Fantastic fresh food Friendly staff

Our room had a great view and was very spacious. The staff were all great, friendly, helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. The food was very good and good value for money. The leisure facilities are very good too.

Beautiful location, great view from our bedroom balcony, very clean room.

The pillows were rock hard, didn't sleep well at all on the 1st night. Asked housekeeping for softer ones so we slept well on our second night.The bed linen left the premises down, invest in feather and down pillows with cotton pillow protectors, mattress toppers plus all 100% eqyptian cotton bed linen. The receptionist with blonde hair who checked us in on 8th Sept was very polite and generally nice, however, we met a dark haired one on the 2nd day who was not as polite, quite abrupt.

The location, room and interior of the hotel was perfect. Very well presented, clean and bright. Food was very good too.

Beautiful pool, which was a real bonus. The gardens are stunning. The breakfast was beautiful. The staff clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. I would return!

The hotel is nicely decorated

There was a wedding on at the time and the music went on to at least 3am. We have 3 young children and they placed us in a room very close to the function room. They knew we were not part of the wedding so they could have placed us further away. The room was very expensive to have been so uncomfortably noisy to so very late on. I told them the next morning and was told. O sorry . End Off. Very disappointed.

The staff were incredible. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The location was amazing secluded enough but enough happening around at the same time. We hope to come back soon for sure!

The hotel was lovely, room was very nice and big. The breakfast was very good.

The room overlooked the kitchen area and the fans were quite loud so you couldn't keep the window open because of the noise and waft of food cooking.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and great food - we had breakfast and dinner. The bedroom was modern and very clean and spacious and it was really great value. Will definitely stay here again.

On one of the days I approached the front desk to ask a question and the receptionist told me she was too busy to help me! A bit taken aback I still asked the question anyway

The room was excellent- very clean and nice furnishings - we used the pool and the spa the spa was lovely

The showers in the pool area ladies changing there were no lights on and no lights in the toilet either. There was a smell like sulphur as if someone had lit a match - the relaxation room is right beside the pool so if the children are having lots of fun you can hear it all while you are trying to relax - most of the staff are excellent - felt one of the bar staff didn’t really want us ordering when we came in from the festival were greeted with -what? When I asked for a drink.

Brilliant stay with lovely breakfast and bar food. The hotel was newly furnished and very clean definitely be back.

The staff from the 1st time we walked in were exceptional, a big extra well done to the bar/restaurant staff, always go above and beyond.

Location was beautiful. Hotel was very clean and modern, despite being an older building. What really impressed me was, despite our dinner order taking over an hour to arrive to our table, the waitress came up to our table and was very apologetic and offered to take our drinks off the bill (we didn't ask for this btw) and she also gave us a complimentary dessert for our wait. I thought this was a very nice touch by the girl, and she went above and beyond to apologize. That was the only hiccup our entire stay. I couldn't recommended Ballyliffin enough. A great experience
