Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel but with reasonable prices

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and professional. I would especially like to appreciate Kiranjot Kaur for her excellent hospitality, helpful nature, and warm behaviour. She made the overall experience even more pleasant and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for the great service. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel.

Staff at the breakfast restaurant lacked in hospitality.They did not bother to clear the table.This thing can be improved.

I really liked the elegant ambience, comfortable rooms, courteous staff, and the overall hospitality. The service was professional and the entire stay felt relaxing and premium. Kiran from Guest Relations was extremely warm, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and was always available to assist with a genuine smile. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized service made our stay truly memorable.

Staff is very courteous, especially Lakhan from In room dining and Tanmay from bar section are amazing.

The shower fittings were too old. The utensils also appeared to be too outdated and old, could have been better conditioned.

Food. Most of the food tasted bland and also not much of a variety for vegetarians.

The rooms are comfortable and most staff are attentive, but a severe lack of attention to detail ruined our stay. We were given a room with a broken AC. Because the room was completely sealed with no fresh air, the intense humidity caused my mother to panic, feel claustrophobic, and struggle to breathe. Though we were eventually upgraded to a better room, we wasted our entire night moving all our luggage in the middle of the night. We kept juggling between rooms from 2:30 AM to 6:00 AM. Advice to Management: You must test all ventilation and AC systems before charging guests or letting anyone into a room. In airtight hotels, a total lack of air is a serious medical and safety hazard. Do not wait for a tragedy to happen before making room inspections mandatory.

This time I had the worst experience. As being a member the stay was so basic. I’m so disappointed that I’ll never ever stay in Crown Plaza again.

I know that the floor and room depends upon the availability but there’s a way how you talk and I talked to a guy and he’s so rude. I didn’t expect this behavior from the staff.

We really enjoyed our stay – the modern washlet was a nice touch, the room was large and comfortable, the dinner buffet had a wonderful atmosphere, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

It’s my birthday and I must say staying here was the best choice. As I had the best day, services and food were too good. I would also like to thank Demiyam as he’s exceptional.

Das Hotel war wirklich phantastisch. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut, komfortabel und sauber. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren außergewöhnlich gut. Aber ein Hotel steht und fällt mit dem Personal. Und das Hotel Personal war großartig. Man hat mir einen Ausflug nach Agra organisiert, was hervorragend geklappt hat. Das Team um Manager Pradeep ist wirklich toll. Sie haben mir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bereitet. Mein besonderer Dank gilt dem Hotelmanager Pradeep, dem man anmerkt, dass er für seinen Beruf lebt. Und er nimmt sich Zeit für den Gast, was ich sehr schätze! Ich werde wiederkommen, wenn ich in Delhi bin!

Good stay and comfortable luxurious stay in hotel food was good and staff was cooperative rooms are spacious

I had two 90 minute massages here, the Crowne Signature Massage and the Ayurvedic Shiroabhyangam. In both cases, my masseuse was Within, who was wonderful. She was always attentive to whether the pressure was okay, and she was highly skilled at giving the massages. The ambiance in the room was very nice and there was a fabulous shower within the room to use to wash off the oils. I would highly recommend both this place and Within.
