The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Extremely comfortable, a real pleasure to be there.

A couple more discreet sign posts might have avoided some of my wrong turnings in the building.

The location is perfect. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and service oriented. The food is good but a bit too expensive

Our room wasn’t clean at all (hairs on the ground, spider webs in the bathroom, make up on the bathrobe, the shower wasn’t clean), but this was takend care of by the staff. Although the staff was outstanding in solving the problem, issues like these should never happen in a hotel in this price range!

The atmosphere of the hotel was very calming and welcoming. The rooms were clean and cosy. We loved the balconies of the rooms (spacious and relaxing).

During booking I requested a connected room and to have one of the rooms with 2 double beds. I made the request way in advance of my stay. A few days before my check in, I was informed that neither the connected rooms were available nor the double beds. I was very disappointed to be informed only a few days before my stay and seriously reconsidered my stay. However, during check in I was informed that the connecting rooms were available and that all my requests were met. In the end I was very happy, but the stress I was put through up to check in was not a nice experience. I hope there is a better way to handle this in the future.

The room was very nice with a terrace but without view on the montains like the majority of the available rooms in the hotel . Only the apartements in the residence part have a view.The middle staff is very friendly but the management was never visible during our stay.

The main entrance is in the garage badly positioned to explore the village by foot . The main entrance is a sort black cavern that does not radiate the feeling to be in a 5 star hotel. The shuttle service to go to the village is not always available and we had to take taxis to come back from the golf course what you do not expect from a 5 star hotel. The food is from a good level but certainly not exeptional ( for example two types of bread )

Pas de climatisation dans tout l’hotel

The entire property is absolutely gorgeous. I love the fact that staff is so young and dynamic. They are super dedicated to make sure they walk in as tired beaten customer and goes back as a happy reoccurring client.

They need to send some out of email or calls so people don’t face difficulties to find the property. We struggled as the hotel doesn’t have traditional entrance. Also I wasn’t informed fully that the rain coats and soft toy is not something you can take home even though it was kept in my room. They had the audacity to call me to inform we will charge some absurd amount of money even though I offered I will send it soon as get back to London they turned my offer down and said management doesn’t agree with this. Otherwise no other complaints I was charged and forced to keep items worth £350 for no reason.

ארוחת הבוקר דלה, אין מבחר. כל השירותים במלון ספא ואוכל יקרים בצורה מחרידה. קנינו אוכל ורק ביקשנו חימום ואמרו לנו שיבדקו כמה יעלה החימום, זה השאיר לנו טעם רע למרות שבסוף לא חייבו. זו היתה סיטואציה לא נעימה ולא מכבדת. ביקשנו חימום דקה במיקרוגל ועל זה רצו לחייב כסף כאשר שילמנו מחיר מאד גבוה לשהייה, נתן הרגשה שרוצים רק את כספו של הלקוח לפני השירות והחוויה.

There was personal and extraordinary service, we loved the attention to detail, whether it was at breakfast or in the spa facilities, it was simply excellent. My father had a birthday and the reception staff were very nice to give us some good snacks and wine

The place is of a very high standard and the price accordingly. I would expect the extra prices at the spa, bar and restaurants to be a little more reasonable.

My wife was sick and the hotel did not make any effort to make our stay a delightful stay. We were asked to pay for brackfest in the room as my wife could not dine out. We asked for late check out as we had night flight back home. They told us that they can only grant us untill 1400 and we were asked to pay extra. Such an hotel, and such poor service. They only care recieving extra money

Infrastructure magnifique, emplacement exceptionnel ski au pieds et station à 2 minutes à pieds, vue des chambre incroyable. Le SPA est tout simplement exceptionnel.

Le départ, prolongation de la chambre jusqu'à 15h00 refusé directement car la chambre était occupée juste après nous. Au départ à 15h00, les valises étaient toujours dans la chambre! cela aurait pu être mieux géré pour une entière satisfaction!

The property and staff exceeded all expectations! Food at Wild Cabin was incredible.

The Staff members were extremely helpful and kind. Location was great, right on the slopes. Both restaurants, the Japanese and Wild Cabin were pretty nice dining options. Housekeeping left small treats each day of our stay, very aligned with properties of this rating.

1) Spa facilities were underwhelming. The main pool’s temperature was below our expectations. No whirlpool or jacuzzi - this is pretty basic for any world-class spa. 2) Le Club Alpin: the food was very limited and mediocre and the service extremely slow.

Possibly one of my favourite hotels we have stayed in! I can’t fault anything from our stay. The staff were all so lovely and really looked after you from breakfast, the ski shop, spa and in the restaurants and bar. We had the best time, thank you for making it so special. Would definitely return

Six Senses Crans opened 3 years ago to some very poor reviews. Curious (and also keen to discover a new hotel in a ski-ing resort which I like), I booked for the weekend of 23 January. Many past reviews mentioned the confusing layout of the hotel and the lack of professionalism of the staff. I went to great lengths to enquire about the category of room which I was booking and also the quality of the bed. I arrived on a busy weekend: I was allocated a room in Chalet 4 - a long way away from Reception and also the Spa and the main hub of the hotel. Whilst the views onto the forest were calming, the 'Cri D'Er' funicular runs past the room every minute and I assume that passengers can actually see into the room as funicular cabins pass quite close. Access to the room is so confusing and there are no signs. The room design is 'modern ski-hotel' - heavy browns and greys and low furniture. The room size is large [50 meters] but is designed to be used for a couple with a child - not for a solo guest. there is no desk and the Sofa Bed is too low to sit on with ease. I spent most of Friday afternoon trying to request a room change: nobody ever explained the rooms' location when I booked and they should have pointed out the room is a long long way from anywhere. As there are four buildings in the hotel, make sure that the room you book is centrally located but not on top of restaurant areas. All of the staff who I encountered were very young, poorly trained and seemed fed up. I met a greeter called Mahmood, who wanted me to pay the City Tax before I even saw the room. I met another greeter called Ivan, who told me that I was a very interesting person and he wanted to get to know me more. This was not in itself wrong - it just felt inappropriate, when I was explaining that the room was not suitable. I had a long conversation with Cristina, who was Reception Manager, Cristina, really barely paid attention to my concerns and shrugged her shoulders. She did not suggest a conversation with the Rooms Director and neither did she check that all Saturday arrivals had checked in or if there was anything else that she could offer instead of the allocated room.. I had requested a very soft mattress: the bed was not comfortable - a serious concern as I have Spinal Arthritis. My overall sense here is suffocating panic: the combination of Greek, Italian, Bulgarian and South Asians service staff, mingled with the confused layout of the building and the sludge dark colours makes me feel as if I am in an Airport Lounge. I did not eat in the restaurants here: on the saturday evening, thumping garage music blared from the bar and lounge. Despite breakfast supposedly being included, I was told that it was CH50 to have breakfast in the room. Possibly, I am just not a Six Senses person. Possibly, because the resort architects had to sell Residences in the property, all hotel rooms on the resort are slightly compromised. However , my conclusion is that the management is poor. Why are there no signs in the hotel directing you to different areas? Why is there no concierge? Why is there no co-ordination between all the departments? Reservations and Rooms Director clearly never talk. Most of the other guests were forty-something couples - Asians, Middle Easterners and some local Swiss French families up to enjoy the snow. To be fair, they looked reasonably happy - so clearly I do not fit the Six senses profile. My conclusion: this hotel is not for the discerning solo traveller or couple. If you want a room big enough for you and a child - and you have a good sense of direction, you'll be happy here. This is a volume offering: [The hotel has 68 rooms ] and when full, feels claustrophobic. No bespoke service, no ownership of issues which go wrong. Final point: horrid little slippers that look like an elf's hat!

Colazione ottima e varia sia dolce che salata con cucina a vista. Posizione perfetta sopratutto d'inverno, direttamente sulle piste da sci. l'attenzione del personale, in ogni settore, è stata perfetta!

La zona "umida" della SPA era un po' piccola e il bagno turco non funzionava.

It was my second staying at six senses in Crans Montana. Nice room with terrace and view. I like the spa and gym facilities. Nice Japanese restaurant with big menu and really good kitchen!

I don’t like the service during the breakfast and reception service as well. I was disappointed with breakfast service because they usually forgot about my orders and I had to remind them two or three times. The food variety for six senses was really poor. No vegetables at all. Small variety of main dishes for breakfast. Want more clean table during the breakers and more attention from personal. So the breakfast is not for 5 star hotel. The most disappointed thing was that service reception didn’t not tell us about their ski equipment! Hotel provides its own rent and changing area. So we had to rent it outside the hotel because we didn’t know about this! Also reception service didn’t provide with other facilities as well as breakfast time, restaurant variety and so on. I did know all these points only during my staying from the guests. Want more pleasure hospitality service.

Rooms were spacious and we loved the little touches like cakes on our arrival and the gifts on our bed. The hotel really makes you switch off while you are there.

К сожалению мы сделали ошибку что выбрали это место для празднования новогодней ночи. Отель предоставил только минимальное кол-во ночей 5 и заплатив 12.000€ это был худший выбор. Также ужин в японском ресторане в новогоднюю ночь за 495 франков было просто не возможно есть, если бы мы знали то остались бы в номере и заказали room service. Я уверена что клиенты не против платить, но требуют соответственного качества. Весь персонал отеля вызывает впечатление что только окончил стажировку в McDonald’s. Менеджмент требует отнестись более профессионально, тем более к подобному уровню отеля.

Гостиница красивая, свежая. Отличный спа. Хороший ресторан и room service.

В гостинице тяжело ориентироваться. На это понадобится какое-то время. В связи с не достаточным количеством снега не было возможности ski in and out. Приходилось ждать машину,который не был доступен сразу по необходимости. Ski room не соответствует такому уровню гостиницы. Однажды ботинки вернули на утро совершенно мокрыми.

What’s not to like? Everything was amazing. The location, the facilities…

One slight downside is that you have to take a lot of steps to get somewhere and you can get lost very easily

ولا شي فندق روعه

We stayed 5 nights at this really beautiful property with our 2 daughters and we had a wonderful stay. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The spa is outstanding where we had a great massage. The staff at the kids club was helpful. We slept very well. Also special congratulations for the food which is really surprising and a discovery. We took a carpaccio of langoustines and the truffle consome.

Hôtel merveilleux, un havre de paix à la montagne, les lieux communs sont tout juste magnifique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de sobriété. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé sur une magnifique chambre et nous remercions l'équipe pour leurs gentillesse.
