Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Nous avons apprécié la proximité de Bayonne accessible en moins de 10' à pied, malheureusement, c'était un dimanche et le centre ville etait un peu désert. Notre chambre donnait côté rivière, très calme l'insonorisation entre les chambres étaient très correct, celle-ci était dotée d'un parquet et d'une salle d'eau un peu petite mais fonctionnelle avec sèche-cheveux et produits d'hygiènes. Il y avait une climatisation mais le top est la petite piscine en bas de l'hôtel que nous avons apprécié avec les grosses chaleurs. Elle est réservée a tout les clients de l'hôtel gratuitement avec serviettes à disposition. . La literie était confortable et propre. Personels aimables.
Le parking de l'hôtel est payant, on nous l'a proposé à 10€ la nuitée en septembre mais nous avons eut la chance de trouver juste devant l'hôtel une place gratuite, il y en a quelques unes aux abords. Sinon, rien de négatif en dehors du lit, dans cette chambre qui était un 140 de large...un peu juste pour dormir paisiblement pour des personnes qui bougent beaucoup .

Personnel désagréable. Bar fermé le week-end. À 22h on nous éteint la lumière dans le hall, il y a des mouches mortes dans le distributeur d'eau à la réception, bref il faut déclasser cet hôtel et éviter d'y aller

Nähe zum Heliport...wir wurde um 5 Uhr morgens durch einen Hubschrauber geweckt, der im Anflug auf das örtliche Krankenhaus einen ohrenbetäubenden Krach gemacht hat. Zwei weitere Hubschrauber im Laufe des vormittags.

Big secure car park but they need to come up with a way of letting you in when you first arrive without a code. Big rooms with comfy bed, and a kettle!
Air conditioning is not able to deal with the heat. It was "only" 30 degrees outside when we were there - I hate to think what it was like with the very high temperatures over the summer.

Le comble on se réveille après une nuit chaotique une fuite les gouttes tombaient du plafond sol rempli d’eau. Le meuble Tv est tout cassé le bois est tout décollé . Sans parler des toilettes et douches tu ne peux même pas rentrer dedans si vous êtes de grande taille . The worst hotel i’ve ever been to.

Aunque nos avisaron cuando reservamos y tambien luego a través de un email, la habitación con cama de 135 cm se queda pequeña aunque esta bien equipada. Solo lo menciono para que se tenga en cuenta, aunque lo dicho, el hotel nos avisó.

Parking was an extra, first room was tiny and we had to pay for an upgrade to get a bigger room. Staying 3 nights would have expected that would have been free. Air conditioning very poor for cooling our room. Also no evening resteraunt facilities for weekend from Friday on

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, la piscine ainsi que la salle de sport, où j’ai passé de très bons moments avec ma fille. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des restaurants. Le décor de l’hôtel est très agréable et la propreté est irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
Le coffre-fort dans lequel nous voulions conserver les documents ne fonctionnait pas.

Nous avions une chambre vue rivière qui etait très agréable, bonne literie, calme, salle de bains bien équipée. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant et le petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau nous a ravi !

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Hotel muy céntrico, personal atento, hablan español decentemente, desayuno bastante bueno, puedes desayunar en la terraza con vistas al río, una maravilla si hace buen tiempo, cama cómoda y de buen tamaño, poco ruidoso.
Habitación algo pequeña, y baño necesita lavado de cara, decoración particular, va x gustos, no tiene minibar ni caja fuerte. No tienen parking, pero a 100 metros hay uno público que está bastante bien, con precios no excesivamente caros.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Está muy bien ubicado, al lado del río, cerca del centro y de zona de bares y restaurantes. La ubicación es un 10, ya que puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio. Contratamos parking y muy bien.
La habitación pequeña y la cama igual. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente para el calor que hacía en la ciudad en esa época. El baño pequeño pero funcional.
