L'accueil du personnel de l'hotel, la situation de l'hotel et les prestations comme le petit déjeuner : bon et copieux.

Ma chambre était au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Ceci écrit je le savais avant de venir et je comprends qu'il est impossible d'en installer un compte tenu de la configuration du batiment.

La cama muy cómoda y la habitacion de buen tamaño, en mi caso con vistas a la calle. Esta situado justo al lado de la puerta de las murallas que da acceso a la playa de Bon Secours, su famosa piscina y a la Isla de la tumba de Chateaubriand. Cerca de restaurantes. Está situado Intramuros pero hay aparcamiento de pago con Parquímetros en todas las calles adyacentes al hotel.

No tiene ascensor por lo que dependes de la planta en la que esté situada la habitación para subir y bajar maletas por unas escaleras pendientes y estrechas, ojo si tienes problemas de movilidad.

The view from our room was fabulous, overlooking the city walls and beach. Great location for exploring. Comfy beds. Very friendly staff.

Steep, narrow stairs. Very low ceilings. Shower needs improvement.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans cet hôtel, mais nous en gardons une très bonne impression. Nous avions choisi cet établissement notamment pour profiter d’une vue sur la mer, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. L’hôtel est de qualité, agréable et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est servi juste en face, avec une vue imprenable sur la porte Saint-Pierre, ce qui rend le moment particulièrement plaisant. Nous n’avons rencontré aucune difficulté pour nous garer dans le parking situé à proximité. Enfin, les instructions qui nous avaient été données pour notre arrivée tardive étaient parfaitement claires et pratiques. Une courte étape, mais très réussie.

Ottima accoglienza, anche per check in effettuato dopo le 19: tutte le informazioni (stanza, piano e indicazioni per ritiro chiavi) sono state fornite in modo chiaro. Colazione davvero ottima: varia e ben presentata. Accoglienza molto buona.

La localisation est top, à côté de la plage et du centre ville.

Très bruyant le soir côté cour. Besoin d’un ventilo l’été car il manque d’air et laisser la fenêtre ouverte était très bruyant.

abbiamo dormito "fronte strada",senza mai aver potuto aprire le finestre, con auto parcheggiate davanti ,e passanti che mi guardavano nella stanza. su booking non era ben precisato che l'appartamento fosse un fronte strada, ma solo a piano terra; ma noi credevamo del corpo centrale,non fuori per strada!!!!! ciliegina sulla torta : receptionista scostumata ,arrogante e supponente. Che ha dfeso strenuamente la sua posizione ,senza minimamente preoccuparsi del ns benessere in quanto ospiti paganti dell'hotel.

Bed was incredibly comfy, really friendly member of staff to welcome us, and the room was immaculate.

TV didn't seem to work and the cups left get very hot if you use them for a hot drink. This is me being picky but I would have liked a bit more of a tea selection in the room, and coffee bags as opposed to instant coffee.

La stanza era piccolina, ma accogliente. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e con vista dalla finestra. Il personale accoglientissimo e colazione ottima nel bar di fronte alla struttura. Possibilità di effettuare deposito bagagli.

Purtroppo non c'è l'ascensore ed essendoci un forte traffico in estate, i taxi non entrano nelle mura della città e quindi è necessario trasportarle a piedi.

ein wenig zu klein für zwei Personen. Das Doppelbett war auf der einen Seite fest und auf der anderen Seite zu weich. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zur Stadtmauer hin. Wenn die Leute auf der Stadtmauer vorbeigegangen sind konnten sie in das Zimmer sehen. Besonders abends wenn das Licht im Zimmer angeschaltet war, war man den Blicken ausgesetzt, wenn man nicht die Vorhänge zugezogen hat. Nur französiche TV-Kanäle.

Me gusto todo, la ubicación junto a la muralla, la habitación luminosa con la ventana enorme, el desayuno y el equipo, muy amables y simpáticos. Fue más de lo que esperaba.

We had a top floor room with a view out over the bay. Spotless and comfortable. Quiet because high above the visiting crowds. Sunsets beautiful. Easy walk out to Grand Bé island at low tide. It was great!

Sloping ceiling was a bit hazardous in the top floor room. One of us hit it hard once by accident. Breakfast across the street had decent variety, but the hot water for boiling eggs was not kept boiling, so egg did not get cooked and there are signs that are basically implying that you are a pig if you eat beyond your basic hunger. We did not eat much at all, but I felt the staff was watching to see what we ate, and if we had more than one cup of coffee from the machine, so that was a bit uncomfortable.

15 -20min walk from harbour with suitcase. Location excellent regarding noise. Decor looks new and tastefully done. Very short walk to beach. Beach towels provided. Able to leave bags at the bar before entering room. Bed comfortable.

Just wanted a croissant for breakfast not the full works at 14euros. But plenty of other options available nearby. Lower rooms are over looked by the city wall walk so you have to use the net curtain for privacy. I'd probably have chosen inland room had I twigged. We were on 2 second floor (G,1,2,3,4) level with top of wall. I wouldn't have wanted to be any higher as there is no lift. A chair to read in rather than a folding chair would have been better but I guess that's what you get with a 2 star hotel.

Struttura a gestione familiare presso Porta Saint-Pierre, nella zona Intra Muros di Saint-Malo. La nostra camera era al primo piano con stupenda vista sulla Grand Bè. Camera con arredi moderni, spazi di buone dimensioni, ottima pulizia e cura nei dettagli (ad es. le bottiglie d'acqua di cortesia all'arrivo). La posizione è eccellente: in pieno centro cittadino, a ridosso della spiaggia di Bon-Secours. Gentilezza e disponibilità a soddisfare le nostre richieste da parte dello staff. È possibile aggiungere alla prenotazione una ricca colazione a buffet con prodotti locali.

Struttura comoda al centro pulita

Piccolo hotel appena rinnovato in posizione centrale, entro le mura cittadine, e con vista meravigliosa dalla camera sugli isolotti di fronte alla città. Proprietari premurosi e disponibili. Ottima e varia colazione nella saletta di fronte all'hotel. Nel complesso, un 2 stelle molto al di sopra della categoria! Nonostante l'alta stagione, è stato possibile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze dell'hotel o appena fuori le mura (nota positiva: il parcheggio è gratuito dalle 20 alle 9 a Saint-Malo). È comunque possibile lasciare l'auto davanti l'hotel per carico e scarico bagagli.

4. Stock ohne Lift, enger Treppe mit Gepäck ist eine Herausforderung, aber der Ausblick war gigantisch. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Stadtmauer und der Strand sehr nah sind und dadurch ein Anziehungspunkt für Nachtschwärmer (Party und etwas lauter).

Gutes Frühstück, sensationeller Blick über die Stadtmauer aufs Meer.

Location is great. The hotel is intra-muros and right next to the historic rampart.

The building is poorly isolated, therefore very noisy. You can hear everything from the corridors to the room, and from other rooms. We were awaken several times during the night and early morning as other travelers got in/out and spoke out.

Loved the location with the hotel on one side of the street, and the restaurant on the other. It felt like a French movie as it is located at the fort entrance to the beach. Beautiful views of the sea with all the boats going by. The owner was accommodating, friendly, always smiling and ready to talk with us. The hotel has been in her family for generations. Our room was clean, a comfortable bed and lovely view. The employees were wonderful, always smiling and ready to help.

Wunderschönes, frisch renoviertes und modernes Zimmer im dritten Stock mit Blick auf das Meer, zum Strand braucht man nur durch die Stadtmauer zu gehen. Unkomplizierter Check-Inn. Frühstück gibt es im Restaurant gegenüber, auch das war sehr in Ordnung.

Leider musste ich bei Abfahrt noch in bar Kurtaxe zahlen, obwohl gemäß Buchungsbestätigung der gezahlte Preis inklusive Steuern und Gebühren war… so etwas habe ich in Frankreich leider öfter erlebt!

El personal...llegamos y no hablamos frances, nada de informacion en ingles y mucho menos español...preguntamos en recepcion por algun sitio para comer recomendable...nos dijo con desden q cualquier esta bien...cero interes ... Cd hicieron la habitacion no dejaron toallas, y la taza del cafe tampoco la cambiaron, igual pensaron q debo fregarla yo en el lavavo del baño...

Il y a un problème de hauteur sous plafond, surtout dans la salle de bains, probablement en raison de l’aménagement sous les combles. Pour une personne de grande taille, en particulier un homme, l’utilisation des toilettes peut être difficile en raison du manque de hauteur.

Le personnel est absolument charmant. C’est une affaire familiale, tout le monde est extrêmement accommodant et accueillant. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages jusqu’au départ de notre train après avoir rendu la chambre, c’était très appréciable. La vue mer était sublime, une vraie vue ! La localisation est idéale et le brunch dans le restaurant d’en face, tenu par eux aussi, est très bon. Si nous revenons à saint Malo nous logerons ici à nouveau !
