The hotel is really nice. Location is close to old town, 5 mins walk. The breakfast super good and healthy. The staff is super nice and English speaking.

The only small problem was that AC wasn't very strong. It wasn't very bad but a few times during our 2 day stay we felt the warmth.

Más bien un hotel de 3* (o 3*+), creo que conoció mejores tiempos. Aún así, sigue siendo funcional y válido (al menos para estancias cortas como la nuestra: 1 noche). Lo mejor: 1) el tamaño de la habitación (espaciosa) y cama (grande). 2) el A/C funciona muy bien (muy importante para un destino tan caluroso como Bari y con una fachada toda de cristal -a quién se lo ocurre-). El aislamiento acústico también es bueno (importante para el tráfico de la ciudad y de la avenida donde está el hotel). 3) y el desayuno (a pesar de servirse en un sitio un poco extraño: l mismo espacio de la entrada/recepción) no estuvo mal. 4) la ubicación: a un paseo del centro histórico, aunque...

5) la ubicación: no es mala (en una avenida de las más importantes), pero también calurosa (el sol da a la fachada -de cristal- gran parte del día, aunque el aislamiento -térmico y acústico, más las cortinas- lo contrarresten) y ruidosa (por el tráfico -y porque es el sur de Italia-). Eso sí, la zona me pareció segura y tranquila 6) la decoración / el color de puertas y mobiliario: mucho negro (puertas de la habitación y baño, muebles -armario, mesitas...) y un verde un tanto oscuro. Solo con cambiar esto, el hotel mejoraría mucho. También las habitaciones: con unas alfombrillas junto a la cama (para que no sean solo azulejos en blanco y negro), las harían más cálidas. 7) el baño: también un poco oscuro (más o mejor iluminación le iría muy bien) y la ducha, solo de pared (sin manguera).

El desayuno bueno, abundante, poca variedad. La ubicación es perfecta porque esta fuera de la zona de tránsito restringido, el auto se puede aparcar a la vuelta con un costo de Euros 15 por día. La calle transversal te lleva al Castillo de Barri, esta a unos 400 metros, y ahí ya es el ingreso a la ciudad vieja.

Great location, on a busy street. The walk to old town is easy, about 6-10 minutes. Staff was very nice, especially the lady who runs the hotel. Helped with anything we needed. Breakfast was good too.

The night manager went out of his way during my very late arrival to assist me..I arrived after a road accident and was a little confused and lost.

Ho trovato un capello sul comodino e mi ha dato l'idea che la stanza non fosse stata pulita a fondo. Inoltre il fatto che sull'unica finestra della stanza ci fosse un cartello che intimava di non aprirla, mi è sembrato eccessivo. In caso di incendio o di emergenza dovrebbe essere possibile aprirla.

A gyógyszereim eltüntek az utolsó estére a fürdőből. Amikor tettem egy kósza kísérletet a recepción a megtalálásukra, hátha csak véletlen fogták össze valamivel és leadták a takarítók, a recepció közölte velem, hogy ez biztos az én hibám, én dobhattam ki. Mindezt olaszul, erre az időre elfelejtettek angolul.

Quite a good location and nice staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

This is an OK hotel but a bit on the basic side. A few more facilities in the room e.g. kettle etc would ve good. The price was a bit high for tge standard of hotel.

Todo fue excelente. El desayuno, la atención en la recepción e incluso yo me hospede sola y al tercer día llegó mi hija y me facilitaron todo para pasar de una habitación simple a una doble. La ubicación es excelente mejor imposible. Cerca del centro, del casco histórico, de la parada del bus enfrente.

Que todos los días hay que cambiar la clave de wifi La playa más cerca que fue es Pane y Pomodoro, es hermosa. Bari es hermosa.

O hotel fica numa ponta menos movimentada de uma rua de muito movimento. É uma área com grande oferta de serviços e, mesmo tendo chegado a Bari relativamente tarde, não tive dificuldade de encontrar lugar para jantar.

O quarto é pequeno e destituído de charme.

Mala experiencia. Hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado y la habitación estuvo demasiado caliente durante las dos noches, impidiéndonos dormir bien. Lo comunicamos varias veces y pedimos alguna solución, como un ventilador o cambio de habitación, pero no nos ayudaron. Además, el trato del personal al reclamar fue muy desagradable, llegando incluso a cuestionar nuestra versión y acusarnos de mentir por haber bajado a desayunar con una sonrisa. EDITO PARA LA RESPUESTA DEL HOTEL: El hotel afirma que nunca solicitamos un ventilador o un cambio de habitación, pero esto es falso y puede comprobarse en las comunicaciones de Booking.com. Si no volvimos a comunicarlo personalmente en recepción, fue porque ya existía una conversación abierta con el hotel a través de Booking.com. En ningún momento hemos afirmado que el aire acondicionado estuviera completamente averiado. El problema es que, aunque técnicamente funcionara, no conseguía mantener la habitación a una temperatura adecuada para dormir. El propio personal nos indicó que el sistema tenía limitaciones debido a las altas temperaturas exteriores. Además, nos parece especialmente injusto que se cuestione nuestra experiencia porque bajamos a desayunar y fuimos amables con el personal. Sonreír o saludar no significa que hubiéramos dormido bien, y utilizarlo para poner en duda nuestra reclamación resulta completamente improcedente.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and offer great local advice. The room is clean, though a light refresh would bring it more up to date.

I was warmly welcomed at the reception. I had a wonderful, spacious, clean and pleasant-smelling room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it had already been switched on before I entered the room, which was especially nice.

No window in my room. So No natural lights, always very dark I found it very depressing!!! Shower is poor. Breakfast was terrible. Worst espresso I’ve ever had in Italy. I can’t think of anything good about this hotel.

The hotel is close to the airport and the charming Old Town of Bari can be reached in a few minutes' walk. All staff members are smiling, helpful, friendly, very kind. They provide maximum assistance to guests arriving earlier. The rooms and other spaces in the hotel are excellently clean, and comfortable beds and pillows are available. Breakfast is fresh and a good selection every day. The train station and the shopping street are within easy walking distance. The beach is accessible from the bus stop next to the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.

La colazione era tutto sommato buona e con una buona selezione di prodotti. Unica nota negativa è che nel frigo bar il latte di soia era scaduto, dovrebbe essere controllato di più. Posizione ottima, in pochi minuti si arriva alla stazione centrale, ma anche a Bari vecchia.

In primis la pulizia della camera. Il pavimento soprattutto, non era stato pulito in maniera adeguata. In secondo luogo la camera aveva il televisore e la lampadina sul tavolo che non funzionavano. In ultimo, dalle immagini su booking mi aspettavo una camera molto più spaziosa, invece era molto piccola, e con un letto singolo.

The vending machine at the lobby gives you 24h access to water in a city where shops are far and few. The staff were helpful and good. I ordered one single bedroom and even though it was small it was comfy.

There is no sign outside signaling the hotel name. You just have to walk in and ask if this is it. With a little effort this can be solved easily The breakfast selection was weak. Space constraints are probably at fault, but even so it is weak.

My first impression of this hotel was not very positive, but by the end of my stay I had completely changed my mind. It turned out to be a really good place to stay. I rarely sleep well in hotels, but here I completely relaxed and had an excellent night's sleep. For me, that's probably the most important thing a hotel can offer. The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room was a budget room, so it was rather small, dark, and not particularly attractive. But you get what you pay for, and I knew what I was booking. Most importantly, the room was very quiet, which made all the difference. I left with a much better impression than I had when I arrived.

J'ai apprécié l'accueil de la jeune fille très sympathique et professionnelle...

Au moment du déjeuner..une dame de l'accueil était présente et elle était pas très sympathique et était énervé sur la jeune femme charmante de la veille..et par sa monvais humeur elle a très vite mis une monvais ambiance et s'est vraiment dommage...je pense que si elle a des remarques à faire elle ne devrait pas les faire en présence des clients de l'hôtel....

Drzwi balkonowe w pokoju na stałe zamknięte z matową folią, czyli praktycznie pokój bez okna. Duży zgrzyt przy wymeldowaniu. Ustaliliśmy z menager że ze względu na późny wylot pozostawię swój bagaż w pokoju kolegi, który wyjeżdżał następnego dnia. Gdy po 17 chciałem odebrać bagaż, recepcjonista nie wpuścił mnie do hotelu, twierdząc że już nie jestem gościem i 10 minut mojej obecności w hotelu narazi hotel na straty. Skończyło się tym, że kolega musiał znosić walizkę z drugiego pietra (winda tego dnia była zepsuta) a ja musiałem przebierać się do podróży na środku holu przed recepcją. Mało komfortowa sytuacja. Bardzo dziękuję hotelowi za takie potraktowanie.

Très bien situé, belle grandeur de chambre, bon petit déjeuner et personnel très gentil.

El desayuno fue mejor de lo esperado. La atención del personal fue buena. La ubicación al final del corso Vitorio emmanuelle no es que fuera demasiada céntrica y a unos 20 minutos de la estación central, pero era aceptable.

El hotel es viejo y necesita una renovación urgente. El wifi era lento. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba demasiado bien. La habitación con vistas muy feas a patio y el baño pequeño con la ducha incómoda y con unas servilletas como toallas. El ascensor se había estropeado y había que subir 6 pisos con muchas escaleras. Y la llave de la habitación gigante y pesada que dejaba en recepción. Y no considero que sea un hotel de tres estrellas por todo lo expuesto.

Chambre classique, vaste et confortable, mais un peu bruyante car sur la rue. Carrelage au sol donc pas très chaleureuse.
