A perfect resort for a peaceful vacation, next to the beach! It is a perfect location to rest and enjoy, with fantastic views! Attention if you want to visit Phuket, all departing sites for boat tours and guided tours are about 1h travel.

Another fantastic stay at our home away from home. This hotel just gets better each year. 5 weeks of bliss this year. From arrival to departure, the staff are always welcoming and friendly with nothing being too much to deliver. I would love to mention individual staff here but at the risk of missing someone out - I have to say everyone, just everyone goes out of their way to ensure the holiday is memorable. Staff in Housekeeping, Rock Salt, Cosmo, Reflections, Pool, Cleaning and Security (resident snake catcher) are all top class. Roong, the Resort Manager was in charge with the GM on holidays and kept the ship running very smoothly. This year the lift was being replaced so the baggage lift had to service everything. It was a slight inconvenience but I’m sure was a bigger inconvenience for staff who had to get bags to rooms, laundry to floors and even water bottles up to rooms. Thank you everyone at The Nai Harn.

The rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. We would especially like to thank Sun and Aum from the Front Office for taking such great care of us throughout our stay and for recommending delicious local food. We truly appreciated their warm service and kindness. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful location and quiet area

If you are looking for a quiet vacation then the location is good. Close to the beach but it takes some time to get to any other places. The staff are friendly in general. Room is clean.

The only two things I could think about are improving the quality of the food and perhaps installing another elevator. I chose to eat at the resort most of time but the breakfast is not as good as I expected. There are some sections of food barely touched and it is actually shows they need to change the selection of the food. Meanwhile, the main dining place is COSMO restaurant. The Thai food quality needs to be improved in my opinion. If you want more customers to eat there then it is better to provide a better service especially on the dining part. I liked the Reflection bar more than the restaurant. Sushi is fresh enough. In general, my stay is ok.

Closer to the ocean and nice room

It’s far from the city and not much to do around the area

Second trip here and stayed 3 days this time early July. Don’t do TripAdvisor but just had to this time. Have to say, Breakfast is as described by others, probably the best of any hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing in all areas, better than anywhere else we’ve stayed. Everything about this place is absolute class and a reason it’s voted so highly- it’s just a crying shame we were let down in the culinary area. We were disappointed with what is apparently a new menu. There’s very little choice and no specials like last time we stayed. (Chicken Schnitzel and wine etc) Seems all the chefs talents are saved for a “Pop Up” restaurant called Prime which is only open during the high season. You can see heaps of class food on their Instagram page but that’s it. We left with impression you had to be European or Russian to enjoy the best of it. Can’t figure that out! Would have loved to provide comments in person and ask if there were any specials but told “the chef was on holidays” Probably sums it up. Still gave it 5 stars as it’s a fabulous hotel.

Even though the beach is not private for the hotel only, but it is pretty.

The staff were not friendly from the beginning, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, their attitude only became worse. They even told us, “If you don’t like it, find another hotel,” which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, we decided to cancel our second night and stay elsewhere.

Property is a bit dated, the Gym is very poorly equipped and the pool is quite small for such a resort. Also a bit far from the other stuff in Phuket if you plan to explore the area.

UNBELIEVABLE,,,, Our stay was literally amazing, Everything there is adorable ( The View ) is breathtaking, the breakfast is so delicious.. the pool was amazing .. Access to the beach is very easy.... the place is so romantic and quiet and far from all noise ... all stuff are amazing and very well organized and everything is doing his job as per the rules.... I will just say that we have lost things twice and the hotel stuff have found them and return them back to us. It's really deserving the cost, this place where you have the best view in phuket, if you want night life and walking in streets for shopping i will recommend for you Patong but Nai Harn is the best ever and I promise my next stay will be there again and again and again ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I wanna say one more thing, there is a Samsung sound system working by bluetooth, Oh my lord ( your favorite Music + Adorable View ) this was my dream ❤️

I would just give few advices: 1- It would be amazing if there was a microwave and a bigger fridge if possible. 2- Small Washing machine would be more than perfect to us. 3- More Middle Eastern food if possible 4- TV can have more access to some Apps like Netflix or something because the existing channels are not suitable for all different nationalities.

I recently spent a relaxing weekend at The Nai Harn Phuket and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautifully located at the southern tip of Phuket, perched on a hillside with breathtaking views over Nai Harn Bay. My Ocean View Room featured a huge private terrace, which was the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the stunning scenery. Although the swimming pool is not particularly large, it is beautifully designed and has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection of high quality dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. My personal highlight was Rock Salt, the hotel’s beachfront restaurant located just below the resort. The food was outstanding, and the service, just like throughout the entire hotel, was warm, genuine, and delivered with the wonderful Thai hospitality that makes every guest feel welcome. Instead of exploring the island, I chose to spend my time simply relaxing at the resort, and it was the perfect decision. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it is exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and kept in excellent condition. I can highly recommend The Nai Harn Phuket to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. A special thank you to Frank, the General Manager, and his entire team for their outstanding hospitality and for making my stay so memorable. I wish everyone at The Nai Harn continued success and all the very best.

My adult son and I had a wonderful cooking class yesterday from a delightful lady called Anne. She first showed us all the various ingredients and asked us to smell them, so that she could then explain how they all go together. Then she showed us how to cook our chosen dish before one of us had a go at cooking it under her instructions. We then did the same with three more dishes. It was great fun and we learnt a lot. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked a second class for the two of us and Anne has kindly agreed to teach us how to cook dishes that are not on the normal list for the class.

We had the best time! A little back story on why we went there, my husband and i lost our baby girl last june and we were losing everything even our marriage this trip was our last effort to find our connection. The place gave us back our smile and though there were moments we missed our baby girl everything at Nai Harn made us connect again as husband and wife. Id like to specially mention the people we met that made an imoact first was sir Champ he may not be aware that those 630 am walk by the beach that he witnessed us do is our effort to connect and him greeting us always with the widest and warmest smile is an instant reminder that we can also smile in the morning. Chef wat was also instrumental in making our stay enjoyable, i stopped cooking since our baby passed and my lesson with Chef Wat was the first time in 1 month that i cooked again on those moments i forgot that i stopped and i just enjoyed the moment of creating pad thai. So thank you everyone, i cant mention everyone by name but believe me every smile or hello everyone shared with us changed the trajectory of our marriage. We will be back next year. Hopefully longer and with more memories to create

**⭐ 1/5 – Worst hotel experience I've ever had** I booked this hotel for **5 nights** as part of my honeymoon, but we stayed in the room for **less than 10 minutes** before leaving. The reality was completely different from the photos. The biggest issue was the overwhelming presence of insects and reptiles. There were lizards and insects not only around the resort, but along the walkways, near the reception, and close to the rooms. I have a severe phobia of reptiles, and the situation caused me extreme panic. We simply could not stay. The hotel later claimed they offered us another room, but that would not have solved the problem. The issue was not one specific room—it was the entire property. Changing rooms in the same environment made no difference. They also claimed I left immediately, which is not true. I remained at the hotel for almost **two hours**, hoping they would find a real solution. Unfortunately, nothing meaningful was done, and we eventually had no choice but to leave and book another hotel at our own expense. What makes this even more disappointing is that we stayed at another resort in Phuket surrounded by the same tropical nature, trees, and the beach, yet we did **not** see insects and reptiles everywhere like we did at this hotel. Their excuse that "it's because of nature" simply doesn't match our experience. The cleanliness was also far below expectations. We stayed in several hotels during our trip to Phuket, and none of them had this level of poor cleanliness or pest presence. Despite not using almost the entire stay, the hotel refused to show any understanding or offer any refund. There was no consideration that this was our honeymoon, no empathy for the distress we experienced, and no genuine effort to resolve the situation. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos do not reflect the actual experience we had, and this was by far the worst hotel of our entire trip.

This was my first visit to Phuket, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than the Nai Harn. I arrived in the early hours of the morning after a journey from Abu Dhabi. It was such a thoughtful surprise to find food waiting in my room. It was a small gesture, but one that immediately made me feel welcome and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel's location is simply stunning, overlooking the beautiful Nai Harn Beach with breathtaking views across the bay. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. My wife and I recently stayed at The Nai Harn for my birthday, and it reminded us why we keep coming back. The setting above Nai Harn Beach is beautiful, but what really makes the hotel special is the overall atmosphere and the people. Our favorite parts are still the pool, Reflections sunset rooftop bar, and Hansha. The sushi was delicious, made by Arnu, and the amazing cocktails by KaiJew were another highlight. The service from Nui and Aem at Reflections made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. A perfect week in a beautiful hotel. All the staff were excellent - super helpful and friendly. Any request we had was dealt with quickly. This hotel is consistently my favorite resort hotel due to several factors. These include, reasonable prices, excellent facilities - with the rooms being outstanding, large and comfortable, all with fabulous views - and superb quality of F and B. The GM has clearly used his vision to create a standard which includes attention to detail that you don’t find in many places. ie: food and wine that is top notch - using the best available ingredients; lovely touches in the room such as illy coffee makers and fresh fruit baskets; the pool service is impeccable even in the rainy season, where the staff hustle to keep everyone comfortable whether they need shade or protection from a passing shower; finally, mention has to be made to the friendly parking assistant who seems to always be there to assist with the smooth loading and unloading of guests in front of reception. When you stay at The Nai Harn more than once, the staff recognize and treat you not simply as a guest but also as part of a special family.

Notre chambre était dans le 8ème étage et il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur il fallait prendre de longues escaliers ce qui n’est pas très pratique.

We had simply amazing times at the Nai Harn Hotel!! Wonderful views, delicious food and first and foremost wonderful people! We had a spacious room with a wonderful view over beach and the bay. The room was in great condition and so were all the facilities. The place is perfect for families but also for couples. Rent a scooter nearby (in walking distance) and enjoy the near areas where you can get delicious food, nice massages and can rent a longtail boat for nice snorkelling trips to the nearer islands.

It’s far from the airport almost 1.5hours, but also far from the crowd which is good!

The location right next to the beach was perfect. The hotel is at the end of the road for that stretch which makes it a quiet place for a getaway. The rooms were spotless, the views were fantastic and the food was great.

I normally stay in 5 star hotels just as a personal preference valuing higher end standards, however I found this hotel more close to a 4 star standard with their quality and variety of food plus level of hospitality and customer service. Buffet breakfast has very limited variety in both food and fruit, staff are nice however level of service is in a medium range.

Beach was beautiful and very easily accessible. Breakfast and food was Michelin shortlisted, and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly in the restaurant and the menu was adapted to suit my vegetarian taste. Ocean view from the balcony was extremely beautiful. Overall its a great value for money.

Excellent staff, Instagram worth scenery and fabulous breakfast. Really feels like a top class resort. Rooms are huge and spacious. There's a lovely beach and some great snorkeling spots (no boat needed) nearby as well as local food. Would definitely return!

Our stay at The Nai Harn was absolutely exceptional. We stayed in an Ocean View Suite, and the panoramic view of the bay was simply stunning every single day.What truly sets this resort apart is the incredible hospitality. Every staff member was polite, genuinely warm, and friendly. We loved all the thoughtful freebies provided throughout our stay. To top it all off, they kindly accommodated a late checkout until 2 PM, letting us enjoy our final day without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

Our stay at The Nai Harn was so much fun! The location overlooking Nai Harn Beach is stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the oversized terraces make it hard to leave. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere — relaxed, elegant, and completely unpretentious. Service was warm and attentive throughout our stay, breakfast with the ocean view quickly became a daily highlight, and sunset drinks/dinner at Rock Salt was unforgettable. Phuket has plenty of luxury hotels, but The Nai Harn genuinely feels special. We would definitely stay here again.

Firstly I will say that our experience at The Nai Harn was impacted by the weather. It basically rained all week and when it does there is little to do at the resort. Apart from your room and the restaurant, there are no places to still relax outdoors under shelter even on your balcony. I would also question this being a 5 star resort. The rooms although large are quite tired and small things like service at pool are not what I would expect of a luxury resort - you need to walk up to the pool cart to order any drinks or food and asking for extra towels seemed a hassle for staff. Having visited many luxury Bali resorts over the years, it’s the norm to have a QR code by your lounger or staff that walk around ready to take any orders. On the plus side, the service at Cosmo is great and the buffet breakfast is one of the best I’ve experienced. Dinner was lovely with an extensive Thai and western menu. I also had one of the best massages I have had at the Spa. Drinks and ambience at Reflections bar was amazing but unfortunately this was only opened once during our stay due to the weather. So I’m sure we didn’t get to experience all that The Nai Harn has to offer but I do believe there are things lacking that would be my expectation for a luxury hotel.

I loved the location and accessibility to the beach. The hotel is beautiful.

We were on floor 9 and the lifts only went up to 6, so there were some stairs to climb.

What a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. Very peaceful and attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel. The food is excellent as well as the service. More amenities than listed on the booking site I used. Morning beach workouts, included transportation to near by snorkeling, beach equipment and more. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peace of heaven in Phuket.

The hotel is very picturesque, giving one the feel of Santorini in Phuket. The beach is also very good, clean and has very soft powdery sand. Food is the best, I had in entire Thailand. Every item was so fresh and tasted like gourmet food. However, I want to draw the attention of the management to some major lapses in the design. 1 - There is no washroom or changing room after you come from the beach. One has to walk till the swimming pool changing room on the first floor beside Cosmo restaurant. This is a big inconvenience for a top hotel at this price range. 2 - The hotel is not stroller or wheel chair friendly. I had a baby stroller and it was a pain to carry the stroller along with baby over the stairs and no one to help. 3 - There is no kids club or fun pool to keep kids occupied. At this price point, these are basic amenities they should provide, so that guests with kids can enjoy when it’s raining. I would have given 5 stars had these big gaps not been there.

We had a fantastic family holiday at The Nai Harn! Every corner of this resort offers a stunning view—from the room to the rooftop bar. The service was excellent, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. A huge help was the tour booth right at the front office; their options are focusing on small groups and comfortable car transport. It saved us the sweat of not knowing what to do and made exploring effortless. We left feeling completely satisfied and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a peaceful getaway.

We just completed a 19-days stay at the Nai Harn, our 9th visit to the hotel, which has become our home away from home. The location and the views towards the pristine Nai Beach is unique. The rooms and the veranda are huge and well equipped. The buffet breakfast is amazing and very delicious. All staff are so professional and always helpful. A few recommendations: - Select a Grand Sea View room - Visit the Rock Salt restaurant for dinner - Make sure to try the Spa (that offers excellent massage and other wellness treatments). While the Nai Harn is not the cheapest hotel on Phuket, taking into account the facilities and services offered and provided, it is actually excellent value for money. We already look forward to our next visit to the Nai Harn

The sign of a truly great hotel is how it responds when a guest is disappointed. Unfortunately, in that respect, The Nai Harn fell short. To be clear, we had no complaints about the rooms themselves or the hotel facilities. The property remains beautiful, and the views are, of course, one of its main attractions. Our disappointment was with the customer service and, more specifically, the lack of recognition for returning guests. This was our third visit to The Nai Harn in three years. On our previous stays, we were given lovely high-floor rooms, around the 6th floor, with central views over the bay. This time, despite staying for a full week, we were placed on the 2nd floor, which appeared to be one of the lowest levels for our room category, even though we are in off-peak season. While this may sound like a first-world complaint, and perhaps it is, loyalty should count for something. When guests choose to return to the same hotel repeatedly, there is a reasonable expectation that this loyalty will be noticed and appreciated, even in a small way. Sadly, very little was done to address our dissatisfaction. The experience left us feeling undervalued as returning guests. After three visits in three years, we had expected a little more reciprocity. Since that was not forthcoming, there will not be a fourth visit.

Breathtaking views on Naiharn bay from every where ...restaurant , room, pool ,... Staff is amazing of kindness and care

Overall we had a really nice stay — the hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the staff (especially housekeeping) were incredibly kind and responsive. We did run into an issue with our room having a damp/musty smell, which improved after the bedding was changed. It turned out there was a leak in the bathroom that required engineering to come in and fix it. While the team responded quickly, we weren’t able to use our bathroom for a few hours and were told to use the bathroom in the hotel room next door instead. At this level of hotel, we expected to be moved to another room rather than remain in one with an active issue. That said, the staff were genuinely helpful and the overall experience was still very enjoyable.

Stunning property with spectacular views from the rooms. The bedrooms are large and spacious, and the terrace is a beautiful place to unwind. The beach is gorgeous, with calm, clear water and gentle waves perfect for relaxing and swimming.

We stayed in the Nai Harn recently for four nights after two weeks exploring Vietnam (amazing experience).... and it was the perfect ending to the holiday of a lifetime.  Everything from the location over looking the beautiful Nai Harn beach, to our spacious Ocean View suite with gorgeous views, the most comfortable bed ever, free standing bath, complimentary fruit bowl and daily refill of mini fridge with beer, juice, and soft drinks. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff at every level are just so professional and friendly..... and thank you to Doong, the hotel manager who leads by example in customer service with a personal touch and smile. There are four restaurants but we ate in Cosmo and Rock Salt only both excellent.... we particularly loved Rock Salt for its location and I had the most amazing red prawns curry there too! Food and drink are on the expensive side but worth it. It was also a privilege to attend the monks merit ceremony organised by the hotel on Friday morning to give thanks and offerings with the local monks..... a grounding experience. There is a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests but it has deck chairs rather than beds that we personally prefer..... but we just used an area further down the beach and hired beds for small fee. An incredible experience from start to finish that we will remember for a long time. Thank you ❤️

Stunning views on a quiet and pristine beach surrounded by forest but just 5 mins from a small and lively town. The property itself is amazing. It’s an immaculately upgraded and repurposed old yacht club into a luxury hotel built on levels along a hill slope. All the rooms are spacious with panoramic views of virgin coastline, islands and anchored yachts. Food was also good.

Bed mattress was too hard for me and the pillows too soft.
