Wifi was bad. Slow. Not working. Had to call for IT to assisist for first 2 days. IT Technician was patient & helpful. They need to upgradectheir wifi system. Too old.

Second time visiting here, the room is much bigger than before and located at the second floor. Clean and not too much noise from the outside As ussual the staf is very delightfull Meal is suitable with our Location of this hotel is at the famous cihampelas street and near ciwalk/pvj mall and fashion center I only have the foto of my last visit of the place but i will insert it again here

The staff are very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good- walking distance to Ciwalk, Indomaret and a lot of local food options around. We love nasgor cart just beside the hotel. The aircond is very cold too and the single bed size is very spacious. We asked for connecting room and we got it. The breaksfast has decent selection with the price you are paying. Service is excellent with the food being refilled before it runs out. Kudos to the hotel staff :)

The toilet has a musty smell, probably from the shower curtain, i think if its removed, it will fix the smell issue.

L'hôtel diffuse de la musique à tous les étages des 6h30 du matin. J'en ai parlé à la réception ils ont coupé quelques heures mais la musique reprend et quelques jours plus tard réveillée à 6h30, de la pop avec de la bass biz sur Donc Rien de relaxant et impossible de dormir avec 3 hauts parleurs sur un couloir de 4 chambres. Je trouve ça inadmissible d'imposer de la musique comme ça si tôt et à tous les étages

The restaurant inside the hotel is not very spacious, so guests have to queue for breakfast.

La situation proche d'un centre commercial et des restaurants. Le lit est confortable. La piscine.

Il n'y a pas d'insonorisation entre les chambres, vous entendez tout , ainsi que les bruits de plomberie des chambres voisines. L'odeur de cigarettes dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner n'est clairement pas destiné à un public européen manque de variété. Que dire du monde à 7h30 du matin pour le petit déjeuner nous n'avons pas pu manger car il n'y avait plus de table libre et nous avions une ecursion à 8h. Je trouve donc cet hôtel cher....

الفندق جدا قديم ورائحة الحمامات جداً سيئة والماء في الحمامات جدا ضعيف ولا يوجد ماء حار ووجود نمل في الغرف وعند طلب غرفه بإطلاله كانت الاطلاله علي اجهزة مكيف الاسبليت علما بإنه لا يوجد ثلاجه والافطار لا يناسب العرب نهائياً تم الخروج من الفندق قبل الموعد وذلك لسوء المكان لا انصح به تماما والسعر مرتفع ولا يستحق

We stayed in the 1st floor, and it’s a bit noisy due to a few kids running around, it’s holiday season, the hotel was very busy. Breakfast menu should be improved.

The Front desk was very helpful with our 3 rooms booking to make sure the rooms are close to each other. and accommodate us on the first floor as we have baby and a wheelchair for elderly travelling. the concierge were helpful to help us carry our belonging every time we left and back from tour around the city. Location is Good.

We stayed about 7days in this hotel. Breakfast was almost the same daily. Fruits and salad are not fresh. No housekeeping service everyday unless request and it needed many calls to activate them. swimming pools area were dirty. need to freshen up. Walk way to swimming pool and Gym area need to brighten up.

The hotel is clean. The location is near to Mall and shops. It also near to Stasiun Bandung.

No iron and fridge in the room.

Nice location just in front of Cihampelas Walk with shopping mall. Lots of shop for tourists and locals along the road in front of the hotel. Lot of eateries serving local food within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable.

Except the egg section, other option for breakfast was poor. Staff didn't fill up food quickly. There were more carbo on the menu rather something nutritious. Room facility was average, I didn't like the liquid soap and there was no face towel. I asked for room service, the staff did it quickly and left the dirty glasses.

Faveroom , my mom and my grandma have knee problem so the toilet was quite high for them. Hopefully they can do something for the toilet maybe put a hand rails

Very tiny room due to the placement of the wardrobe. The housekeeping ignored our request for extra pillow and towel on the 1st day despite us calling them many times.

The breakfast is good with variety of foods. We like that. The hotel rooms are just nice but could be better. The staffs were very friendly yet very helpful.The location is just perfect!

The worst thing was our rooms smells a very strong of smoke from cigarettes. We knew that it is legal to smoke in some rooms, however, the smoke make us felt uncomfortable and unhappy.

Swimming pool has a jaccuzzi.

The AC could not be controlled. Only on and off is working on the remote. So it gets very cold

1. The layout of the room quite improper to old people or small children as the floor got quite high step between toilet and bed area. 2. Quite small space left if u bring along 2 big luggages. 3. Buffet Breakfast quite limited of choices and served 90% same foods on the next following days.

Im happy with all staff here. They keep on follow up me upon arrival, get me a king size bed room. The room was cool n comfy when im enter the room. Good preparation. Felt welcoming. The ceiling n wall are not soundproof. Sometimes it was very noisy from the restaurant above. Even the sound of people in next room plugging in their phone charged - you can hear it too

Clean sorrounding from drop off till parking lot. Fresh scented elevators. Welcome snacks & drinks provided in a cozy & clean lobby. Fast checkin handled by Ms. Tiras. Clean & well maintained hallway. Fresh linen, towels, clean bathroom & sufficient amenities provided in a clean & well functioned room 2004 prepared by Mr. Saepul & team. Nice swimming pool with pool for adult & child one with warm water, clean water & surroundings with stunning landscape layouts. Delicious breakfast at Lime Cafe, pattiseries here is a must try. Fast & friendly egg station cooker. Definetly recommended for those who seeking for simply comfort stay in Bandung specially Cihampelas.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 21:30, so we had to wait almost 10 minutes. We weren't walk-in guest, so they should've prepared the room for our arrival, especially at night. Otherwise, the room was clean, but had no window.
