Everything. Top notch hotel very professional and courteous staff. Room was very clean and comfortable and location was in the city centre. Breakfast had decent choices and was very delicious

I like the staff, hospitable and the property was clean and well maintained. Located at the center of the city so everything is within reach.

The bathroom was a bit clumsy and not very well made. Also in our room the light was a bit dated and flickering all the time.

This is a good hotel, and great value for money. All aspects of the hotel is good. Our very special thanks to the house keeping staff, they are excellent.

Awesome overall experience, thanks to guru and karen at the reception desk, above all thanks for taking care of my 5 yrs old daughter whether it's birthday suprise cake cutting and her complimentary food.

Visited with my family and had a great time. The ambience and food were nice. A big thank you to all staff especially to kristy and Anamika for making my son’s birthday special with a cake. We will definitely come again!

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Accord Puducherry. From the moment I checked in, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. All your front desk staff did a great job. Special thanks to Haribabu, Sreyashi, Kanishka (chef), and all Front desk staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The amenities were excellent, and the hotel maintained high standards of hygiene throughout. The food was another highlight—there was a good variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. The breakfast spread, in particular, catered to different tastes and was a great way to start the day. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the beautiful town of Puducherry. Overall, it was a pleasant,comfortable, fun filled and a very memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puducherry for both leisure and comfort. We visited here with our 7 month old son and had a great experience. Front desk staffs were really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Karan who helped us with our check in and out process. She was very sweet, friendly and very good with my baby. We’ll definitely recommend this stay for people who wants to have a peaceful and sophisticated experience

Enjoyed my stay here , food was good. Hospitality was good. The staffs were kind enough to listen to our queries and sort them out especially the front desk staffs shiwangi and Shreyashi. Housekeeping did their job well

I loved you beer selection and enjoyed very much the Japanese beer. My bathroom was poor compared to the bedroom which was good. Bathroom needs deco. Breakfast was OK Dosa/chai/egg station all good but variety of other foods poor. Regarding dinner - we did not opt for buffet but decided on la a carte which was good

Reception hall was to busy and not welcoming The bar on the top floor - the furniture (sofas) made the bar look cluttered and small

I had an excellent stay at Accord Puducherry with my family in March 2026. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond in multiple ways — arranging a thoughtful packed breakfast for our early morning trip, even considering practical details like avoiding chutney due to heat. They were also very accommodating with custom food requests, which made our stay comfortable and personalized. The buffet spread was phenomenal, with great variety and quality. The chefs were incredibly down-to-earth and personally engaged with guests to ensure satisfaction — a rare and refreshing touch. One area for improvement would be around room readiness for additional occupants. We had a 2+1 setup with an extra bed, but on both nights we had to remind the staff for additional amenities such as towels, dental kits, and coffee mugs. It would be great if this could be handled proactively, ideally through a more streamlined or digital intake system so that such requests are automatically fulfilled. Overall, a very pleasant experience driven by genuinely caring staff, with a small opportunity to improve operational consistency.

Hospitable service, good food!

Hotel was great. However the hotel needs minor renovations as I faced waterlogged in the washroom while taking bath. The staffs were all very good. The F&B staff were nice. We took dinner at Seasons and the staff specially Sristina and Adiiti were nice. However the staffs who were servicing prior to Sristina and Aditi were very very slow even for giving drinking water. Such things are not acceptable in a 5 star property.

It was a wonderful evening with gathering of family, i felt very happy the event ended up nice with the help of sushen and goukiln service and I thank accord for the support.

The hotel is in a high traffic zone so congestion while entering and exiting the hotel is off putting.
