Cleanliness of the room - the bathroom could do with attention/modernising. The net curtains in the breakfast room were stained and there were were ants on the food surface which found their way into my coffee. Being mopped around whilst waiting in reception and for the lift.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026I really liked the thought that we will never, ever come back here again.
If you’re looking for an absolutely horrifying experience, a strong feeling of nausea, and the urge to run away from the hotel, then feel free to book a room here. My mistake was not reading the negative reviews specifically — and I deeply regret it. If I had, I would never have come here in the first place. The photos are absolutely nothing like reality. It feels like this hotel was built 20 years ago and then literally never renovated or maintained since. Cleanliness? Non-existent. Hair on supposedly freshly washed towels? Absolutely present. The air conditioning works, which is a plus — but after about half an hour of use, it starts leaking water. Sleeping with it on is simply impossible because instead of sleeping, you have to deal with the constant dripping and try to stop the leak. And even after you turn the AC off, the dripping continues for at least another hour. Everything is so run-down, damaged, and neglected that it genuinely feels like some kind of drug den used to operate here. I honestly cannot understand why this hotel has 3 stars. Shame on the owners for completely giving up on their own business and apparently not giving a damn about their guests. And Booking.com really needs to do something about places like this — this is misleading consumers.

Klima ciekła, brak możliwości dłuższego chłodzenia. W pokoju nie było nawet 1 butelki wody przy tak wysokich temperaturach. Stała tylko 1 pusta szklanka.

Hotelul este situat la 5 minute pe jos de supermarket si stația de tramvai și autobuz care conectează Mestre de lagună. Este o opțiune excelentă pentru city break, dar și pentru un sejur prelungit.

La pulizia non era delle migliori e il condizionatore gocciolava un bel po'. Il buffet della colazione potrebbe essere un po' più ricco.

Izba cista, pohodlne postele, chladnicka, vybavena kupelna, super sprcha. Nasli sme vsetko, co sme potrebovali na jednu noc. Odporucam.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está a las afueras de Venecia, pero muy bien conectada con aeropuerto, centro de venecia por autobus y tranvia y estacion de tren de Mestre, hay un monton de restaurantes cerca y una calle peatonal comercial, ademas de tener cerca el Mercado de Mestre y un mercadillo dos dias a la semana. Pedí hacer el check-in a partir de las 01:00 de la madrugada porque mi vuelo era nocturno y no me pusieron ningun problema, todo lo contrario, dejaron mi tarjeta de la habitacion preparada y al tocar el timbre a traves de un telefonillo me dieron las instrucciones para cogerla

There were a serious ant problem in the hotel. There were hundreds of ants wondering around my room. The only thing the staff did for the problem was that they ”cleaned” them off. That just won’t solve the issue which isn’t suitable for so called 3 star hotel. The soundproofing in the room was very poor aswell. The breakfast wasn’t great either and there were a lot of ants wondering in the breakfast table where the food is served.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Skvělý a ochotný personál na recepci a na snídanich. Není se každý den ručníky.
Fotografie na internetu vůbec neodpovídají skutečnosti. Očekávali jsme příjemný a udržovaný hotel, ale realita byla úplně jiná. Nábytek je velmi starý, na stěnách jsou viditelné nečistoty, na mnoha místech rez a celkově pokoj působil zanedbaně. Nejprve jsme dostali pokoj č. 101. Když jsme ho viděli, byli jsme velmi zklamaní – byl extrémně malý, starý a neudržovaný. Požádali jsme proto na recepci o jiný pokoj. Bylo nám řečeno, že je volný už jen pokoj č. 100. Ten byl sice o něco větší, ale stav pokoje byl bohužel stejný. Pokoj č. 100 se nachází hned vedle recepce a kuchyně. Před nastěhováním jsme se výslovně ptali, zda nebude slyšet hluk. Recepční nás ujistil, že pokoje jsou tiché a nic neuslyšíme. Opak byl ale pravdou. Bylo slyšet naprosto všechno – každý krok na schodech, rozhovory hostů i personálu, kufry a další hluk. Spánek byl kvůli tomu velmi nepříjemný. Další nedostatky: - žaluzie/závěsy špatně fungovaly a nezajistily dostatečné zatemnění, - v koupelně se objevovali mravenci, - sprchový kout byl špinavý, - na mnoha místech byla rez, - stěny byly velmi špinavé, - nábytek byl starý a opotřebovaný, - v pokoji bylo velmi málo prostoru na uložení oblečení a police ve skříni byla umístěná tak vysoko, že byla téměř nepoužitelná. Celkově hotel působí dojmem, že už dlouhou dobu neprošel žádnou rekonstrukcí ani pořádnou údržbou. Za cenu ubytování jsme očekávali výrazně lepší kvalitu. Bohužel bychom se sem znovu nevrátili a hotel nemůžeme doporučit.

Ist leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Und im Badezimmer haben sich in der Dusche die Fliesen gelöst. Und es war sehr hellhörig sodass man in der Nacht laute Gäste gehört hat.

L'hotel e la canera non erano particolarmente puliti. Il letto era scomodissimo: il materasso era "avvolgente" perché sfatto... L'ultimo piano è senza ascensore. Ci hanno dato una camera nel sottotetto e l'aria condizionata non era in grado di rinfrescare. Nel bagno c'è la vasca e non la doccia (nemmeno il gancio per poter attaccare la doccetta e usare la vasca come fosse una doccia). A questo si aggiunge che dalla doccetta usciva un filo d'acqua, molto scarsa per lavarsi. Non sono stati forniti gli asciugamani da bidet, in compenso il cambio è stato giornaliero. La colazione era veramente scarna e di scarsa qualità. NB: l'assenza di ascensore e la presenza della vasca sono un impedimento per chi ha problemi motori, ma nella descrizione non è specificato, anzi c'è scritto che l'ascensore c'è!!!!

O quarto estava limpo, a cama era confortável, a localização é excelente e há estacionamento próximo. Recomendo!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Конечно выбирая жилье в Местре вы отдаете отчет себе что это не Венеция. В Венецию нужно ехать автобусом. Место расположение хорошее. Рядом торговый центр, хороший и вкусный супермаркет, центральная авто и трамвайная станция. В этом плане тоже все ок. До Венеции 22минуты прямым автобусом 4L.
Гостиница «уставшая», требуется ремонт. Завтрак оооочень простой, просто дешевле и вкуснее самому в супермаркет. На завтраке респект - кофе))) Подушки крайне неудобные, как кирпичи. Персонал конечно хочет и старается угодить, но там больше вопрос к собственнику и его желанию развивать отель!

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026La ubicación es muy práctica y tiene una excelente conexión para trasladarse a Venecia.
La estructura del edificio es pésima: el ascensor llega hasta el segundo piso y al último hay que subir por escalera, lo cual es sumamente incómodo para las maletas. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear y la comodidad del cuarto se deslucía por una decoración mediocre. El baño está desactualizado; la bañera tiene un duchador de mano a una altura muy incómoda. En cuanto a la logística, el estacionamiento del hotel es sumamente estrecho, incómodo y de acceso muy complejo. Además, la calidad del desayuno no era buena y el entorno del hotel por la noche no resulta agradable ni atractivo para pasear.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Hotel has a excelent location. Every transport stop are just 5 minutes walk. To Venice you need about 40 minutes by bus or tram. Nestre centre is in 10 minutes. Near by is very good market, shoping mall, cafes, restourants:) Staf is very welcome:)

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation close to public transportation, with easy connections to Venice. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day! The neighborhood is very safe, making it a great choice for travelers.

Wow, where to begin? Hated everything. Dark, spooky hotel, terrible bed, horrible shower with poor draining, noisy elevator, smelly and poorly maintained facility. Also spent a night nearby at the Michaelangelo hotel, which was SO much better and cheaper! Stay away from it!

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026La struttura era molto accogliente, pulita e curata negli spazi e negli ambienti. La posizione era ottima per visitare la vicino Venezia. Strategica per la vicinanza al tram e ai mezzi pubblici. L’unica pecca il quartiere è popolato da molti stranieri per cui è stato difficile trovare ristoranti gestiti da italiani. Nel complesso però il posto era tranquillo e poco caotico. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone compresi i bambini per cui non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a rientrare anche a sera tarda. Il personale dell’ albergo è stato davvero disponibile e cordiale, la colazione era ricca e abbondante. Pulizia eccellente . Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione ordinaria.

Helpful team at the reception, ac working, comfortable bed, private parking and it’s really close to the bus station to access Venice and a short walking distance from the old town in Mestre!

Reviewed May 31, 2026Great place if visiting Venice. Private parking which is locked overnight. Hotel manager is an amazing person willing to go into the details regarding your trip to Venice and back also he provides convenient paper maps. Overall great experience in this price range.

Non sono preparati per ospitare clienti celiaci. Avevo chiamato e chiesto se erano informati e preparati, avendo avuto risposta positiva, ho prenotato. Abbiamo trovato solo pane confezionato senza glutine, che abbiamo mangiato con burro e miele, tutto il resto era fortemente contaminato. Peccato
