Reviewed Jul 19, 2026This is our 3rd time here. It's so convenient next to the shopping centre, though a bit far from KK. Overall nice to stay with friendly and welcoming staff.
Whilst the hotel is properly maintained and clean, the buildings nearby is not - rundown and abandoned.

There was jug kettle with cups and saucers but no teabags/ coffee supplied!! The water heater was so unpredictable sometimes hot then suddenly cold! The drainage of water in the shower room was not good water collected and slow to drain as the slope was away from the drainage hole .
