Lovely staff, beautiful location, comfortable beds and extremely clean.

We love our room with a view of the Staubbach Falls. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room was beautiful and our patio looked out on the valley and Staubbach Falls. Complimentary breakfast was nice looking out at the garden. The restaurant served an excellent dinner.

No Jantar nos atendeu Maria, uma espanhola da Galícia, que compreendia e falava português perfeitamente. O quarto que ficamos era excelente, amplo, novo e muito confortável, com enxoval novo e toalhas bem fofinhas. A sua varanda tinha uma das vistas mais bonitas de nossas vidas, de frente pra espetacular cachoeira Staubbach, com grama e casinhas típicas nos arredores, e o alpes com os picos nevados no fundo.

The hotel was very cute and it had an amazing view to the mountains. For 5 franc, you can do your own laundry. The food was also amazing; I ate there for breakfast and dinner.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant was great.

Wow what a view from our room. The room was lovely, the bathroom and shower were great and the view (despite only being on the 2nd floor was fantastic. Complimentary tea/coffee at reception and boiling water. Parking was easy and there's a back entrance to the hotel which made access super easy.

We couldn't check in early as the room wasn't ready but that wasn't an issue as we were still allowed to access the carpark whilst we went for a walk into town. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with hot food limited to scrambled egg, terrible little sausages and streaky bacon. It was also a bit disappointing to see the waitress clearing tables using a steel trolley and scraping leftovers into a tub on top of the trolley. I don't need to see that, just take the plates away. Didn't impact our amazing stay though

קרוב לרכבת ולרכבל. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. צוות אדיב. אכלנו גם ארוחת ערב במקום והיה טעים. יש עמדה נקייה ומסודרת של מכונת קפה, מים קרים, קרח, סודה, תה חופשי בלובי. הנוף מהמרפסת יפה מאוד.

החדרים והמקלחת קצת ישנים. אין מקרר וקומקום.

AC would have been highly appreciated. noise isolation could be better. we could hear every footstep above us. breakfast was decent but 4 days not even a single change.. everything is always the same. also would have been nice to have some deserts

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious with a lot of closet space. The balcony and the views of 2 waterfalls were just amazing. Great breakfast, free parking, and walking distance to the trains.

No fridge in the room, but the stuff kindly offered to keep our food in the fridge on the main floor.

Amazing location, restaurant was great! Room was cozy and brilliant views.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better and the coffee machine downstairs that was open to all could have offered oat milk or alternative milk options but that’s being very picky.

We only spent 1 night here and could easily of spent more. We had the basic room but it still had amazing views from our balcony and room was a cute rustic feel. The lobby and breakfast were great. Loved the quiet location but yet close to everything. Highly recommend!

Il manquait divers petites choses dans la chambre que l'on attend d'un 4 étoiles : eau minérale, machine à café ou thé.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr reichlich mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Einfach herrlich.

This was the best vacation of my life, and my stay at this hotel was the most enjoyable hotel experience I’ve ever had. Of course, the incredible location made it even more special. Every time I stepped onto the balcony, I was greeted by breathtaking mountain views. Having breakfast every morning while looking at the mountains was simply unforgettable. The breakfast itself was excellent—very diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lauterbrunnen.

Très bel emplacement, calme car un peu en retrait du village, chambre confortable avec petite terrasse, petit déjeuner et restaurant excellent, personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.

Le personnel de la laverie située juste a côté qui parle un peu fort mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose.

L'emplacement, le calme, la gentillesse et disponibilité des employés, le petit dejeuné copieux, la propreté, la chambre avec le balcon et la vue sur la cascade.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend this hotel. Stayed in one of their Superior Rooms (corner unit), which was spacious for 2 of us. Stayed during a warm period in July, and with windows and door to balcony/deck open (cross ventilation) and fan in room felt very comfortable. Hotel location was perfect. Lauterbrunnen was a 4-day home base and launching point for Murren, Wengen, Grindelwald and miscellaneous hikes around the region. Close to train station, the cable car to Grütschalp / Murren, and a grocery store (Coop). Short walk to and through town but felt away from the heavy tourist crowds. Friendly staff. Has an elevator. Laundry machines on-site are a bonus! Great breakfast (included). Dinner in restaurant was great (so good we ate there 2 of 4 nights). Dinner on the patio with views of mountain was wonderful. Lobby has a water dispenser (still and sparkling) , ice and coffee machine/tea available 24/7.

Very friendly service. And the tastefully decorated surprise cake for my wife's birthday was mindblowing.

This was our third stay here in 10 years. It has always been outstanding but this visit topped it all. The addition of the machine with ice/water was so appreciated and used frequently, also the water bottle filling spot was handy. Having laundry facilities was a pleasant surprise so we didn’t have to walk to the laundromat. Breakfast buffet was great as always and dinner always good. Can’t recommend this hotel enough! You can’t beat the location either for convenience to transportation.

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 with three teens. The Silverpeak Apartment accommodated us perfectly and was convenient to dinner options and train station. The facility is clean and updated and staff was friendly. We visited the spa facilities one rainy afternoon and enjoyed that as well.

Stayed here for 2 nights and very much enjoyed it. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lovely buffet on offer. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the dinner offer was also excellent. The comfortable seating in the cool reception area was appreciated, as was tea / coffee / water (still and sparkling) available 24/7. The hotel was very conveniently located within a short walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten das 007 Zimmer. Ist ein schönes grosses Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super genau wie das Abendessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Localização excelente, bem perto da estação e muitos quartos com vistas para as montanhas. Café da manhã muito bom e com ambiente igualmente agradável. Restaurante do Hotel também muito bom. É uma ótima opção para ficar em Lauterbrunnen e nos permitiu muito aproveitar a paisagem incrível do local.

Acessibilidade: ficamos em um quarto no chalé superior que era separado do prédio principal, e por isso tivemos que subir escadas com malas de viagem grandes. Além disso, o quarto não tinha algumas coisas como frigobar, blackout nas janelas e ferro de passar. Entendo que algumas coisas são típicas do local, como não ter ar condicionado por exemplo. Mas outras são amenidades simples que poderiam tornar mais confortável a estadia do hóspede. No geral é uma ótima opção para quem deseja ficar em Lauterbrunnen. Mas se você é alguém que prioriza conforto, talvez seria melhor buscar um local em uma área mais estruturada, como Interlaken por exemplo.

Great location. Welcoming staff( specially Sandra). Beautiful clean room with view . I don’t normally eat breakfast but I couldn’t refuse this one , which was delicious.

Clean hotel. Excellent location opposite station. Very efficient re booking in , paperwork etc Excellent food ( self service but worked well). Desserts were amazing. Room on the small size but clean and very comfortable beds. Balcony was ridiculously tiny for us when the room was set up as a triple .

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. We had booked the Valley View Top Superior room and it was amazing. A very large room on the corner of the building with two balconies! This worked perfectly in the heatwave as one was always shaded! The bathroom was huge and everything in the room was top quality, fabulous wooden ceilings and a superb tiled floor. The whole building was beautifully fitted out and so well thought out and designed. The location, off the main street, but only a minutes walk, was superb! So peaceful and with beautiful gardens and lovely fields behind with a family of goats! It was so beautiful and away from the very busy main road that it felt like a real haven. The free car park was an added bonus. There was a wonderful outside terrace as well as different dining areas inside, all very good. The reception area had free still and sparkling water, ice and hot drinks available 24 hours a day. A much welcomed facility. The breakfast was very good indeed, lots of options and all very fresh and well stocked. We had dinner here twice and the food was superb. They have a brilliant pizza oven and as such create amazing pizzas! There is a traditional menu too with lots of options. We enjoyed everything we had here. A final mention must be for the staff. The team here work so hard to create this perfect location. Every member of the team are friendly, kind and diligent ensuring you have the best possible time. We would return in a heartbeat and cannot thank them enough for making our stay so special.
