The property was very modern, completely spotless and the staff were so warm and kind. We arrived and had a complementary upgrade to a garden suite with jacuzzi which was a nice treat. We arrived late and all the instructions to access the hotel were clear and easy to follow, and the following morning the breakfast baskets offered everything we needed. We met the hotel manager, Maria, on our check out who was so kind, and welcoming taking the time to green us knowing we’d had a tough travel day! Spot on!

Nothing really

Very nice and very clean

We truly loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. A special thank you to Mrs. Maria, who was absolutely wonderful. She did everything she could to help us check in as early as possible, and we really appreciated her kindness, care, and understanding. She is such a lovely person and made our stay even more special. The whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality and wonderful experience. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay! ❤️

Nulla.

All of the staff were exceptional. Maria, the manager, showed us to our room and arranged a birthday surprise for my partner which we were very grateful for! The attention to detail was amazing. The room was bigger than expected, with plenty of plug sockets (which is normally hard to find in a standard hotel). The breakfast was great, and we loved that we could arrange to have it delivered to our room. The pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Location was a 5 minute walk to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back again!

Nothing - everything was great!

Die Zimmer mit Terrasse und Pool

Nvt

Amazing staff Spotlessly clean

Nothing

Un grand merci à l’équipe trop gentil a l’écoute 💕

Maria the manager is extremely lovely. She explained and helped with any questions and requests we had. She has a radiant smile and beautiful hospitality. The hotel itself is located in a nice area, around the hotel itself it’s quiet and not loud and it’s literally 2-10 min walk away from super market, restaurants, beach shores, souvenirs shop etc depends where you want to go. The breakfast is great, you get an individual tray with food and it is good quality and fresh. We also had lunch there and the prices are reasonable and it was delicious as well. chef Eva is amazing at the food she makes. And the bartender Eva is also lovely and the mojitos cocktail she made was good. We also had a problem with the door handle and Maria made sure it was immediately fixed, Andreas the maintenance manager is always around and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The staff in general is lovely and maintain the hotel well and it’s always clean. The pool area is good it’s not big but not small there is always sun beds available and we hang out there a few times and enjoyed it. The room itself is big, and the garden is pretty and the jacuzzi was good. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I would totally return to this hotel and highly recommend it!

Everything since the moment we got there was great. Staff was amazing, early check in was organized, food was delicious, breakfast baskets delivered into the room were amazing. It was extremely clean, contact with staff was top notch.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Lille hyggeligt og meget pænt indrettet hotel.

Het ontbijt, de service,….

Great location

I loved everything. The breakfasts were great, the room was very comfortable, the pool and sun loungers were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions.

Facilities were top notch and staff was friendly

Maria and the Coosmeen team was so kind and welcoming always answered with smile and took care for everything we asked . If you’re coming to Hersonissos, don’t miss this Hotel! the best one we have ever been in.

Nothing everything were perfect

Everything was great

The hotel looks modern, well decorated and overall new. Staff was absolutely lovely and helpful, compliments to every single person running the hotel. The rooms were just like advertised, very clean (and cleaned regularly during our stay) and comfortable. We really liked the attention to detail with the breakfast baskets, we could customize them to our liking. Location is central within Hersonissos, everything is within reach. We will be sure to return, we can only recommend the hotel.

Trendy nieuw hotel

New and very modern accommodation with excellent facilities and delightful breakfast basket.

Exceptional food and extremely kind stuff. Loved every day ❤️🥂

Staff were amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Location was a 10/10 and facilities were excellent. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Sehr sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal, alles sehr modern, gute Zugänglichkeit

Nichts

Great location less than 2 minute walk to the beachfront and close enough to visit the old town of Koutouloufari. Amazing staff & immaculately clean.

Everything was perfect and a special thanks for Maria she is amazing helpful person We will be back again very soon

NOTHING

Good location, modern, secure, good facilities including room and pool area.

Came for the room, forced to stay for the breakfast... • Treated with contempt by pool bar staff and chastised by the manager in public because we didn't attend the "optional" breakfast that we opted out of. Complete lack of tact and embarrassing. • Questioned why you hadn't eaten the breakfast. • Lack of alternatives to the breakfast. • Breakfast baskets left outside rooms in the hall all day.

Nice food nice location and wonderful staff

Vriendelijk personeel ,super netjes ,prachtige kamers

Kaikki toimi sujuvasti.

Nice room, nice pool and very nice breakfast.
