"Great location close to major local attractions and fantastic food spots. My son love the swimming pool and the hotel breakfast. Nice variety of food and the bed was super big and comfortable to sleep.

The only thing which I don't like was the toilet facilities, it was so difficult to put my shampoo and soap. I do not have any place to arrange it nicely. Hope the management will look into it. And the scarier part was before I went to shower, I saw a black lizard which my heart stopped. It was quite big and was moving, thank god my helper came and help me to clear it off. And we saw some dead and dry cockroach outside our room corridor door carpet.

The Grand Paragon room was really maintained grand, with a good view of the city. The bathroom was pretty decent with neat face and shower towels provided every day. The location is very near KSL mall and its possible to explore the area by foot except that the roads dont have footwalk areas. Breakfast was decent but could have more varieties and more dessert options.

The property is location-wise, 10 mins to the city

My suite was hot as the aircond is not maintaining properly, first after check in around 6pm my spouse have been reporting about it, the maintenance guys come at 9pm. After that, only cold abt 10 mins, my baby was drench with sweats during her sleep. Called back at 12 am asking for change of room but then all my same suite was fully booked, offered to change into 3 bedroom suite w/out bathtub. My main stay is for my baby to enjoy the bathtub, maintenance guy came around 12.30am to fix the a/c however around 4-5am the a/c became as previous, hot & stuffy. It is not convenient for us to change the room at that time. Please fix the a/c issue before giving guests to stay.

Family suite is beyond our expectation. Very spacious with 3 bathrooms.

The overall stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the facilities were good. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.

The cleanliness could be improved slightly. I noticed a few ants in the room, and the towels had a slight unpleasant smell. Hopefully these small issues can be improved.

Only love the location nearby to ksl and other place like bandar johor...

Nice comfortable spacious room with views. Very clean. Good bathroom with good shower pressure. Bed and pillows comfortable. Hawker accross the road. 5 minute walk to KSL mall. Good choice of breakfast. Not too far from border crossing.

We were there for two nights and could not fault anything.

The housekeeping. Im booking standard room with twin size bed...unfortunately the ventilation in the toilet not working . So hotel was upgrading us to apartment room. 1st room : toilet tiles was mossy 2nd room : no slippers and laundry bag given. And the room floor was dusty

Found ants on the table, on the bed just 3-4 of them. The lighting all orange, quit difficult to do makeup in the room, need to use bathroom to do makeup. The breakfast menu i think can improve more.

Our stay was unfortunately affected by a very unpleasant experience during breakfast. At the entrance of the hotel restaurant, a staff member was standing with a walkie-talkie assigning seats. As we entered, I was briefly ahead with my son, while the rest of my family followed behind. We are a family of six. Without listening or asking, the staff member rudely assigned us a table for two. When I tried to explain that we were six people and politely requested a different table, he did not take the time to listen and responded in a very dismissive and rude manner. There was no effort to understand the situation or show basic courtesy. What made this worse is that the restaurant was not full at all, so there was no reason for such behavior. We had checked in late at 9:00 pm and planned to check out early at 8:30 am, so we ate breakfast early at 7.30 This staff member clearly lacked the minimum level of customer service expected in a hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure guests are treated with respect.

Room space was decent. Hotel was showing its age but things in the room still functional and condition not too bad. Bedsheets clean, bed was comfortable, aircon works fine. Quiet at night so sleep was not disturbed. Ground floor lobby was spacious and had lots of seats to rest and relax/wait around. The location is not bad, 7min straight walk down a street to KSL City Mall. Not too far a drive from MY-SG Causeway. Free parking, just need to validate TNG card 15min before departure. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The Sunday morning breakfast scene was a nightmare - so many people that the staff were overwhelmed. We had to take a while to find available seats and cutlery ourselves. Can't really blame the hotel but just a heads-up. Maybe exacerbated by June school holidays period. Room bathroom amenities were rudimentary (couldn't use toothpaste provided and toothbrush bristles were quite hard) and room slippers not great quality - paper that barely qualifies as footwear LOL. Gym supposedly opens only at 8am, though we saw people already running on the treadmills when we arrived at 8am. Closes at 8pm which is also kinda early.

As most review has mentioned, the overall hotel surrounding gives off a Senior Grand Classic Hotel feel once step into it. Ceiling was high and area was spacious. Yes, it may have run its journey since 2008 and brings you back to the days where hotel look and feel grand in every aspect of image. But dont be concern that room may b old and run down, in fact to my surprise the room was clean and also spacious with all the hotel room thingy available all in which many newer hotels has scraped it now. Like not providing iron board, toiletries...etc. The room though is carpeted but it felt clean and there was no stained smell and stepping on it FEELS new too which meant it must hv been swell maintained or vacuum regularly. Next, the pool was big enough for lap swim and it was wonderful. The gym was spacious and equipment was abundant. There was also a good spread of food for Breakfast and staff clearing the plates was almost immediate. The location wise...it is a 8-10mins downhill walk to KSL or a RM$6 grab ride. But due to its location..it is also not as crowded as in staying in KSL

Only thing I liked about it is the location.

The air conditioner were poor. Even set it at its coldest and we were still having trouble sleeping. The toilet was clean but old. The tub and toilet bowl had minor chips and scratches. Breakfast was okay. Not a wide spread but does the job. Only thing about it is that there were no staff to usher us a table which made it seem like I was at a coffeeshop standing around looking for a place to eat.

The exterior, the lobby, friendly check-in staff, location, huge room, comfortable bed and pillows.

The room's furniture is a mixture of old and new. The mirror faces the bed. The toilet flushing button was a little stiff, so I needed to use a little strength to press it. The bathtub isn't suitable for seniors to climb in and out of.

generally, all was good. maybe the lift at 4.5.6 not accessible to 14th floor lounge. On the keypad they should mention use lift 1,2,3

Check in/out smooth with friendly staff. Breakfast spread good, and service staff very efficient to clear plates and refill food. Lift is big and comfortable. We stay standard twin room, and it was huge room, and a huge bathroom with rain shower. Room has safe, kettle, clothes cabinet, mini fridge, coffee/tea, mineral water and a smart TV with internet access + Youtube channels. Everything have. Aircon and WIFI was strong also. Location is about 10 mins walk to KSL, or 5 mins walk to Pelangi Mall. Beside hotel there is a massage shop but we had no time to try.

The hot water takes a while to come out from the shower. I had to let the cold water run almost 5 mins, then it turn into hot water with the tap turned to extreme left side (red mark).

The shower water pressure is very low. The fridge is not functioning. There is only have power socket near the make-up table, and it sparks when I try to use it. The toilet is not fully enclosed, as there is a gap above the door. No variety of TV channels.

Liked the space of the twin room. The pillows were comfortable. Good location.

The hallway had a strong cigarettes smell. Slow clogged shower and sink area.

I like the spacious room, bed. Wide spread of breakfast, friendly staffs and location

朝食のレストランは広々としていて天井も高いです。食事が終わったお皿をすぐに片付けてくれてとても気持ちよく食事を取れます。 部屋は写真の通り十分な広さ。窓から遠くまで見渡せます。午後3時のチェックインが混み合う時間帯に到着しましたが、チェックインカウンターは4名で運営していてさほど待たずに手続きできました。 KSLモールに徒歩圏内なのもメリットです。

これと言った点はありません。
