The level of cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless and immaculately maintained, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere exudes comfort and sophistication, perfect warmth, and fantastic landscapes. Every aspect of this place was crafted with love and care, ensuring relatedness. Reviewed Jan 8, 2024The apartment is fantastic, nothing you can wish more- huge, modern, elegant, fully equipped. The pool and spa generally very very good.
The only thing I did not like but seems it is almost everywhere in Crans - it is not ski in, ski out. It is close to the lift but this is the first ski resort we are going to where the rentals don't have wardrobes and you have to bring up and down every day the full equipment. This is absolutely no fault of the hotel but in such sircumstances I am not sure we will repeat although the hotel is great.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2023The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this property.
