Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Es war sehr sauber. Das Personal war nett. Ja, das hat ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in Ordnung . Sonst netter Aufenthalt. Frühstück war auch gut.
Leider wurde das Potential der Dachterrasse überhaupt nicht ausgenutzt. Auf der Dachterrasse ist ein Bar/ Restaurant was erstmal nicht schlecht ist, jedoch waren die Preise für Marokko schon sehr unverschämt teuer. Das hat man dann auch gemerkt, da niemand da war. Beispiel: 5 € für 0,3 Cola zahl ich nicht mal in Deutschland. Außerdem wird versucht, die Dachterrasse zu einem hippen Ort zu machen. LED Lichter, die den Blick auf die Stadt stören und laute Party-Musik sollen eine Club Stimmung machen, denke ich ?! Die Wirkung wird nicht erzielt! Wirkt dadurch eher schäbig. Meine einfache Empfehlung: LED Licht weg, stattdessen normale Licherkette. Musik leiser und entspannter. Scheibe putzen!!! Preise bisschen günstiger. Dann ist der Laden auch voller und wir sind nicht die einzigen Gäste. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt auch schön. Aber die Dachterrasse ist auf jeden Fall ausbaufähig. Von der anderen Seite der Dachterrasse sieht man sogar die Moschee. Dort sind aber keine Tische. Auch hier Potential verfehlt.

Questa volta abbiamo cenato al ristorante sul rooftop, piatti buoni, prezzi nella media, bel panorama. La camera era pulita, questa volta abbiamo trovato il bidet! Buona la posizione.
Faceva caldo. Il climatizzatore, acceso, faceva molto rumore e non rinfrescava la stanza.

Disponen de una preciosa terraza con vistas en la que se podría cenar tranquilamente con velas y lo estropean todo poniendo música tecno a toda marcha desde las 20 h. con lo cual nos dijeron que si no queríamos oír música que nos fuéramos a la terraza, que se oía igual de fuerte y además hacía frío. Habíamos reservado hora para la cena y nos tuvimos que marchar a las 21:30 h de la noche a buscarnos la vida. Lo mejor la ubicación. El desayuno poco más que cualquier Riad, nada digno de 4 estrellas.

Kanskje litt enkel frokost som blir kjedeligom du bor flere netter. Men godt det som var. Savnet grovt brød.

The staff told my mother and father that they were not allowed to go into the nightclub, even though it was open to everyone else. The racist staff made me really uncomfortable but we had to stay anyway because we did not have any other alternatives. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026It was a very good location, clean and relatively quiet for Morocco. Had the independently run rooftop bar which was great to go up to at the end of the day; it was open late so we could have a calming drink when our plane was delayed. Top tip, sit outside as they allow smoking in bars in Morrocco. The bed was generous and comfy (2 singles pushed together but with a mattress protector and sheet covering both so no ‘crack’ and annoying sliding apart), linens good and fluffy towels. The safe had a simple key which worked and we generally felt secure. There was a generous welcoming bowl of fruit (apples, satsumas and bananas with plates and knives/forks/serviettes) and a 2l bottle of water. This was much better hotel than the considerably more expensive and flashier Kenzi Basma hotel we stayed the night after to join a tour - the balcony door didn’t lock, shower broken, couldn’t work safe and cheap and worn out linens and towels; no welcoming basket and tiny bottles of water! Well were sorry we weren’t staying the final night of our stay in Casablanca in Prince de Paris!
The floors were hard and we had annoying noise from people moving furniture around above. The hotel’s bar was closed so didn’t have a choice between that and the rooftop bar. The shower was in the bath and a bit awkward and slippery, but the shower and bath worked and fluffy towels go a long way :).

J'avais une vue sur la ville malgré le double vitrage le bruit m'empêchait de dormir, parfois des véhicules qui claxonnent. J'avais une chambre communicant et j'entendais tous les bruits de la chambre voisine( bruit de la télé, leur voix surtout l'occupant toussait beaucoup. En bref beaucoup de nuisances sonores.
