Na zařízení hotelu je vidět trochu opotřebení.

The air conditioning worked flawlessly, making our stay highly comfortable. I would absolutely book this hotel again without hesitation.

It's very clean, the building is beautiful, and it's well-placed right in the heart of the old part of Santiago next to the cathedral entrance. Everything is comfortable and the rooms are well-equipped with everything. Very nice staff that goes out of their way to help.

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Das Gleiche gilt auch für den Herrn bei der Abreise am frühen Morgen.

Rommet mitt var i øverste etasje, kun med takvindu. Kombinert med mørkt interiør, ga det en mørk og innestengt følelse på rommet. Fikk da ikke nyte utsikt til den vakre omgivelsen hotellet lå i. En av de ansatte snakket svært dårlig engelsk som resulterte i misforståelser bl.a vedr frokost og bestilling av taxi.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Location Location Location! It is just around the corner from the cathedral plaza. Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was complete. Decor was on point. Omg, the water pressure of the shower was heaven! I waffled between staying here or at the parador. So happy I chose this property. After visiting the parador, while beautiful and historic, I didn’t think it was worth all the extra $$. Rua Villar is also has a historical charm. It is kind of like a riad, but there is no longer an open courtyard. Very charming boutique hotel. Highly recommended!!
The only thing that could be improved were the pillows. They were too plum and extremely firm. I found a less firm pillow in closet after the first night.

The hotel is so quaint and our room was large with a sitting area and beautiful balcony with blooming flowers overlooking Rua Vilar. While you feel like you step back in time, the amenities are modern. Our flight left early so we couldn’t make breakfast but the staff prepared coffee and pastries for us before we left.

When the cleaner found my charger in my room, the staff made sure to put it with my bag so it was waiting for me when I picked it up later. Someone is at the service desk 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very centrally located in the historic center of Santiago and is a (5) minute walk maximum from the Cathedral. The property features a lovely aesthetic. It is quiet, clean and my room was spacious and welcoming. The upper floors all look into a beautiful sky lit interior atrium which is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Our room was at the top floor with the slanted ceiling on one end which is not good for tall people.

Algumas pessoas da equipe não são nada educadas! Foram desrespeitosos com minha mãe diversas vezes. Inclusive ignorando-a afirmando que não falam com quem não sabe falar espanhol. Gostaria muito de ver como este hotel viveria sem turistas de outros países. Ingratos!
