Staff were friendly, kind, helpful. Room was clean, good size bathroom. Close to everything in new market, walking distance to the mall, restaurants and helpful for medical appointments. Thanks for the staff appreciated your help.

Proximity to Newmarket is a bonus - walking to train station. Also proximity to motorway is great. The rooms are very spacious and great value for money. Free car parking is another bonus.

A little bit tired but hey, it is clean and cheap and somewhere to lay your head after a great night at the Warrios game!

The location was good

It was not worth the 8.4 rating I would have given them a 7.4 as the kettle was to high to be used safely the tv was in the wrong place we kept hitting it and the power points was behind the bed and you couldn't use them and the only one you could use was across the room behind the rubbish room basically the room was laid out wrong. And the aircon would only blow cold air .

A little tired in the facilities. For older people a walk in shower would be safer than over the bath. I found the bed linen tucked so far over the foot end that my shoulders weren't covered.

Very close to central Auckland and a short walk away from the Newmarket shopping mall and restaurants. The rooms were tidy and clean and the staff were friendly. Great value for money!

Location to new market and restaurant. You can uber if you don’t want to drive we had the room with the spa bath so nice. To relax after a busy week of mahi.

Location excellent , handy to everything we needed including the hospital up the hill . Clean and tidy , I little traffic noise at times but didnt bother us . Good stay

The room service was excellent, we spent most of our days visiting family and out shopping. Once we returned back to our rooms everything was cleaned, spotless, extra towels and bathroom always cleaned daily 😀 without having to ask anyone.

Slightly off smell - may be from past users smoking on balcony or drain in bathroom. No milk, no paper towels, or anything to clean-up. Kettle didn’t work properly initially - had to hold down switch.

When I went into the room it was freezing because the doors to the balcony deck were left open . The temperature outside was only about 3 degrees and this simply flowed into my room. I had to turn the heat pump on high and go out to dinner to give the room time to heat up. The heat pump took quite a while to warm up.

Big room, I was upgraded because they had space which was lovely, nice warm strong shower, great air conditioning, easy check in and out and it was so quiet at night. Great location close to Newmarket shops and Westfield.

Perfectly close to venue

It was basically what we needed, as a vaper it was nice to have a balcony that I was allowed to vape on as I was travelling with a 4yr old and 3 months old. The staff were amazing though they helped me take my bags to and from the room

Coming home in the evening and the balcony door had been left open when they cleaned it. Would have preferred if the heat pump was left on and the door closed so that the room was warm for my kids. Also there was no sink or amenities in the room for washing dishes, they washed thier own cups and all that but as I was bottle feeding a baby I needed to be able to wash the bottles before sterilising them.

The room was a good size for three people. The sheets were smelling fresh and clean. There was a goof view of the hill from the room. It was close to all amenities and good value for money.

We really liked the location in Newmarket, we walked to Westfield to have dinner at White and Wongs which we enjoyed. We stayed at the hotel because we were going to a concert at the Powerstation and that was only a 10 minute Uber ride. Our room was spacious and had a balcony, we'd definitely recommend booking that one. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Nisal was great and consistently checked up on me to ensure I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to be near the Newmarket/Epsom area.

The sprinkler is fixed and there is no bath rack. Those are a little inconvenient.

Staff were very helpful and very accommodating to my situation at the time.i even got a room upgrade. I explained to them what I needed and they were happy to help. 10/10 for there services kind and friendly.

The only fault was I like to cook unfortunately my room did not have cooking facilities. But there was a fridge jug microwave and toaster. In saying that, other rooms might have a kitchenette.

We were loving the location and the balcony the most, and free onsite parking. The location helped with independent teenagers and visiting the Westfield plaza, plenty of after-hours takeaway places too, friendly female host {sorry name is now forgotten}, view of the "mount" and tops of buildings and the motorway, which was interesting if anything, we'll be back!

The lounge sofa I think could have been modernized and so refused to sit on it but instead loved the balcony and lived out there. I also commented to the owner to perhaps provide some dish wash, a wiping cloth and a tea towel. and I think that the owner was going to implement this. We took our small car, and this did help as the car parks are tiny.

Das Motel liegt fußläufig zur Bahn- und Bushaltestelle Newmarket und verfügt damit über eine hervorragende Anbindung zu Flughafen und Hafen. In das System des ÖPNs in Auckland muss man sich nur ein bisschen hereinfuchsen. Pro Person eine Kreditkarte beim Ein- und Ausstieg(!) scannen und man kommt wirklich gut und günstig zu diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und so bequem, wir haben es geliebt und das Personal war so freundlich! Meistens ist keiner an der Rezeption, dann einfach ungehemmt auf den Knop an der Tür drücken, dann wird einem gleich geholfen. Unser Gepäck durften wir vor dem Check In und nach dem Check out kostenlos lagern. Und beim ÖPNV gibt es eine große Mall, in der man essen und einkaufen kann. Preis/ Leistung ist hier top.
