care of me during my month-long stay, too many to mention. The property is beautiful, and I cannot say enough good things about the restaurants, their management, and the staff. The Akira F&B Program on-site is excellent and operates with a welcome-to-all philosophy. Matt and Michael are fine stewards of that mission. Kelly and Val were knowledgeable and complement each other nicely as a team. Bobby from facilities was quick to respond and very capable when needed. An improvement I would suggest: the beds are due for a change. Again, thank you all.
Great location. Very clean hotel and good coffee amenities in the room. Great rooftop pool.

Nice & fun stay with friends. Clean hotel, great pool, even a nice coffee shop. We had an easy check in thanks to, Austin at the front!
This hotel falls far short of the luxury experience it advertises. The only aspects I genuinely appreciated were the tasteful room design and the fact that the property is pet-friendly. Unfortunately, those were the only highlights of our stay. For a hotel positioning itself as a luxury destination, the level of service was disappointing. Staff were not proactive, and the overall guest experience lacked the attention to detail and professionalism that should be expected at this price point. The rooftop pool is extremely small and doubles as a party venue with a bar. Loud electronic music and heavy bass continued well into the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We were staying on the second floor, yet the noise was so disruptive that it significantly impacted our stay. A luxury hotel should prioritize guest comfort and ensure that those looking to rest are not disturbed by rooftop events. Another misleading aspect is the location and views. This is not a beachfront property, and the views are primarily of neighboring buildings. The marketing can easily create different expectations. The most unacceptable part of my experience, however, was the breakfast charge. I booked through Booking.com using a rate that clearly stated breakfast was included in the total reservation price. Despite this, the hotel charged me for breakfast throughout my stay. When I contacted the hotel, they acknowledged the mistake and assured me that I would receive a refund. More than a week has passed, and the refund has still not been processed. This level of service and follow-through is simply unacceptable, especially for a hotel claiming to provide a luxury experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. Luxury is about much more than attractive décor—it is about exceptional service, comfort, honesty, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this property failed to deliver on all of those fronts. There are far better hotels in the area

Great hotel.. more of a resort than hotel . Staff very accommodating.. the beach shuttle was a wonderful add on especially in summer. The only issue which we never considered was this is an animal friendly hotel. Tons of dogs. No “animal only rooms”. My husband had an awful allergic reaction during our stay.. just something to consider when booking.. they really should designate certain rooms to pet friendly only..
Austin went above and beyond to accommodate for our travel plans at the front desk. We had a few hours to kill and helped set us up with a day pass at the hotel as well as hold our luggage. Would 100% recommend The ray to anyone and will be visiting back soon!
Nice property. New, clean, tastefully executed rooms and lobby, decent location in Delray. The only unfortunate part was the 4th of July rager on the rooftop pool deck which ran late. Usually I wouldn't care but we were in town for a national tournament and had to play the next morning. Noise aside, we were pleased and would definitely return.
very nice staycation.
The good - great gym. Amazing location. Room was comfortable. The bad - staff is inattentive. Cleaning staff speaks neither English, nor Spanish which makes things tough. The advertised “hotel restaurants” aren’t affiliated with the hotel. You can’t charge your meals to the room, so if you have a cr w your cr card company, you can’t use it for that. The rooms on the fourth floor are noisy and there’s no place to work if you’ve brought work with you. Oh … the doors in the rooms don’t close properly so make sure they’re closed ALL THE WAY when you leave or you’ll leave them open.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה חלשה מידי. אין מבחר
את ארוחת הבוקר צריך לשפר
I would not stay at this hotel again. When we checked into the hotel on April 16, 2026, around 8:00 p.m., we were informed about a mandatory $39-per-day resort fee. We were specifically told that if we didn't use any of the resort amenities, the fee would be refunded. First of all, what exactly is this "resort fee" paying for? This is a hotel, not what most people would consider a resort, and it's unclear what amenities justify an additional $39 every single day. We were told the fee would be refunded if unused, so we relied on that promise. We never used a single resort amenity. Yet months later, I still have not received a refund. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have called The Ray numerous times and no one answers. I have emailed every address I could find—including Hilton—and have received virtually no response: receipt@hilton.com PBITR_GM@hilton.com info@therayhotel.com (twice) guest.correspondence@hilton.com Today I even called Hilton Customer Service. The representative, Rose, told me she couldn't reach anyone at The Ray either—which unfortunately wasn't surprising. She attempted to transfer me anyway, despite my explaining that this has never worked before. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was simply told there was nothing they could do. The issue isn't just the $39-per-day fee—it's the complete absence of accountability. If a hotel promises a refund, they should honor it. Ignoring phone calls and emails for months is unacceptable. Buyer beware: Don't stay here unless every fee, refund policy, and promise is documented in writing before you leave the property. Once you've checked out, don't expect anyone to answer the phone or respond to your emails if there's a billing issue. Two stars only because the location was great and the hotel was clean. Everything else—especially the customer service after checkout—was incredibly disappointing.
Great and kind staff. Rooms were clean. The gym had everything I needed for a good work out. I'd stay here for my next visit to Delray. Great food options at all their restaurants.
Just spent a weekend here recently, 10th plus visit, The Ray always delivers!! Staff and accommodations/amenities are always top shelf! Rooftop pool & bar are filled with good vibes and amazing ambiance . Location location location, in the heart of Pineapple Grove, a serious "happening area" for food & drink. My wife & i are 50 something's, we enjoy this area! Atlantic ave is a tad younger if you're looking to get a bit rowdier! Hotel's restaurant's Campi, Cool bar & delish food , fav bartender "Stephanie", Akira Back (amazing food) japanese-- Lastly want to Thank Anamaria Soare (Gm). We had a small glitch, and she above & beyond rectified the situation, Ty again! We'll definitely be back Ty J. Lenzi
We loved our stay at The Ray. The rooms are beautiful and so is the rest of the hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are a total vibe. The staff is so helpful and sweet. Austin treated us so well and made sure we felt at home and had a great weekend for my birthday. We later even found out we went to the same high schools because he’s makes your experience feel so friendly! We will definitely be back, and I recommend giving this stay a go in the heart of the action in downtown Delray Beach!
Every year we go to the Ray Hotel for our anniversary. The Ray is our dream hotel. This year we were greeted by Rylan at the desk who undoubtedly made our experience stellar. Managers William and Matthew also made sure our anniversary trip was filled with comfort, joy and plenty of wonderful memories. The Ray has become a favorite tradition in our yearly vacation plans!
We loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and updated. A great location in a beautiful area and in walking distance to all restaurants. The roof top is gorgeous and bar/food service is on point. The infinity pool was amazing. This hotel has all positive vibes !
Austin was absolutely amazing at the pool! He made our stay memorable and gave us first class service. As Diamond members we travel to many Hilton hotels and appreciate when staff go above and beyond.
Hotel did not have sheets on the bed, when asked for a cotton blanket the housekeeping lady simply said "no", not much for hospitality. Had to speak with employee behind the desk.
The carpets are filthy, rooms are not clean to standard, Housekeeping needs a shakeup and to get the work done properly.
Can I order food. No. Can I order a drink. No. Can you help me with an activity in the morning. No. Can you help me with a phone charger. No. Is there someone else who can help us, no, I am the sole hotel person on the property at 10pm. We dont do those things anymore.
Austin is amazing and Knicks in 4
Came for the second time with my mom for Mother’s Day and upon arrival realized we had mistakenly both booked the room. Austin was so nice and immediately resolved the issue for us. Hotel is so cute, pool is great, highly recommend!!!
Very Disappointed on this trip to The Ray, We have stayed at This Hotel many times, because we love it there. it has always been superb 10/10 Well , this time is surely did not impress us, The service was horrible , you have kids running the hotel who clearly would rather be on there phones, short staffed . There was no one in charge . The roof top pool / restaurant bar is one of their features , we sat waiting to be waited on ,while it was not busy , 6 servers walked by and didn’t even acknowledge us , we finally left . Usually there is a doorman at all times, hardly around this trip. Housekeeping came in while we were away, we had ask them not too . The older gentleman who drove the moke to and from the beach was driving crazy we felt like we were going to fallout . We tried to have breakfast one morning waiting 40 min, finally cancelled it along with about 6 other patrons who weren’t happy as well , 2 ppl working was clearly ridiculous , not their fault ,till got charged when I told them to refund me It was just a different low budget vibe this trip , for what it costs a night it shouldn’t be like this. Unfortunately we probably won’t be back bc of this lack of hospitality . I did hear the Hotel had been sold ! We had loved staying at this place in the past , Really disappointed -:(
Received a warm welcome from Austin & Rylan on the front desk; both were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them during our stay at The Ray. The rooms were extremely spacious and very modern and equipped with good quality toiletries; all in plentiful supply. There was also a hand held clothes steamer provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. Nespresso coffee machine and capsules were an added bonus. Mini-bar was equipped with plenty of drinks. Breakfast is in the in-house coffee lounge and was a limited selection but I had a cooked breakfast and it was freshly cooked. I personally do like a limited breakfast menu as it stops you overeating! I really enjoyed a barista style coffee with my breakfast. The Hotel is perfectly located for all the bars, restaurants and shopping and all within walking distance. The hotel also provides golf buggies to take you to and from the beach. Colin drove us to the beach and he was a delight. You can also use bikes and at no extra charge. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we visited the area. Would highly recommend.
Nothing!
Love this hotel!!! Wife mother in law brought our 6 month year old so accommodating!!! Staff is amazing specially at roof top pool

The vibe was amazing. The staff is incredible
The hotel is elegant and at the same time warm and welcoming. Our room was gorgeous. The staff could not be nicer. Special mention goes to Austin and Josh, the adorable pool boys, William, the general manager of the Rosewater Rooftop bar/restaurant, Will, the pool server. Great place! Thanks to all for making our stay special.
I liked the locations proximity to Atlantic Ave. close but not too far. Quiet but not too quiet.great pool / rooftop We had a room with a balcony and the weather was perfect. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very clean rooms We went end of April 2026
Excellent location, overall a great place to stay. The food in both the Italian & Japanese restaurants was amazing (particularly the Japanese).
We arrived quite late at night & found the receptionist to be a little surly, maybe she had a bad day. All other interactions with reception staff was excellent. Also, no room service available.
Location and facilities
Gum could be larger, but was sufficient
My feelings about this hotel: Mixed bag, I have to say. Lovely design & style of rooms and public spaces in the hotel, a very friendly and efficient team at Valet & Stingers, however only some of the receptionists were welcoming, and at the Rooftop Bar & Campi restaurant I really had a very bad service experience (I was ignored for more than 40 minutes, when I wanted to order food, and again 50 minutes, when I wanted to sign the check; ignored by several waiters/waitresses + the check-in manager at the entrance, rushing by and never looking or intentionally looking away, including the one who had come, told me his name and said, he'd be there for me; this, although it was not superbusy; lots of empty tables and seats). The night before I had dinner there, and it was more or less the same feeling: Some seem to think it is "chic" or maybe New York style to never look at potential guests or people at the tables, because they might make you work, and maybe even expect a smile? That afternoon, I also saw others stand up and go and get their checks, too, when they were tired of waiting. I liked the downtown vibe of The Ray, however, my room was so-to-speak in the front yard of one of the St Patrick's Day bars, with a very happy (and noisy crowd celebrating late into the evening). Had I known that the city has St. Patrick's Day activities going on during my stay, I'd probably asked for another room right upon my arrival. The receptionist would have known, I guess, but apparently forgot to "warn" me. My room was also on the same floor as the banquet room (2nd floor), thus most of the time I had to negotiate my way around carts with glasses and other stuff the party folks need. The room as such was big, however housekeeping was a bit lax: No refills of coffee capsules and water on the 2nd day of my stay. And a kind of door in the wall kept fallen into the room. I put my suitcase in front of it, to keep it from falling. The terrace of my room was actually really big, but had only two chairs, a sofa round the corner and a lot of dust. I did not spend much time there. I would have loved to spend more time at the pool, which unfortunately is much too small when the hotel is booked by party people, who sit in the water and drink during the day and dance the night away in the banquet room at night. I could not get a sunbed, and the pool service person was gone for a long time. When he eventually showed up again, he kindly offered to put me on a waiting list. Well, in the end I gave up. So, in a nutshell, I'd say: service at The Ray Hotel could be improved in most areas, and a friendly smile would not hurt. I loved, however, in every respect Akira Back's restaurant. Best service, ever, and delicious sushi. Whereas my experience at the Italian restaurant (Campi ?) was more than underwhelming: After learning that my reservation was not for 2 but for 1 - my cousin had to cancel last minute - I was given a tiny table in a rather dark corner, which was quickly produced from an even more remote corner and which was not set up - no napkins, no light, no olive oil, no plate, no cutlery on the table. Only one chair was produced - also from a corner - whereas the beautifully laid out table for 2, that supposedly had been mine, had I shown up as a couple, remained empty; very impression; the food was good, though. Akira Back I recommended to my foodie-friends in Ft Lauderdale. It's definitely worth the ride.
Location was amazing. Pool was great. Restaurants/cafes were great. Staff was very nice.
nothing, it was great
Extremely disappointing - the photos look great on the website but the room we were in was awful except for the bathroom. First, the vent on the wall which was quite big was covered in thick grey dust so bad we used lysol wipes to clean it ourself it was bordering on black. The wall behind our bed had all these grooves in it also covered in thick dust and chipped wood everywhere. The lobby area was closed except for a small sitting area and the rug was stained as was the couch they have in it. The glass table filthy. Also, the room was small - I mean we have stayed in rooms in NYC and Boston that were larger. No space to put anything. The only positive was the location. We were very excited about staying there and what a complete let down.
Horrendous stay will not be coming back! The hotel is lovely but we checked out early due to the chaotic, miserable experience caused by (some of) the staff. Still waiting for a response to my email complaint.
Check-in time is listed as 4:00pm. When I arrived at 4:30, my room was not ready. I was told I would receive a call shortly when it became available. After waiting nearly an hour with no call, I returned to the front desk and was told it was still not ready. My family had dinner reservations, so we left at 6pm when it was still unavailable. Never got a call, but when we returned around 9:30pm, the room was finally ready. But I know it was not ready at least before I left at 6, and I never received the promised call at all. Additionally, at checkout my elderly parents needed bell service assistance for their luggage, and no staff was available to help when they called, so we had to make multiple trips on our own. The staff were not very sympathetic to either situation (other than the woman who finally checked me in when I arrived in the evening. But everyone else did not seem to care at all.)
Cool vibe, good location and great rooftop pool and restaurant
Stayed for two nights for a family wedding nearby (ran away from the Aloft where the wedding was). Wonderful hotel. Great ambience. Gwen at the front desk could not do enough for us. She was so helpful and charming. A+ for Gwen and Christina too. Cocktails and dining were first rate. The staff was well trained and the rooms super clean and luxurious. We will be back!!!
This is the second time we have stayed at The Ray hotel. Sadly, it'll be the last. I had thought that there was hope, however this stay was quite worse. It's just the grave lack of the hotel employee's attention towards their guests. One thing was I had needed to print a couple pages of my important documents. The hotel's business center computer printer wasn't working being out of toner. I had brought this to the front desk's staff. Nothing was ever done. I was told to e-mail them to their front desk, and then someone could print these up. It just never got done. The smaller double queen bed room on the 4th flr. facing north was relatively quiet. The beds while being comfortable enough, the room needs updating. The balcony is fair. Although, it is nearly non manuverable opening the larger patio room door with the smaller space provided. Especially for even two adults. The biggest attraction to this hotel is their location. Also, their closer proximity to the very walkable Del Ray Beach village, and many local restaurants. The beach is a 1/2 hr. walk. Still, prices aren't backed up by their customer service. I suppose my standards are higher than many others here.
Clean , spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice amenities.

Terrible hotel. I had booked 4 nights but left after one. This hotel had NO HEAT. My family and I arrived for a wedding at a local country club. We had a block of rooms. Every guest that stayed here had a terrible experience here. Personally, the front desk people are used to people complaining and the hardwood floors in the rooms make them colder. My family wore sweaters all night and by morning we had to check out and go to a normal hotel that had heat and other amenities. There was no hair dryer in my room nor in my neighbors room and after repeated requests we never got one. There is a language barrier with many of the staff. Do not stay here…you will be disappointed on every level,
We had a wonderful stay at The Ray Hotel Delray Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton this weekend. Everything from the atmosphere to the comfort of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a great vibe that made our stay truly special. A special thank you to Gwen at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference. We also received excellent service from the rest of the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended.
First, the staff here is wonderful, by the end of our stay we felt like family. Gwen at the front desk deserves special commendation. It was our 15th anniversary , and I booked a Premiere King with Large Terrace (the highest category below a suite) to celebrate. We checked in late evening, and when we got to the room, it was almost directly across the hall from a loud wedding, and worse than that, it was definitely one category below what I had booked. But I spoke to Gwen, and she took the time to review the history of the reservation and discovered that the hotel was overbooked, and so it internally “cancelled” my original reservation and downgraded us to a lower category. She honored the booking price for the lower category for that night; closed an internal door to make the wedding noise less noticeable for us; and made a note in the file that explained the situation which said we should be switched to the originally booked room in the morning. Tom, who works in the morning, took over from there, and he also deserves special commendation. He contacted housekeeping, and by later that same morning he had gotten us the original premiere room we had booked, all cleaned and inspected, with a HUGE corner furnished wraparound terrace, on a part of the floor very far away from the wedding/events venue. This relates to my biggest quibble with this hotel: it is very trendy (which is great), and apparently a very popular spot for weddings because of its unique venue: “The Cube,” a cool suspended banquet hall. Unfortunately, it is suspended on the second floor, a guest floor, right near some guest rooms. I have never seen this before at a hotel, usually the banquet facilities are far away from the guest rooms. The actual banquet kitchen, though connected directly to the Cube, has an additional door opening right into the guest corridor where some of the rooms are, complete with ensuing industrial smells and sounds. When there is a wedding (and there were two when we stayed), giant banquet trays and food carts and stacks of sodas and liquor are lined up directly outside the door of some of the guest rooms, and people are constantly running them in and out of the ballroom rather than just using the interior door which connects the Cube to its kitchen. This is a BIG design flaw. In the first place, the ballroom is loud and should not be located anywhere near the guest room floors. (It should be on the ground floor, but two trendy restaurants take up too much real estate there). Also, there does not appear to be a sufficient “prep” area for the ballroom other than the guest hallways. Even though there is a fairly spacious banquet kitchen contained entirely within “The Cube”, the staff seems to prefer to use a door that opens directly onto a guest room hallway to prep and ferry food and drink between the kitchen and the ballroom. The rooms on the second floor are most of the nicer ones with the larger terraces, so it is unfortunate that the hotel is designed such that some of them can also be disturbed by a lot of banquet noise. (Some sections of the second floor are far away enough not to have this issue). If you are with the wedding party and placed in one of these rooms, you will likely not notice any of these issues, fortunately, because you will be at the event. But the hotel is small, and so with two giant wedding parties in attendance that weekend, we were not able to find seats by the pool at all on Saturday, and all of the public spaces including the rooftop terrace were crowded and filled with various pre-and post-wedding parties, office parties, baby showers, you name it. My advice would be to ask whether there will be a wedding or other private event that weekend, and how many. Depending on the answer, I would be cautious about booking if I wanted quiet. At the very least I would request a room on the second floor as far away from “The Cube” as possible, and make sure they honor that at check-in and down downgrade you. (The rooms on the higher floors have very tiny balconies and risk noise infiltration from the rooftop). On the other hand, overall the food is great, the location is fantastic, the hotel is beautifully decorated, the pool is gorgeous, the employees are fabulous and friendly, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, our terrace was fantastic, and as I said, we felt like family. Thanks to Tom, Gwen, and the rest of the staff we had a wonderful anniversary. I do have an issue with Hilton overbooking us and “canceling” our reservation and switching us to a lower category. That is not good business practice. If I hadn’t caught it, and Gwen and Tom hadn’t been the lovely people they are, we could have been stuck right next to not one but two loud weddings on our anniversary weekend. I am a Hilton Honors member and do not expect NOT to receive the room I booked, especially for a special occasion. That is the only reason I am not giving our stay a 5 instead of a 4.
$500 night with a loud party with a dj happening about 5 ft off of my balcony on their rooftop until about 11:00 pm. I called multiple times and asked what was going on and they said it would stop soon. Music was very loud. I went down to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Finally at 11:00, while the dj stopped the party was still going, I asked them to move me if they would not quiet the party down. Who likes to have to move rooms at 11 pm on a work trip the night before you depart? Fyi the sound from outside carries through the ducts into the bathroom.
Amazing hotel right in the heart of Delray Beach. Jackson at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. Top rate service all the way. We will be back for sure!!
The best hotel in Delray! Modern, clean, amazing staff! Golf cart or shuttle straight to the beach! Its in a great location walking distance from art and night life! Beautiful rooftop pool and views of the city!
Like the seasons change, so does HSH’s travel. She recently has been on a whirlwind of personal travel, including a recent trip to see a friend in the Delray Beach area. Located just south of the Palm Beach’s and Boca, Delray is a cute little town with lots of fantastic restaurants and shopping. While in town, we stayed at The Ray Hotel, a Hilton property. We truly enjoyed our time in the area and especially at the hotel. The hotel has a great vibe - one could describe the style as tropical chic. I did not know I needed this vibe in my life until I experienced it for 4 days! The property did a great job carrying this vibe throughout all aspects of the hotel - from the entrance and lobby, to the room, and even within the hallways. We truly enjoyed the property and would stay here again. Pros: - Location! A few blocks off of Atlantic Avenue in a very cute part of the town - Tropical chic vibe and entire property decor. I loved every design aspect, including the poolside Barbie artwork on the walls - Sleeping room design, which included a small couch in room that was nice and cozy for a quick sit-down or to work on a laptop - Rooftop pool also had a great vibe. We enjoyed spending time up there each day with our friends - Hotel staff that made our stay extra enjoyable: Tom at the front desk was attentive and willing to help each time we needed assistance with housekeeping. He was very friendly and lovely to chat with. Tova at the rooftop bar was wonderful each time I went to her for lunch while at the hotel! Cons: - Elevator security key system was temperamental and took way too long to allow you to hit your floor button - Housekeeping. We had issues with housekeeping from the start. Upon entering our room, it was not fully cleaned. We informed the front desk and issues were addressed within a few hours. When daily housekeeping was provided next day, continued to have issues. We informed the front desk 3 times over 24 hours and eventually gave up. Additionally, our room’s hair dryer was absolutely disgusting and covered in hair product. It was unusable. - Pool waitress on Friday daytime acted like we were bothering her when we ordered (note - it was our first order of the day… not our tenth!). Hoping we caught her on an off day but it was quite noticeable that she did not want to work Recommendations: - Retrain housekeeping staff on 5th floor Overall, a good option for sure but a few little things can use some help.
Location to centre, lovely room with balcony

Beautiful hotel and great location
Property was nice and close to everything
I didn’t like that the restaurant was not open for breakfast. I will admit that the coffee shop and the woman who is behind the counter are both great. Be nice to have healthier muffins!
Great professional staff including night manager, desk clerks, valets, rooftop bar servers. Rooms were oddly furnished and uncomfotable plus my balcony had a wonderful views of the waste management dumpster!
Stayed for a weekend staycation
The Ray was great. The friendly staff, cleanliness, amenities and location made it a 10/10.
Love that it's in the Heart of Delray Ave
I stay at the Ray all the time it’s the perfect getaway or staycation. Fabulous boutique, hotel with fabulous service in beautiful pineapple Grove. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
Very nice hotel! Clean , extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Can’t wait to come back!
I observed instances more than once where the valet used parking spots on the public street and block them with golf carts and their own vehicles and sold them to people that did not or could not afford valet parking and vice versa, which forced other people that could not get public parking forced valet service. I think this was questionable business practice showing bad integrity on the hotels part. Otherwise I had a great stay.
Love this hotel! Perfect location and the hotel has a lot of amenities
Beautiful hotel! Comfortable bed. Very nice roof top pool! Loved it! I will come back!
Nice property well located adjacent to restaurants and retail. Great rooftop space.
