Superbe hôtel, proche de la vieille ville. Le personnel est très gentil et de très bon conseil.

Value for money, for 7 K per night facilities were not great, service at restaurant was slow however food was good. Old style facilities

Location is on top of amrai road which means this is the best location is Udaipur city palace area to stay. All shops are at walking distance, famous restaurants, cloth shops etc, everything..

Its an old charm and very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A fridge would have been great to make the property 10/10

Nos gustó mucho el hotel en general. La estancia fue muy agradable y quedamos muy satisfechas con la experiencia en su conjunto.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la piscina. Además, algunos de los botes de gel y champú de la habitación estaban ya empezados y se encontraban por la mitad, en lugar de estar llenos.

Property is at prime location. Beautiful lake view from window. Good staff service and food also.

1. Very good location at height on Pichhola Lake, room was with a good view of lake and close to all places for site seeing as well as market at Hathi Pole 2. 1. Need to improve cleanliness and maintenance - had to get cupboard racks cleaned on check-in, Bathroom latch not closing from outside 2. Don't provide buffet break fast and limited choice of items, takes time in preparing

The property is simply spectacular with one of the best views of the lake I've seen in the city. The staff was really kind and helpful too, and the room was spacious and clean.

The one little thing I didn't appreciate that much is the lack of wardrobe in the room, but it was not that important for us.

The location of the hotel is great ans even though central, it is pretty quiet!

Breakfast was very average, white bread, fake jam, sweetened orange juice etc....

Very inconvenient for movement in room due to unnecessary furniture placement.

Washbasin broken, commode seat and placement not at proper hight.take care of all these point fir our conveniency.

Breakfast should be included in the rates. Service was slow. During the night , I requested some spoons but never got them. He did not have a brush to provide and we were also called to come back to hotel because they supposedly lock the gates at night

The service was pathetic, no one was available even in morning just to bring water. They even charged for water bottles. Did not come for cleaning the room, water was not coming properly, electricity was cutting off at night

Everything was lovely during our stay from the hotel staff, to our lovely, beautiful triple room on the second floor with an amazing view of the lake and the old city . The roof terrace was lovely and the food was very good as well! We had lovely Ayurvedic massages with a very professional gentleman who was lovely .

Bon emplacement avec des chambres avec vue sur le lac et à proximité immédiate d'une passerelle piétonne permettant de rejoindre le City Palace en 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est attentionné. Un monsieur de la réception s'exprimant en français nous a grandement aidé pour la réservation d'activités.

Le restaurant est très moyen pour les repas et surtout le petit déjeuner, pris ailleurs par la suite. La salle d'eau mérite d'être modernisée, sa propreté n'est pas parfaite. Le mélangeur de la douche était défectueux, nous n'avons eu que de l'eau très chaude.

Noise at night due to parties outside

Our second stay, I love this place for its old world feel and location. Lost in time, the rooms have spectacular views and the internal courtyard with its rambling trees and little fountain is so beautiful. Friendly staff and really helpful.

The first night we had booked for a lake side view and were given a room where I struggled to see the other lake not the classic pushkar lake as advertised. But we were moved by the second night. Staff were very helpful and kind.

It has excellent location. Insist on a room with the Lake View. The room was very good with all amenities provided. It had adequate ventilation and the staff were professional and ready to help.The Roof top restaurant gives a good view of the Lake.

Keine Stühle , kein Tisch was mich sehr störte …( man musste , wenn man sitzen will sich auf das Bett setzen 😳/ Super Deluxe Zimmer mit See Blick ) Pool ok / Umgebung vom Pool nicht schön / l Auflagen von den Liegen kaputt - insgesamt wirkt der SPA Bereich ungepflegt -

Bardzo miły personel, wspaniałe położenie obiektu. Właściciel w ramach wolnych miejsc dał nam upgrade do pokoju o wyższym standardzie. Wszędzie blisko na piechotę.

Magnifique lieu, avec un charme incroyable. Nous avions une vue à couper le souffle. Très beau et restauré dans le respect de ces Havelis . Piscine superbe en plus. Et proche de tout!

Beautiful haveli, such a peaceful and quiet place with an amazing 360 view from the rooftop. Nice swimming pool and garden. We had a great dinner with Rajasthani specialties.

Few power cuts but not for too long.

Rooms were bigger than normal hotel rooms. Cleanliness was decent.

Location was old town and hence the roads are narrow and hence lot of traffic. Food were not that great. breakfast options were very limited and no buffet system.

Un ou deux salariés gentils

Hotel délabré et chambre salle, Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue ville mais on a eu une chambre à 1m d'une construction. Aucune prise pour allumer la bouilloire sauf à la poser par terre. Piscine salle l'eau de la piscine est opaque pas filtré ( ils rajoutent un peu de l'eau le matin mais aucun filtration continue). Même du linge qui séchait autour de la piscine.

We asked to stay just an hour or two longer to avoid leaving early (10 a.m.), but despite all the inconveniences we experienced during our stay—without ever complaining—the man at the front desk wanted to charge us for an extra night. And the hotel was completely empty. We booked for 5 nights and only had housekeeping once. We had to buy our own shampoo and toilet paper. For five days we kept asking for the twin beds to be separated, as promised, but it was never done. There was no fridge in the room, and over five days, we only received two small bottles of water each—not even cold—despite the 42°C heat in Udaipur. The toilet bowl was dirty on arrival. No breakfast was included as advertised—just a limited à la carte option. Honestly, we recommend staying somewhere nearby instead. The place is really run-down: peeling paint, broken furniture, and ongoing noisy construction right next door. And to top it off, the pillows were completely flat.

The location is perfect ! The staff is so friendly and helpful, i also got a free upgrade and had a room with the lake view and it was stunning !! The rooftop is also very beautiful. One thing to keep in mind is that taxis sometimes don't go up to the hotel but that's fine, I was able to find tuk tuks at the door.

The prices of the restaurant were a bit high.

Old city next to lake is a treat to the eyes

The location is really great. close to lake pichola, city palace and old city. The atmosphere of the haveli is really nice, the rooms are clean and the place is peaceful. Totally recommend it. This was my second time in the place.
