Reviewed Sep 10, 2026There's a mall "attached" to the shopping mall and shop lots, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, cinema, cafes and boutique. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel. I bought a RM50 dress that would be more expensive in my hometown.
Facilities a bit old.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Teruskan variasi makanan anda terutama sambal. Sangat sedap. Dan kalau boleh,ada nasi putih Sebab tidak semua makan nasi lemak atau nasi goreng.
Cuma teguran untuk kakitangan yang menjaga di kolam mandi. Kalau ada pelanggan yang terbawa tuala dari kolam,mintalah baik-baik. Ini menjerit-jerit macam kami curi pula tuala tu. Banyak kali kami bawa tuala masuk bilik dan pulang kan kemudian tidak juga kena jerit-jerit macam hari tu. Semua mata memandang sama kami

Pokoje nie były gotowe, mimo, że przyjechaliśmy około północy. Nie działał prysznic, więc i tak musieliśmy zmienić pokój. Hotel wybudowany pewnie 20 lat temu i nie odświeżony od budowy. W zasadzie brak parkingu, a "parkingowy concierge" w ramach pomocy... poinformował, że miejsc nie ma i mogę zaparkować "anywhere else"... :)

I arrived at 02:30 due to a delayed flight so I was really hoping for some comfort. However, when arriving in my room, there was a cockroach. I was assigned an adjoining room, with a man in the other room. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel unsafe. I know these doors are somewhat locked, but I still moved a chair in front of it. There was no extra/separate lock.. And the sink didn’t allow water through, I had to lift the plug with my nails so water would drain.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-designed, The breakfast buffet was outstanding-worth for money. Perfectly situated within walking distance to 1Borneo Hypermarket. Staff hospitality, very attentive and warm.
The hotel needs more parking capacity for the number of rooms, It would be helpful if parking spaces could be reserved in advance.
