Best choice for a family vacation! The location is easy reachable, the hotel is close to the highway, but is isolated from noise. No heavy traffic in the area, easy to park around. The staff is very caring and friendly, breakfast is rich and the swimming pool is very clean. The old Hersonissos is easy reachable by foot and it’s nice to walk around. Cannot imagine better place to stay for holiday! 🫶💯🇬🇷

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement et la très belle vue, qui contribuent à créer une atmosphère agréable et reposante. Le petit déjeuner est également un bon point. Nous avons beaucoup aimé pouvoir commander certains produits, comme les œufs ou le yaourt grec, avec les toppings de notre choix, préparés à la demande et servis frais. Et c’est d’autant plus appréciable que ces préparations à la commande sont incluses dans le prix du petit déjeuner, lorsque celui-ci est compris dans la réservation de la chambre. Le personnel toujours souriant, aimable et disponible, avec un accueil chaleureux tout au long du séjour. Une très belle expérience, dans un cadre calme et agréable.

Θα χρειαζόταν βελτίωση οι εξωτερικοί χώροι, καθώς και μια ακόμη ανανεωση τα ήδη ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια καθώς οι παροχές σε σχέση με τη τιμή πώλησης έχουν διαφορά

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und kleines Hotel. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Leckeres Frühstück, vor allem der Kaffee hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Kleinschalig complex op een paar minuten lopen van het gezellige dorps plein. Groot app, fijn bed, heel schoon. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden en een bar waar je een drankje ect kan halen. Ontbijt smorgens aan het zwembad terras, en heel goed ! Heel vriendelijke eigenaren !

Trotz spätem Check In (23:45) wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen! Sehr gepflegte Anlage, leider mussten wir am nächsten Tag gleich weiter - dort hätten wir es noch ein Weilchen ausgehalten :-)

Fantastisk mottakelse av hyggelig og blid daglig leder som trakterte gjester med et stort smil og eleganse. Veldig komfortable leiligheter med gode senger i separat soverom, stort oppholdsrom og kjøkkenkrok. Innbydende og rent rom med balkong og alle de viktigste fasiliteter. God frokost med stor variasjon servert med et stort smil av smilende og interessant vertinne. Flott basseng. Kort vei til meget gode restauranter som Harakas med flere. Jeg kommer tilbake.

Bella Vista is a small, family run hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach (40 mins) but what it offers more than compensates for this. Eli, Spiros and Melanie are the most welcoming team we have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sorry not to know the name of the chef, the other breakfast lady and the lovely housekeeper. The location will provide a very authentic experience of Crete. Literally 5-6 walk to a square full of restaurants and Tavernas which are all excellent. And where we also booked our trip to Spinalonga with the lovely Bob. If you choose to Bella Vista as your destination, you will return from your holiday feeling restored and comforted ( if maybe 10 pounds heavier). We will return xxx

The staff was really friendly, is a family business hotel, when organised. Great breakfast, and nice pool. Very close to HERSONISOS old center for food.

Is value for money, there is though some building upgrades and refurbishments that can be done.

The staff is very very caring and helpful - they went far to make our stay the best possible. We had a beautiful stay and we will most definately come back if possible. Super breakfast with lots of choices and a poolbar with plenty of snacks and drinks. Clean pool, padded sunbeds and enough umbrellas, towels and possitive vibes. Very welcoming owner/family doing a very good job making their guests feel good. They have done a great job in 'freshing up' the hotel and it is kept well. Just a few steps from the small city square with lots of good traditional restaurants. Only positive recomendations from us.

Breakfast was outstanding & generous & a good choice of menu available daily. The rooms & all areas of the hotel were kept in pristine condition & clean.

The beds were a little too firm for us but that is a personal preference & not a critical comment!

Perfect hosts and a very convenient location. Elli, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we had a great experience. Even when our plans changed, she was more than willing to accommodate us and help us find a solution. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Crete!

We found the Hotel owner (Eli) to be very helpful & approachable on all levels. The Hotel was considered to be of a very good standard (for a 3 star). The Pool / Bar/ Foyer areas were very clean and to a high standard, the sunbeds were comfy and the pool was clean / well maintained. Our room (top floor) had everything we needed, inc good AC & kitchen area & view down to the coast. The room was cleaned to a high standard whenever needed. Our package included the Ala Carte breakfast, which comprised of meats, cheeses, croissants, cake, Greek pastries, Yoghurt, Granola, fresh fruit, tea & coffee, fruit juices and a choice of cooked breakfast. Overall breakfast was considered to be very good. In summary, the Bella Vista is a lovely little hotel, conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the Old Hersonissos centre, but with a an easy 15 minute stroll to the edge of the more busier resort of Piskopiano. We would highly recommend the Bella Vista Hotel!

L’hôtel Bella Vista a été choisi pour son positionnement à une vingtaine de kilomètres d’Eraklion, ce qui permet de visiter la partie est de l’île. Accueillis par la gérante à notre arrivée, l’enregistrement s’est déroulé rapidement. Les locaux sont conformes à la description donnée lors de la réservation. L’ambiance est agréable et le calme règne dans la résidence. L’accès à la mer nécessite l’utilisation d’un véhicule ou de marcher quelques kilomètres. Quelques commerces et restaurants au centre du village ou un peu plus loin pour les plus grands magasins. Séjour reposant avec une mention pour le petit-déjeuner bien copieux et une équipe dévouée.

Nice hotel, near the centre of Old Hersonissos. We got packed breafast as we had to leave early in the morning. Staff was nice and friendly.

We stayed at Bella Vista just as everywhere was going into lock down a couple of years ago. We were made fantastically welcome then and so had to come back and visit this time round. Nothing had changed and we were so pleased to see Pannos, the owner, and catch up. Almost as if we hadn't been away. Thankyou.

Location is excellent for people with a rental car. In general quiet area, but restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Amazing view from the balcony and a great warm pool for swimming. Very clean and well equipped rooms. The staff is very nice and flexible.

Beach is not in walking distance for families with small kids. No big supermarkets around to get the essentials. For those who consider to have breakfast and dinner included in the price - note that they are served by the menu, not buffet. The restaurant offers a fair variety of different meals, but if you stay for a week then you run out of options to choose from. Breakfast was every morning more or less the same and the portions are rather small. For dinner the drinks are not included.

I was mistaken in thinking this was a hotel near the airport but I thought it was well designed and equipped.

I did feel the swimming pool was too small for the number of people using it and wheras we would normally have swum before breakfast we didn't want to use the pool that so many people had been using it the evening before.

Enjoyed the breakfast, lovely swimming pool, room fully equipped and had two balconies. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and perfect for our stay! A taxi was arranged to pick us up from the airport.

Bella Vista befindet sich abseits vom Tourismus, es sind viele Holländer und Engländer dort, es ist eine gepflegte Anlage. Bis zum Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt sind es 5 Gehminuten. Da wir den ganzen Aufenthalt ein Mietwagen hatten, kenne ich die Busverbindungen nicht. Die Bar war den ganzen Tag geöffnet und es gibt eine kleine Speisekarte. Die Anlage würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir 4, in 2 Appartments, sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen und bedient worden. Das Frühstück ist ein bißchen spartanisch. Es schmeckte uns trotzdem. Sehr sauberer Pool und genügend Sonnen-Liegen und -Schirme vorhanden. Die Verständigung mit dem Personal war sehr gut. Die Frau des Eigentümers, ist Deutsche und Demitri hinter der Bar, spricht sehr gut Englisch. Beide sind sehr auf das Gästewohl bedacht! Immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben, sowie mit Tipps zu Ausflügen zur Hand. Rundherum hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Unserer Meinung nach ist das Hotel mit ** unterbewertet! *** wäre angemessen.

Bellissima struttura. Camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort con una bellissima vista sul mare. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima vicino al vecchio villaggio di Hersonissos lontano dalla confusione della cittadina. Le spiagge più belle sono un pò distanti per cui si consiglia di prevedere l'uso della macchina. Comunque l'albergo ha una piccola piscina e un bar ristornate dove si può mangiare molto bene. Su prenotazione è possibile mangiare dell'ottimo pesce fresco a bordo piscina...molto suggestivo. Il personale è meraviglioso, disponibili e gentilissimi, pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo!

Wir waren für 6 Tage im Bella Vista in einem großen,sauberen Apartment.Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand.Zum wunderschönen Marktplatz,wo man in gemütlichen Tavernen(Sehr zu empfehlen Zachos)sehr gut essen kann,sind es ca.5min zu Fuß.Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen im nächstes Jahr wieder.

Budgetlägenhetshotell en bit upp i bergen från stranden. Lugnt och fint trots närhet till den större vägen. Vi hade lite strul med incheckningen när vi kom. Trots kvällstid var vårt rum inte iordningställt. Det löste sig dock rätt snabbt och vi gavs flexibel utcheckning och lite gratis dricka som kompensation. Ingen big deal. I princip får man vad man betalat för vad gäller standard etc, men det man måste framhålla är den fantastiska servicen! Alla på hotellet är verkligen supertrevliga och gör sitt yttersta för att man ska ha det bra. Små detaljer som leenden, ett genuint intresse för kunderna, eller att köpa körsbär av bilen på gatan och bjuda alla runt poolen på. Det är sådant som lyfter ett ställe! Maten i restaurangen var helt ok men torget 100m nedför backen erbjuder väldigt mycket mysigare tavernor för den som vill ha det lite mer genuint grekiskt. Rekommenderas!

Hyggelig vertskap, koselige lite hotell. Kan absolutt anbefales. Ligger i en koselig liten landsby.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, il personale dell'hotel Dimitri è molto disponibile e capisce abbastanza l'italiano (altrimenti c'è l'inglese!). Le camere sono spaziose e pulite l'unica pecca è che è un po' distante dalla movida e bisogna memorizzare bene la strada per tornare all'albergo a fine giornata! Comunque consigliato! Ciao!

Una struttura ben tenuta fuori dal caos del centro di Hersonissos. Il personale è amichevole, premuroso e sempre prodigo di consigli . Davvero una bella vacanza.
