Citadines Salcedo Makati

We have been visiting Citadines since 2017 many times. The facilities are OK. Except for the restaurant Manifesto. Hen you are a regular guest you expect a personal welcome. This time I assume the receptionist was new, so there was no personal welcome. Client Satisfaction is important for a hotel so the reception was not in a good shape. Happily we met an employee who recognized us immediately and he helped us perfectly.

When I requested to tranfer us from double twin beds to 1 king beds, we were transferred rught away.

I had no concrete plans on my birthday. And in an impulse, I messaged my friend, Nikki, that I am going to book a room in Citadines Makati on the spot. I said I will be celebrating my birthday there with my daughter. It was my first time experiencing the place, it was so nice and clean. Nikki even arranged a surprise birthday cake and song for me together with the other staff, Ramon, Daryl, Stephanie, Rase & Rick. Thanks to all of you! Everything that you need is readily available in the room. Food in the restaurant are clean, fresh, and sumptuous. It was my first time experiencing a hybrid breakfast option. All of the hotel staff that I encountered are friendly and accommodating. Thanks also to Rick, Pol, & Bert. Thank you to everyone, especially to Nikki Rivera, for going the extra mile in making my 37th birthday extra special. Will definitely book again!

I had wonderful stay at this hotel, The staff were all incredibly accomodating, kind and friendly. The food at the restaurant is consistently delicious and every dish is prepared with great care. Special thanks to the desk staff- Einee, Christian, Jillian and Ricky, the restaurant manager Sir Elly and the housekeeping staff, especially Tine and J.M; the waitresses especially Gwen, Cherry, Badeth, Aubrey, Mark and Lyn; for their execellent service; the gym attendants, Aiza and Roy for being so helpful and encouraging; and the security guards, especially Meljo, for always being courteous and welcoming. Thank you all for always making our stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. God bless you all, and keep up the excellent work!

Citadines Salcedo is my home in the middle of the urban jungle that is Makati. The staff were warm and very hospitable. though the amenity floor is under renovation, they gladly endorsed me to the nearby Somerset Valero where I swam to my heart's delight. Great buffet breakfast which I really enjoyed-- their coffee and omelette are definitely top tier 💯 The room (studio) was spacious and clean-- I slept very well! Moreover the view of the greeneries of Salcedo Park is a wonderful bonus from my window💚💚💚 I I had great stay and definitely giving it a perfect 10!!!

From the moment you enter the hotel, you already feel welcomed. A special mention to Meljo who is also a bisaya ,very friendly, who greeted and assisted guests with such a cheerful and positive attitude. His warm welcome truly made a great first impression. The frontliners were very respectful, accommodating, and professional. The kitchen staff were also excellent, and I really appreciated the 😄hybrid breakfast experience 😄 being able to order dishes for dine-in or take-out while also enjoying the buffet selection. It was both convenient and enjoyable. One of the things that made my stay even more memorable was the service from one of the waiters—I believe his name might be ‘Jerry’’, or perhaps I may have remembered it incorrectly. I only remember that he was from Ilo - ilo. His warm smile and genuine way of serving made a lasting impression on me. I hope the hotel management recognizes his excellent service and considers him for greater opportunities. When I return, I will definitely make sure to get his name correctly! The housekeeping team was also respectful and did an excellent job. Overall, every staff member I encountered seemed to be doing their best to provide excellent service. Citadines Salcedo Makati gave me more than just a comfortable place to stay—it gave me a memorable experience because of the people who genuinely care about their guests. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Citadines Salcedo Makati I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Citadines Salcedo Makati. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and has everything a traveler needs for a comfortable stay. What impressed me the most was the staff. Every morning they would check on me, asking if I needed laundry service, housekeeping, or any other assistance. They were always ready to help with everything—from carrying my luggage upstairs, assisting with the lift, and giving directions to interesting places around the city. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel truly welcome. Personally, I believe the spirit of the Filipino people is something very special. I cannot speak for everyone, but from my own experience, I found a country full of warm, friendly, and caring people who are always ready to help, talk with you, and make you feel like part of their family. Thank you so much, Philippines, for your incredible hospitality. It encourages people from around the world to visit your beautiful country, learn about your culture, and become part of your wonderful way of life. 4.3/5 ⭐️ The room that we stayed at was spacious, lobby interior was welcoming with lots of natural lighting. Restaurant was kinda small but gets the job done. Staff were hospitable and helpful. They always greet with a smile. You can reach Restaurants, cafes, Ayala triangle and greenbelt by foot. Will surely be back.

The location of Citadines scelcedo is very good ! Atmosphere is nice and friendly ! Rooms are nice and spacious with good housekeeping services ! Justine and coco does their job very neatly and particular 👍🏻!

Eversince we tried this place recommended by Frankie Ablona we knew it is the place for a small family, everyone have a smile that will make you feel that you are welcome, I would like to personally thank Aiza made us feel safe in the pool that we used most of our stay, Aiza is a motivator and always attentive, if I can be of any part of the personnel I highly recommend this people to a higher position, secondly Kari, Enrico who always help us and go above and beyond to all of our needs, all in all me Frankie and my whole family sincerely thank everyone from getting up in the morning well rested to exercising and breakfast which becomes our routine. ThisThis is omarks our seventh visit to Manila this year and our inaugural stay at this establishment. Despite booking the most economical room available, the service provided was exemplary. The accommodation exceeded average standards, and, quite frankly, this is the finest hotel I have experienced since visiting.

Great anbiance and exquisite service. They accommodated our request for early check in with no second thought. What a great experience.

Great location and in proximity of great restaurants in Makati. The room was great value and space. It was exceptionally clean and having a pool and gym accessible was a great bonus for us.

The size of the room, the cleanliness, value for money, good breakfast, staff are very helpful. We even have free water in our hotel room. The location is just walking distance to Makati city cerntre like Glorietta/Greenbelt. There is a lot of fast food chains near Citadines.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location in Salcedo Village is incredibly convenient, putting you right in the heart of Makati with everything you need nearby. But what really made this stay a 10/10 was the staff. They are truly exceptional and go far above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Their hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Manila!

The WiFi is on the slower side (only 20 Mbps), which isn't great if you need high speeds. Also, the breakfast restaurant is quite small and gets so crowded during the morning rush that I actually had to share a table with other guests just to have a place to sit.

There was some confusion about breakfast. It stated breakfast was included but the detail wasn’t explained so resulting in us buying breakfast on the first day. But to be fair to the team, they quickly resolved this.

Citadines Makati is highly recommendable! The room was spacious and came with a small, fully equipped kitchen – very convenient and comfortable. The staff was extremely customer-oriented, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast is served at the restaurant Manifesto located downstairs. It was fine overall; the breakfast buffet deserves a solid 3/5 in my opinion. The location is a big highlight – I would rate it 9/10. Right in the heart of Makati, with a Starbucks just around the corner and a 7-Eleven directly across the street. Very practical and central.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I lost my phone at a club and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs helping me get through a difficult time.

Having stayed at this property during the summer of 22, I decided to stay once more because of the impression it had left me. This hotel/condotel is amazing. The facitilites were spotless, the staff were very professional and never failed to wear smiles upon greeting guests, breakfast at manifesto is stellar - one of the reasons I also looked forward to this stay. This whole trip for me was worth it thanks to gems like these tucked away in the heart of the Makati district. Looking forward to coming back in the near future! Kudos to Cetadines Salcedo and team.

Even with adjusting the a/c, the room was too cold. The bathroom door wouldn’t close.

В номере пахнет сыростью. Кондиционер расположен прямо над кроватью, когда он работает - элементарно заболеть. А без кондиционера - душно. Мы с женой, собственно, уже второй день мучаемся кашлем после проживания в этом отеле. Кондиционер должен дуть мимо кровати! Не очень понравилась система завтраков: она здесь по меню, но в тариф проживания с завтраком включено лишь одно блюдо, второе, третье и т.д. - за дополнительную плату 😏 .

Good business hotel in makati, comfortable rooms

One of the true strengths of this hotel is its doormen. From the very first moment, they make you feel genuinely welcome. They are consistently warm, polite, and attentive, always ready to help. In particular, I would like to mention Melja, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made every arrival and departure a pleasant experience. Their presence adds a special touch to the hotel and makes a real difference in the overall stay.

The omelette station offers very good service, however the breakfast could be improved. Adding natural yogurt would be a nice enhancement, and the current glass bottle for milk placed in water is not very practical.

I liked: The convenient and central location, the size large size of the studio, the completeness of the kitchen’s facilities, the night view from the window, the super polite staff, the high quality to cost ratio.

Hotel bien situé. Personnel charmant. Studio spacieux, impeccable, avec tout le confort. Possibilité de départ tardif avec supplément bien pratique lorsqu'on a un vol tard le soir. Piscine sympa avec vue sur la ville.

Un ventilateur serait appréciable. Avec la climatisation, on a froid et sans la climatisation, on a trop chaud. Un ventilateur serait une bonne alternative. Grosse désorganisation et longue attente pour le petit déjeuner.
