Family Room was pretty large and the beds were comfortable to my liking. View of the City was good from above level 15. Room had a 2 comfy couches and a table to have a drink or snacks in the room. The jojoba shower gel and lavendar shampoo were great. The corridors were pretty huge giving the place a spacious feel. Breakfast was decent with reasonable options. Not much options for the meat though except a chicken curry everyday. Accessible via Grab to all places. KSL Mall area is a bit nearby to explore food and shopping options.

Its a rundown property and has probably seen better times in the previous decade. The faucets were leaking flooding the bathroom, water from the shower in the bath tub overflows and floods the floor. The tiles on the window sills were showing ageing signs and were coming apart in places. No face towels were provided and only old and tiring but decently washed shower towels were given.

Staff were okay. Breakfast was good, plenty of food to choose from. The room was okay - I guess you get what you pay for.

It felt old. The bathroom was clean, but you could tell it's old. The bottom part of the bathroom door was disintegrating with some bits off, like it's been exposed to dampness. The shower nozzle was difficult to control, the water sprayed everywhere. The sealant for the vanity sink to the marble countertop was visible and you could tell it was not a quality job. Again, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Water from the shower sprayed farther than the bathtub, causing water to run onto the toilet floor. The hot water knob on the shower came off. The lower wooden part of the toilet door came off too.qt

I have been staying at this hotel whenever I visit JB, and overall, I have always enjoyed the convenience and the pleasant experience here. The hotel has a nice location.

During my recent stay, however, I noticed that the room is starting to look quite worn out and could benefit from some refurbishment. One of the electrical plugs was not working, which was inconvenient, especially when we needed to charge our devices. The toilet flush also needs some attention. It does not flush properly unless you push the button firmly and in the right way. This is a small issue, but it would be good for the hotel to check and repair it so that guests can use the facilities without any difficulty.

Habrian tantas cosas negativas a destacar, pero solo hare referencia a las mas relevantes. Lo mas desagradable resulto ser la limpieza , desde el primer momento te topas con una alfombra que esta mas sucia que el suelo de las calles, los baños bastante insalubres, el aire acondicionado funcionaba pero no se podia regular la temperatura ni tampoco apagarlo , ya que la unica forma era parar la corriente en la habitacion. Los aparatos electronicos tenian solamente uso decorativo , y la ubicacion recordaba a una favela brasileña.

Unfortunately the shower hose/head weren't attached properly causing water to basically flood the bathroom! And the shower head was not able to be adjusted - the spray was needle like!!!

Most of the staff from reception /HK and coffee house has no courtesy and not polite,,,they should learn from Holiday Villa JB center staff,, I arrived at 1450pm,,the fat Malay man at reception without courtesy ask me to Q,,while am Queing,, And he told me the room is not ready! Kindly refer to Booking.com We have stayed in so many hotel' around Europe and UK,,and so many places in Asia,,this hotel is the worst! First and last! TQ

Overall, while the room had good space and views, it would benefit from better maintenance and refurbishment.

Unfortunately, the room had several maintenance issues. The air conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door could not be closed properly, and there was no safety box provided. In addition, the décor looked outdated, and the study table had chipped surfaces that made the room feel worn and neglected.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also very clean. The accommodation was comfortable, making our stay pleasant and relaxing. The food was good, although I think there could be more variety to cater to different preferences. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, and with some improvements to the facilities and food selection, the experience would be even better.

Overall, the stay was okay, but there is room for improvement. The facilities for kids are quite limited, so there wasn’t much for children to enjoy. The swimming pool was also disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The toilets near the swimming pool and in the restaurant were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Cleanliness should be improved, as it greatly affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management will take these comments into consideration and improve the facilities and cleanliness for future guests.

Its a dated hotel set up, not so bright and cheerie but its good value for the money we paid for 1 night stay over saturday night. More important is the room and beddings are clean. Bed is firm. The towel is clean but doesn't smell fresh. Another value add is their good tasty breadfast spread.

Very dated property. Beds and pillows were hard. Shower was shocking, flooded the bathroom. Breakfast very average. TV didn't work and no one really coud assist. Staff were all friendy and helpful.

Little bit dated. Rooms are looking slightly tired and could to with some TLC. Also there was quite a long wait time on lifts and as we were 18th floor, not a lot could be done about that.

I think for a hotel in the middle of JB town, an old one at that, it's pretty affordable. The food was the best thing about this hotel. Plenty of parking spaces is a plus, although it's a bit scary at level 8 with all the old furniture dumped on the ramp.

The mattress was very hard. Although I was able to sleep well, I did find it painful to sit on after long hours of attending a course. The bathroom needs a bit of work, the shower heads are not consistent every time I go there, missing tub drain stopper in some rooms.

The cleanliness and all basic necessities are provided. Good food

But same menu everyday. Quite boring. The staff irresponsible to tell regarding the parking car where i need to validate my tng card prior going out. During checking in, i arrived there at almost 10pm. Who care to read your note written on the table when we just want to lie down on the bed. It is your job supposedly to tell the customer all about the thing to be done when we are staying at YOUR hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, Water pressure was nice and there is bath tub in the room. The breakfast buffet option is not much but is delicious. location is nice and near to town.

Cleanliness

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, during the booking process, Booking.com required us to book two rooms for three guests. After our stay, we felt that one room would have been sufficient for our family, and the second room was not used at all. This resulted in unnecessary extra costs. I would suggest improving the room allocation and booking recommendations so that customers are not encouraged to book more rooms than needed. This would help avoid unnecessary expenses and provide a better booking experience overall

Dear Booking.com Support, I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking experience. Your platform strongly indicated that I needed to book two rooms for 2 adults, 1 child (5 years old), and 1 infant. Based on this guidance, I proceeded with two room reservations and paid accordingly. However, upon arrival, the hotel front desk confirmed that a single room was fully sufficient to accommodate our family and that the second room was unnecessary. As a result, the additional room remained completely unused, causing me a significant and avoidable financial loss. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. The booking recommendation provided on your platform was misleading and resulted in an unnecessary double payment. Had the booking requirements been presented accurately, I would never have reserved the second room. I respectfully request a full refund for the unused room or an appropriate reimbursement as a goodwill gesture. I also request that this issue be investigated to prevent other customers from facing similar situations due to incorrect or misleading booking recommendations. I have followed up multiple times but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
