Había 2 camas individuales haciendo una grande aunque se especificó una grande al contratar. Se cambió abonando un plus.

Als je glazen gebruikt had, werden er geen verse gezet. Er zat veel kalk in het water doordat het glazen raam van de douche niet proper was (kalk) We vonden er op woensdag een string in een hoek naast het bureau. Het dinner was lekker maar niet veel, soms vlees alleen geen pasta, of aardappelen erbij, de portie waren niet super groot.

El spa fue una decepción, no funcionaba la mitad de cosas, en las fotos parecía más grande y no fue así, la camarera sirviendo con el pelo suelto, la bañera estaba picada no era muy fiable el suelo.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Room was fine but the view was poor. As the room was over the Reception Area we suffered from load noises due to the comings and goings of hotel guests. Breakfast choice was very good albeit the eggs were cold and rubbery.
The biggest regret was that there were no tea/coffe making facilities in the room. For a 4* hotel this was a major disappointment.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Our 4 th visit again had a wonderful stay,beautiful big room big comfortable bed very clean in all areas , friendly staff,breakfast lots of variety ,hot & cold,pool area is beautiful had the same sun beds all week in the shade ,no reserving sundbeds a big plus ,bare area comfortable to sit by the pool.always have a wonderful peaceful chill time here,hotel was pretty quiet not busy while we were their ,people tend to have short stays,we spent 8 lovely nights,you need a car tho it’s to far to walk to beaches & restaurants,but the hotel restaurant has a good variety of menu.
Nothing,just maybe a couple of parasols as their not really much shade if you need it if you want to stay on the sun lounges.but that’s all

Pues lo único que no me gustó fue el tema de la carga eléctrica que te obliga a meter el coche en el garaje te cobraban el parking y aparte la carga, algo que no entiendo, debería de poder cargarse el coche y sacarlo simplemente para cargar el coche, pero me decía que era la política de la empresa La única pega es esto el resto magnífico

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Nous sommes déjà venu plusieurs fois, et sommes toujours contents d’y revenir. Dès l’entrée une bonne odeur de propre et qui continue dans les étages, et dans les chambres. Par contre un petit rafraîchissement dans les chambres serait pas de trop, surtout les sols. Ça fait toujours plaisir de retrouver le même personnel en chambre et à la restauration.
Le seul point négatif, c’est le personnel de réception, qui est souvent différent. Et qui est assez distant et qui nous salue pas, si nous prenons pas l’initiative. La réception c’est quand même le point de départ de l’hébergement.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Personal atento. Cambio de habitación para poder tener cama doble ( Porque lo que había en la habitación eran 2 camassimples juntas)... Gran variedad de servicios. Nos ofrecieron parking gratuito al no haber sitio fuera. Buena limpieza. Muy buena calidad de cocteles.
Que la piscina, no tenga posibilidad de baño nocturno.

WLan war zwei Tage ausgefallen und man wusste keine Lösung. Hotel Pool war öffentlich zugänglich, sodass es weniger Platz für Hotelgäste blieb. Teilweise war eindeutig dreckiger Pool (Essensreste, etc.) einfach nicht gereinigt. Trinken und Essen im Pool oder ganz in der Nähe des Pools ist eh ein NoGo. Frühstücksbuffet sehr überschaubar-die Früchte sind nicht immer frisch gewesen. Es wurde eher sparsam Essen nachgefüllt-für ein 4Sterne Hotel meiner Meinung nach eher schlecht. Gratis-Parkplatz für Gäste nur Ausserhalb des Hotels und da es einen öffentlichen Pool gab, gab es auch nicht immer freie Parkplätze.

El personal de recepción es muy borde y con pocas ganas... no hubo manera de conseguir información del spa, del desayuno, etc una pena. Sin poder utilizar los servicios de spa etc es un hotel caro a pie de carretera, de paso.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026El personal del hotel muy atento y muy amable. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, el baño es enorme y tiene una buena ducha, secador y 2 espejos. Estaba todo bastante limpio. La piscina está genial y el desayuno muy completo.
Por poner una pega diría que si no dejas las toallas en el bidet o en el suelo no te las cambian, quizá fue error mío pensar que las cambiaban siempre por defecto ya que en otros hoteles que me he alojado siempre ha sido así. Pero bueno, no es gran inconveniente tampoco, fue desconocimiento mío. La piscina es muy grande y está súper limpia pero el agua está calentita, al final es una piscina en la azotea y está dándole el sol constantemente. Y en cuanto a la ubicación, es cierto que está lejos de todo pero eso se resume también en más tranquilidad y además hay parking. En general estoy muy contenta.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026El desayuno es muy bueno y muy completo. Y la piscina de la zona de arriba, espectacular. La habitación está muy limpia. Y las instalaciones son muy nuevas y están bien mantenidas.
La ubicación. Está un poco alejado del centro. Además, los servicios de bus de la ciudad son escasos, por lo que para moverte (ir a la playa, al pueblo...) necesitas el coche.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La limpieza es extraordinaria. El hotel es moderno y la zona de la piscina es muy elegante y acogedora. El personal de recepción y piscina es simpático y muy amable con especial incapie a las personas que atienden el restaurante que son muy atentas para que no te falte de nada. La comida está riquísima, aunque quizá sea algo corta. Se puede aparcar en los alrededores del hotel de manera gratuita.
Creo que deberían de implantar platos de ducha, sustituyendolos por las bañeras de fibra que hay actualmente, las cuales resultan algo resbaladizas. El hotel está algo alejado del centro de Torrevieja, pero perfecto para descansar.

Quiero destacar la amabilidad de Luz y de todo el equipo de recepción, que nos hicieron sentir muy bien atendidos desde el primer momento. La habitación era amplia, muy limpia y con camas muy cómodas, lo que hizo que descansáramos muy bien. Además, invité a mi familia a comer en el restaurante del hotel y todos disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia. La comida era de muy buena calidad y el servicio fue excelente. También pasamos una tarde en la piscina de la azotea, un espacio muy agradable para relajarse, y el servicio del bar estuvo a la altura: rápido, atento y muy amable. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos.

Un saludo de Enrique y Marisa. Hemos estado del 14 al 19 en la habitación 205. Recepción también muy educadas y profesionales. En general todo muy biennnn.

Mi mujer resbaló en la bañera, y se golpeo hombro y como derecho al caer. Pudo haber ocurrido una desgracia muy grave si el golpe se lo hubiera dado en la cabeza. Hicimos in escrito con la comunicación de lo ocurrido, para que se tomarán medidas para evitar otros accidentes. Pero parece que no fue bien acogido.
