One Pacific Place Serviced Residences

This place is said to be near closing. Clearly dated. Poorly maintained . AC in our bedroom doesn’t cool well . Toilet seats are cramped. Towels not really powdery white. Long waits for your turn to use the elevator . But the front desk staff , housekeeping and security are nice with good attitude. The buffet breakfast choices are decent with the price range. A smart Tv struggling with slow Wi-Fi . Never got to go to the gym to meet the legendary coach anyone’s been raving about . Anyway till next time , for whatever plans the hotel has in store , I’m looking forward to it.

I went to the gym here and coach Jerry was super helpful, welcoming and kind to us! Helped my Lola’s learn how to work out and stay healthy!

Coach Jerry is incredibly nice and good fitness coach! He helped my grandma and her sisters who are 80+ in age and worked out them and helped them excise. Thanks so much coach Jerry! We always looked forward in coming to the gym.

I liked the location, food, and staff service.

I didn’t like the bathroom because there was a foul smell coming from the toilet bowl even after cleaning. According to the staff, it was because of the septic tank. Hopefully, they will resolve it.

Great location! In the Makati business center. Lobby tend to be crowded during check-in and check-out, and their check-in is at 3 pm. We had the 2-bedroom which was very spacious! Fully equipped kitchen is available for usa, the dining and living area as well. There's a pool and a gym available. And the breakfast options are quite limited. Superb service, and thanks to Gelen of housekeeping for ensuring our needs are met well in a timely manner. Considering the price, I think it's still worth it. Rooms and facilities and service are great, just improve the breakfast quality.

Kudos to this hotel and to all staff, specially to Mr. kyle of front office, he did his job very well, from accommodating to smooth check in and check out. He is truly dedicated to the guest and to his work. Overall we had a great stay here. Surely we will come back. Thank you.

Residence is older and a bit worn-out, but generally it is ok. Staff are nice and friendly. Elevators all work very well. It is a reasonable location and you can walk to the malls and restaurants.

It really could do with a quality overhaul. Bathroom with shower in the bath is not ideal (especially as the bath side was higher than my leg) taps were not working properly.

L’emplacement qui permet d’aller à pied au centres commerciaux Greenbelt, et pas loin de l’aéroport non plus, Insonorisation ok. Dommage on n’a pas pu profité de la piscine.

Nous avons été surclassés car le studio réservé n’était pas disponible. MAIS il a fallu réclamer 3 fois pour avoir des serviettes de toilette et n’y avait qu’une fin de rouleau papier WC. Malgré nos demandes : rien.

The location is ok, business district with a few decent restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet wasn’t anything spectacular, but was enough to get some decent food in your stomach.

The old musty smell, windows were dirty with scotch tape like someone had hung kids posters. The bed was rock hard and shower didn’t really have hot water. TVs were tiny.

The room is excellent. No complaints. Clean, complete amenities and toiletries--the toothbrush is upon request. We got the 2twin room, upgraded for free to the 1 bedroom (i dont know the difference, the room we slept in are 2 beds still--maybe with only bigger beds?) Arrived close to 12noon, was assistedly promptly upon arrival, checked in very early--i think i sat by the lobby no more than 15minutes! Parking is a breeze--spacious-- can anyone ask for more?? Excellent, superb experience! First time i tipped a hotel😅 Only one downside though. Guests arent allowed to bring (breakfast) plates to the rooms. I understand that this may be their protocol, but i fairly think this needs reconsidering. They were only a plate of leaves with dips and 1.5 tbsp of dry tuna, and another plate for 2 loaves of bread, and 3 small pandesals, a brownie and 3 tbps of koko krunch. I mean, they were already on the plates. They were willing to let those go to waste instead of filling a tummy😅 The attendant was apologetic about it anyhow. Still, a delight to stay at!! ❤️

Many great, awesome things about this gym that the inconvenience we have experienced seem slight. 1. The gym: though small, it had everything we needed for our training. The best thing was that it was clean, and so are the comfort rooms in front of it. Coach Jerry was very helpful and accommodating. You can tell he's had years of physical fitness experience. 2. The breakfast: breakfast buffet was super good. It changes daily, which was very impressive. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We got 4 rooms for 5 nights, all with breakfast buffet. But only 2 ppl eat everyday. The staff allowed for me to take boiled eggs to my companions. One time when there were no boiled eggs, the staff even went out of his way to cook boiled eggs for my companions. 3. The rooms: we experienced some inconvenience. First day, the room was a bit dusty, but they cleaned it up well on the second and succeeding days. The bathroom was leaking. Hot water turned off after thr second day, but they sent someone to fix it when we complained. There was a leak so our floor was super wet the whole time. 4. Front desk: receptionists were all nice and super helpful! Id say this is probably the best budget hotel in the whole metro, and we have been to many! Will also leave a review in Google. Hoping this hotel will be here a long time and hopefully maintain or improve their services as time goes by

Coach Jerry is very helpful! He even helped us complete our exercise. No need to ask, he’s ready to assist. I also noticed he wipes the equipments right after the user. He’s very eager. Kudos to coach Jerry!

Room is very nice with city view and great comfortable stay .it's very near to Saudi Arabia embassy .walking distance everything available. Just wanted to share my experience staying at One Pacific Hotel in Makati! 😊 Super cozy and convenient location, literally a stone's throw away from Trident Tower (perfect for NCLEX takers!). Loved the pool, gym, and food was delicious 🍴 Staffs are super nice and accommodating too, and good looking from utility, guards, and front desk staff and kitchen 🥰Only downside was the shower - it was all-automatic hot water, made my hair curl up 🤣. But overall, 100% would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Manila 💕

Outdated run down rooms. Cock roaches in the rooms. Only give 2 dry towels you have to pay for anything else. Don’t provide full cleanings when they clean the room. No wiping off the tables, sometimes don’t give you new towels. TVs are terrible, just a lot of static can’t see the screen well. Very hard beds. Breakfast is terrible. Lots of noise and knocking throughout the hallways. Customer service was very nice however.

I had a very pleasant stay and I’m truly satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel was well-maintained, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was the front office staff, jade and kyle, they were incredibly kind, warm, and approachable. From check-in to check-out, they were always willing to help and made me feel welcome. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness really made my stay more enjoyable. It’s a good place to stay especially if you will be taking your NCLEX as it is located nearby. Concierge (Sir Kyle & Miss Jade) were kind enough to assist us with our rooms as we arrived earlier. Definitely recommended!

A very accessible, cozy and well-organized place. The staffs are so welcoming yet professional. Kudos to all the staffs especially to sir Kyle in front desk. He went genuinely beyond his job just to make us feel comfortable and at ease which we rarely see from others.

The view of the city was nice from my room. The staffs were very accomodatimg especially sir Kyle who attended me at the front desk. The linens and towels were clean and fresh. You dont need to go outside to buy your basic necessities because they almost have it all in the room. Thank you.

Hassle-free experience. They upgraded my room even though I did not request for it. All the staff from reception, security guard, and housekeeping are so accommodating and kind. The unit is clean and all equipments are functioning well. This is really a recommended hotel. Kudos!

Location is accessible. The rooms are great. The services are outstanding. We are able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water in the pool is kinda cold but it’s great since less exposed to the sunlight.

Ww had fun staying, most especially at the gym. Coach Jerry is the friendliest coach ever. Exercising became of our family bonding because coach is engaging. Lola (my 79 yr old mom) and 2 daughters (aged 13 and 9) were even convinced to join us in exercising!

Nice cozy room, and i really appreciate staff are very welcoming, i hope too that next time, rooms should be soundproof, i can literally hear others talking beside the room of mine. But overall it was nice experience and i had a good sleep during the night. Thank you.

It is our 3rd year here at One Pacific Placed Serviced Residences. Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and as expected, it was a home away from home. We would like to commend the receptionist, Sir Kyle, who was very accommodating and professional. His presence and warm smile made our stay extra special. It was indeed a Merry Joyful Christmas at One Pacific Placed Serviced Residences!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating from the check in to check out everything was very smooth. They even upgraded our room and provided us a crib for our little one. The breakfast buffet was so delicious the arroz caldo and brownies was one of our favorite. There was also a playroom for the kids and a pool. Overall our stay was fun and the price is reasonable.

Room was spacious and has agood layout with a small kitchen counter. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good location also since withi no Makati CBD.

The WORST. It shouldn’t even have a 1 star rating. Check-in time is 3:00pm, i called early and asked for a room with a queen sized bed as we have a toddler with us and 2 single beds will not be an option for us. The staff guaranteed a room with a queen sized bed. We arrived at 2:45pm and there were a lot of people in the lobby. The check-in time took some time and we seated at the couch while waiting, only to be told that there are no rooms with queen sized bed that is available. I asked the staff why i was guaranteed in the first place that there is one and now they’re telling me that there’s only rooms with 2 single beds that are available. The staff probably felt how pissed and frustrated I was and suddenly there is an available room for us already with our preferred bed size. To my surprise, the room and the amenities and facilities are quite old. There are literal airbnbs i could’ve booked with the same price with better rooms and amenities. There’s no complimentary mineral water even. All has fees to pay. We left along with our friends who also checked in here at around 5:30pm to attend a Christmas party nearby. When we came back at around 1:30am, we were told that there’s no parking space available and that we should park some place else. WE BOOKED THIS PLACE TO HAVE COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE FOR A NIGHT TO SLEEP IN AFTER A PARTY AND SO WE COULD HAVE ENOUGH REST AND WE WERE TOLD TO PARK SOME PLACE ELSE AND MAKE SURE TO GET OUR CAR BY 6:00AM. Our husbands keep going around the area looking for a place to park and there’s really no place available so we were told by the staff that we could go to RCBC and park there. It is a paid parking that we shouldn’t have a problem with if we had a reserved parking in this place since we are guests here. My husband asked the staff for this accommodation to pay for the parking fee since this is a neglect and issue on their end and they were told that there’s no such thing and that the place will not be paying for the parking fee. This is absurd as we paid PHP3100++ for one night, for an old place that did not have a reserved parking for us. VERY VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF CHARGING THE SAID AMOUNT FOR THIS KIND OF OLD ROOM AND POOR SERVICES.
