Good location nice staff

Extrem freundliche und persönliche Gastgeber. Die Inhaberin sitzt immer unten an der Rezeption und wohnt auch im Haus. Ihrem Mann gehört das direkt angrenzende Seabreeze Bungalows Hotel welches ein Restaurant am Strand und direkten Zugang zu einem privaten traumhaften Strand bietet, den man mit nutzen kann. Auch die Familie war super lieb! Direkt neben an ist ein Seven Eleven und man befindet sich an einen ruhigen Abschnitt der Haupt-Shopping- & Essensmeile. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Pool auch sehr schön :) Ganz ganz große Empfehlung :)

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles sauber und genügend Platz. Gegenüber sind die Bungalows. Dort kann man gut und günstig essen. Und ist dann direkt am Strand. Kostenlose Liegen stehen zur verfügung.eher ruhigere Lage

Небольшой отель в тайском стиле недалеко от центра района Ламаи. Тихое место. Номера достаточно просторные, как на фотографиях отеля. Несмотря на то, что отель не новый, все работает исправно: кондиционер, холодильник, чайник и т.д. Мебель старая, но в этом ощущается особый колорит и аутентичный дух. Во время уборки пополняется набор чая и кофе, ежедневно приносят 2 бутылки воды. Есть принадлежности для душа, удобная пляжная сумка. Очень радушная хозяйка! Мы чувствовали себя самыми дорогими гостями! У отеля небольшая, но очень зеленая территория. Уютная зона бассейна, но мы почти не пользовались, ходили на море. Оно совсем рядом! Нужно пройти напрямик (не больше 5 минут!) через территорию отеля Seabreeze bungalow, который принадлежит одним хозяевам. На пляже гостям предоставляются лежаки. Есть небольшое кафе, где вкусно готовят, можно позавтракать с видом на море. Хозяин сам встречает гостей. Вообще, люди очень приветливые и гостеприимные, даже поздравили с днем рождения. Было очень приятно! Спасибо большое!

О минусах. Слабая уборка, обычно по требованию (нужно повесить табличку на дверь). Выносят мусор, меняют полотенца и на этом все. В санузле вековая грязь лежит на стенах, кранах, на окне и жалюзи. Это, конечно, не мешает отдыхать, но выглядит неопрятно и запущенно. Лежаки на пляже тоже не блещут чистотой. Приходилось протирать влажной салфеткой.

The hotel is just in a few minutes from the beach by foot, only need to cross the road. Walking distance to Nightmarket, restaurants, shopping and food market. Very quiet, peaceful place. The host is also very welcoming, called taxi for us, every day put two bottles of drinking water in the room.

The keys got broken while opening the door - we had to pay for replacement. Also one table lamp was hard to switch on/off.

Fantastic staff, right next to the 7/11. Rooms are quiet ,pool nice and fantastic value.

No signage from main road but it's opposite another hotel with nearly same name. So hard to find. It's behind and to the left of the 7/11

Super nettes Personal 😃 Der pool is groß und man kann ihn bis 21:00 Uhr nutzen. Der 7/11 macht das ganze noch angenehmer. Und auch ihr Mann der die Bungalows am strand hat ist super lieb und hat jeden tag eine Kleinigkeit für uns gehabt ☺️

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix L'emplacement est parfait... Nous étions une famille avec ados. C'est exactement ce à quoi je m'attendais, calme et décontracté. Les gérants sont tops, serviables et super sympas. Sejour à refaire si notre banquier est d'accord

Joli hôtel proche de tout commerce et life night sans être dérangé par les bruits. Puk la propriétaire est d'une professionalisme parfait, elle est présente et enthousiaste par son métier. Le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel se trouve a 2min de la plage ou des transats sont là pour nous cet endroit est seulement pour les clients de l'hôtel, variété de plats et boissons au restaurant de la plage. Belle plage pour se baigner. J'y retournerai avec ma fille l'année prochaine.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Nie słychać hałasu z ulicy. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Do plaży moment. Własne leżaki, ręczniki plażowe. 7 Eleven 20 metrów od hotelu.

Akurat w moim pokoju cały czas zapach kanalizacji. Słabo. W dwóch innych naszych pokojach tego problemu nie było natomiast dwukrotnie zgłaszałem awarie klimatyzacji. Generalnie hotel ładnie wygląda na zdjęciach. W rzeczywistości jest gorzej. Nie ma dramatu, ale odnowienie by się przydało. Jest potencjał. Rzuca się w oczy straszny syf jeśli chodzi o leżaki przy basenie i na plaży. Nie czyszczą ich w ogóle.

Чисто, удобное расположение, прекрасный персонал и мне особенно понравился бассейн. Вода чистая, без запахов химии, приятно было плавать. Спасибо огромное🙏

The lady that owned it was lovely, very accommodating, always happy to chat to you. Her husband runs the restaurant and he’s a lovely man too, the nicest people you could hope to meet.

This was our second time staying here! The host, Boo and her husband are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcome. The rooms were super clean, the staff were friendly and the location is excellent. There’s a seven eleven right at the entrance and they have a private beach entrance which was our favourite aspect!

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the attention of the hosts. Even though it was late, Piya escorted us to the room, which is large. The bed is also large. Even though the hotel is on the main street, it was very quiet. The rooms are cleaned every day, but you have to leave a note on the door if you want them to clean it. Every day we found 2 bottles of drinking water at the door. Clean and large swimming pool, beach towels in the room. To the beach - just cross the road, maximum 2 minutes walk. The hotel has free sunbeds. The host Sucheela works in the restaurant and will cheer you up! By the way the food is very tasty and the prices are good! The hotel is located in a central location. Next to 7/11. Around there are many places where you can eat, massage salons, travel agencies. Many thanks to the hosts for a great vacation

The location was great, just over the road from Lamai beach. The lady who owns the property is absolutely lovely and so helpful! The restaurant linked the property is great, food and drinks were lovely as well as private sunbeds! Really good value for money.

I have wrote a complaint i am waiting for an answer please read it .I had a nasty fall because the air con dried water all over the tiled floor .I reported it and they just cut the pipe and left a bucket for us to empty ease read my full report I sent earlier

The owner is truly exceptional: always helpful, kind, and ready to assist with anything. She arranged my scooter rental, booked a taxi for me choosing the most affordable option, and even helped with currency exchange to make things easier for me. A warm, attentive service — definitely 10 out of 10.
An hotel like this is not for the picky, but the owner really makes the difference.

Хотелось бы,чтоб персонал более тщательно следил за чистотой.Кафель и жалюзи в санузле,чайные чашки с налетом.если бы все это было идеально чистым,было бы гораздо приятнее.

The location was great. Across the road from the beach access and the Small bar and cafe where breakfast could be bought. Right on the beach was great. Sunbeds were also available at no cost to people staying at the hotel and bungalows. Host helpful with local places to visit.

The communal areas could do with a refresh especially round the pool area. Our blinds was broken in our room and replaced when we arrived.our TV wouldn't work and although this was reported to the host it was not fixed during our 7 night stay.

Die Lage! Super bequemes Bett! Großartiger Pool, den ich fast immer für mich allein hatte! Sehr, sehr nette Inhaberin. Direkt vor der Tür, ein neu eröffneter 7Eleven. Gegenüber ist die Bungalow Anlage, die Ihr Ehemann führt. Auch er ist ein super Gastgeber, der sich auch sofort meinen Namen gemerkt hat und immer für ein nettes Gespräch zur Stelle war. Der Strand ist toll. Ja, die Anlage ist ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (oder man gibt Corona die Schuld). Aber es ist ja auch kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt, Preisleistung ist perfekt! Ich würde sofort wieder kommen!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Samui seabreeze. Tout d'abord l'emplacement était parfait ! Dans la grande rue principale de Lamai, tout était proche à pied. La dame de l'accueil était adorable, disponible pour toutes questions et elle nous a recommandé chaque jour des lieux à voir. L'ensemble du personnel était serviable et souriants. Les chambres ne sont pas aux goût du jour en terme de décoration et semble à première vu un peu vieillottes mais tout y était pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le grand parking en face de l'hôtel est idéal si vous louez une voiture ou un scooter. La plage est accessible par un chemin qui ne ressemble pas à un chemin juste en face de l'hôtel (il faut juste s'aventurer entre les herbes hautes :-D)

Nous avons passé un inoubliable séjour à Lamai. Nous étions extrêmement bien situés, en plein cœur de la ville, et à deux pas de la plage, c'était juste parfait. La piscine permet de se détendre entre 2 baignades en mer ! Le supermarché est juste à coté, l'hôtel est très calme. Le rapport qualité/prix parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous avons également profiter des messages. Un beau souvenir, merci !!

Petit info : Nous n'avions pas de permis international et les moyens de transport sont plutôt chers, mais l'hôtel n'y est absolument pour rien, je le précise simplement pour donner l'info aux occupants suivants : les déplacements sont vites compliqués pour qui ne peut rien louer et nous étions 5 donc 2 taxis nécessaire ou un van, aussi nous n'avons pas profité de l'île comme nous l'aurions dû. On se le note pour les prochains voyages ;-)

The stuff is very kind.

We arrived at a very neglected place. It seems that years have not renovated the place and the level of cleanliness is very poor. Around the pool full of greenery and mold. The place belongs to a nice lady and her husband. They really very nice people but this is where the good experience ends. Throughout our stay there we scratched, and this is a review we saw that repeated itself a lot in the comments. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. On the positive side when we asked - they came to clean the room, but it needs much more than cleaning. Everything needs to be renewed there. In our opinion this is not a worthy place to entertain the family. Maybe it could suit backpackers.

Boję się, że przy tej cenie nie będzie właścicieli stać na remont, a to jeden z ostatnich hoteli nie resortowych w okolicy.

Eigenaren van het hotel waren supervriendelijk. Het was een budget hotel met goede faciliteiten, fijne kamers en op een goede locatie. Het eten in het restaurant van het hotel was erg lekker.

The property was fantastic, the owner is so kind and we felt welcomed from the moment that we arrived. The pool is great and the room comfortable, and it is 1 minute walk from the beach through their sister property, which is ran by the owner's husband, who was extremely kind and welcoming as well. They have a restaurant at the sister property and the food was fantastic. Our family will be back for sure.

La situation géographique est bonne. Bungalow en bord de mer. Personnel sympathique. Serviettes et draps propres. Bonne cuisine restaurant en bord de mer.

Nous avons séjournés dans un bungalow trop petit pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Un futon au sol avec serviette de plage en guise de drap pour dormir au sol. Équipement vétuste ( mobilier, frigo, …). Aucun ménage pendant notre séjour de 3 nuits. Salle de bain peu de pression pour l’eau. Robinetterie très vétuste. Endroit qui demande une bonne rénovation. Très bruyant la nuit car les cloisons sont fines et on entend tout chez ses voisins mitoyens.

The location of the hotel is excellent. On the main road but away from noise and busyness. The hotel had everything one needed for a quality budget stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom but it wasn't much of a big deal.

Staff are friendly, rooms are quite big. They give you beach towels in a beach bag and umbrellas which I thought was a nice touch.

It was behind a construction site that didn’t feel safe to walk through. The reception area is messy and unkept. The rooms are dated & the bathroom was full of mould.

Room was comfortable, as was the bed. The room was serviced every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was large and clean The restaurant for breakfast across the road overlooking the beach was excellent. It is run by the most cheerful man. Location was excellent for a short walk to the main street. Try the Shamrock Bar for live music.

Super liebes Personal und perfekte Lage die zwar in der belebten Gegend ist aber trotzdem komplett ruhig. Pool war sauber und sehr groß, Zimmer waren sauber und jeden Tag hat man frisches Wasser bekommen. Bad hat manchmal ein wenig gemüffelt aber das passiert häufiger in den Hotels auf Koh samui. Dies hat uns aber auch nicht weiter gestört. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Nice hotel just 4 minutes walk from the Lamai beach. Realy quiet place- if you like to relax without music, loud party people, or kids, this is the best place. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. No breakfast here, but you can walk to the next bakery just 7 minutes far. My second vacation here and i come back!

Location was amazing, across the road from Lamai beach, short walk to the shops and Restaurants, off the one way street so easy access for taxis.

No restaurant or bar attached however there is one across the road at their other establishment, the bungalows.
