Somerset Central Salcedo Makati

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. One small suggestion for improvement would be to have a Smart TV available, which would make relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was also a little slow at times, so an upgrade in the future would be a nice addition.

The beddings was dirty . I have to ask my nieces to give us a beddings as we can’t use the one they provided for us.

Everything

We stayed in 3 bedroom big nonce 10 minutes from makati mall safe

Single bed not comfortable expensive but big area

Location was perfect and best area to walk around and enjoy the beauty of makati

It was perfect

Staff are amazing. Great customer service, accommodating, pet-friendly, nice new spacious rooms. Cleaning & housekeeping staff are awesome, staff delivers food to the room is a plus. Security are friendly, efficient people. Gym is nice, clean and big. They have a restaurant on the ground floor. Starbucks walking from the hotel. Restaurants and convenience stores outside. I enjoyed my stay even extended up to two months. If you are staying here, don't forget to tip because they do a good job.

Nothing that I notice.

It was very clean, safe and good value for money.

Posizione centrale, ottima zona fitness e piscina

Staff non troppo cordiale, colazione poco fornita

Surtout le personnel et Victoria excellente

Staff were good especially Quincy from their breakfast place

Over priced for the quality that you receive, their breakfast is sub-par and doesn't even have something simple like pancakes. But you pay as if they are doing you a favor.

Clean and comfortable. The staff its amazing very helpful and polite

Thank you for being so accommodating and open to feedback and concerns. We booked through Booking.com and chose this hotel because it was affordable, pet-friendly, and accessible. Apparently, only certain room types allow pets. I wasn’t aware of this when I booked the one-bedroom unit, as this information was only indicated on the hotel’s website, which I was not aware of prior to booking. I raised the concern through the Booking.com app, and the hotel (Ms. Guevarra) kindly accommodated our request and allowed us to proceed with our reservation. Upon check-in, we paid ₱2,000 per pet per night, and our furbabies were even given complimentary treats. I highly appreciate the flexibility and exceptional customer service of Somerset Central Salcedo Makati in accommodating us. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re looking for a pet-friendly place to stay in Makati. Thank you!

It is walking distance to salcedo market, the room that was provided is facing the west where we enjoyed the sunset.

I love this place. Normally book direct however this time Booking has better availability. Security, Reception, House keeping, Restaurant are just first class. Look. You can get a one bed apartment with full facilities for about the same price as as a standard room in the 5 star places in the same area...highly recommend Somerset. Arnold, Zaf, Bernadeth, Marrianne, MJ, Quincey!!!! All of you!!! thanks for the warm welcome you really make this facility outstanding! Management here clearly understand hospitality and train staff well. Honestly much better than the 5 star establishments around here.

Cleanliness

The treadmill has no instruction on how to use. Everyone I've observed struggle to locate the on button .

Clean, spacious, friendly helpful staff….

Nothing bad to say

Great location especially for the Salcedo Weekend Market and malls in Makati you're handy to everything without the noise or the crowds. Spacious and well appointed room, very clean and comfortable for a week long stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The on-site cafe has excellent coffee and a menu that has something for everyone without being overwhelming. We also had my in-laws visiting with us for the week staying in their own 1-bedroom apartment and would recommend the Somerset Central Salcedo Makati to guests used to a more "western" standard in hotels.

We have stayed at Somerset before with our children and really end enjoyed it. Love the pool and the rooms - they are the best.

This time around we had issues with the tv subscriptions being changed during our stay. The hotel worked to make up for it, which we appreciated. But next time, we’ll make sure English kids tv and HBO is consistently available throughout our stay before booking.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean. Good pool and gym and breakfast was great.

Didn’t have issue with hotel

The bed & pillows.

Having to wait 45 minutes for my simple club sandwich to be made and served to me from the Catalogue restaurant in your hotel.

Everything, people who work for hotel

Nothing

Great location and clean.

Two staff members were hostile when I requested to store two freezer blocks to keep my insulin cool when departing Manila. The hotel requested that I sign a waiver of responsibility. I refused and requested to speak with the General Manager on multiple occasions however I never received a call or request to explain my medical condition. I have traveled extensively within the Philippines and every hotel was obliging without question. Disgusting behaviour from staff and management ignored requests to explain my medical requirements.

The location and the friendly staff

Somerset's great location in Makati, welcoming and helpful staff, and very comfy beds made for an excellent stay.

Location, ambience

All good

We loved everything ! The pool, gym, and more so the people. They were kind, polite and extremely friendly.

Everything was great

Great studio appartments, great staff. Excellent breakfast

Clean but they really can’t accomodate my request. Our room is fine but the floors where they put us is under renovation and it smells paint

The breakfast buffet

Traveling with a group of 8, Somerset was the perfect location for our 2 night stay in Manila. Accomodation all we needed and more, wonderful, friendly and amazing staff!

None that I can think of

It’s cleanliness and amazing facilities such as the pool, gym and buffet breakfast.

Spacious, modern, helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast, pool and gym.

A few things broke in our apartment but the staff were quick to fix them: the bathroom drain and leaking AC unit. Also the elevators were always really hot and stuffy.

Location, staff, cleanliness

The restaurant did not offer much choice

The hotel was located very conveniently in the Makati district with the green spaces close by & lots of places to eat. The room was comfortable & clean as was the rest of the hotel. We made use of the pool which was great too.

the location is perfect and rooms are spacious

Clean and big, staff was extremely kind and helpful

The location was excellent because it was convenient for us to access to Malls and Chiropractic clinic. We loved all the staff on the premises. From the bell man to the restaurant.

Nothing to dislike.

Location is great to Salcedo Saturday Market. Layout of the room. Laundry machine and kitchen are so useful. Very clean and super kind staffs.
