Mon coup de coeur des vacances ! Je recommande les yeux fermés. Excellent emplacement, bel hôtel qui apporte tour le confort nécessaire.

La proximité avec les autres touristes, certains pas très respectueux, mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien, impossible pour eux de faire le tri , mais ça ne gâche nullement la plaisir d’y séjourner

Отличное расположение! Красивые бассейны, первая линия, уютная территория. Комфортные номера, приятно вечером посидеть на балконе. Приехали на неделю, в итоге остались на две, не хотелось переезжать. Девочки уборщицы убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца , в номерах было чисто. Было конечно много нюансов, которые требуют исправления, но в целом нам очень понравилось там. Отдыхали семьей, с детьми.

В первую очередь лежаки требуется срочно заменить, они все грязные и разбитые. Работник, который должен следить за бассейнами и лежаками, целый день сидит в кустах с телефоном. Хотелось бы побольше порядка и чистоты. На пляж почему то не выносят зонтики, они стоят только у бассейна. В номерах проблема с напором воды.

La posizione dell’hotel è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza: è centrale e comoda. Le camere sono molto grandi e spaziose, cosa che ho apprezzato molto durante il soggiorno. Anche la spiaggia è bella e le due piscine della struttura sono piacevoli e hanno delle belle potenzialità.

Purtroppo ho riscontrato diversi problemi, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la manutenzione. Soggiornando al terzo piano, la doccia era molto scomoda: il soffione era minuscolo e la pressione dell’acqua davvero scarsa. Per lavare i capelli ci voleva tantissimo tempo, tanto che a volte era quasi più comodo fare la doccia in piscina. Anche la pulizia della biancheria non mi ha soddisfatta: mi è capitato di trovare la federa del cuscino macchiata. Inoltre, a volte gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati completamente: sostituivano quelli grandi ma lasciavano quelli piccoli già utilizzati, e per averli cambiati dovevo scendere personalmente alla reception e richiederli. La spiaggia, pur essendo bella, era abbastanza trascurata. Molti lettini erano rotti e quando ci si appoggiava rischiavano di cedere; anche i tappetini sopra i lettini erano sporchi e poco curati. Gli ombrelloni erano inoltre decisamente insufficienti rispetto al numero di ospiti. Infine, anche le piscine, pur essendo belle, mi sono sembrate un po’ sporche e poco curate. Nel complesso, credo che la struttura abbia delle ottime potenzialità, soprattutto per la posizione e gli spazi, ma avrebbe bisogno di molta più attenzione alla pulizia, alla manutenzione e alla qualità del servizio.

The beach loungers are quite old and need to be replaced.

Locatie perfect, zwembaden erg goed. De kamers zijn prima voor een langer verblijf.

Bedden hard, zelfs voor thaise begrippen. Er zitten erg veel barren en publieke vrouwen locaties dichtbij het hotel.

Es war alles perfekt, es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden!

Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day. Towels also changed. Very nice rooms and surroundings.

No hair dryer and iron. Needs some refurbishing in restorane and sun beds.

Heerlijk lokatie. Net uit de drukte maar op loopafstand van het centrum. Zwembaden, direct aan de zee met zandstrand. Massages aan het strand, restaurantje. Keurige kamers, elke dag roomcleaning, behulpzaam personeel.

Il est bien situé plutôt vers la sortie de Lamai, c'est mon bondé et moins bruyant.

l'accueil a bien baissé, on sens que depuis que les bungalow ont été remplacés par des immeubles, l'atmosphère "famille" est morte, est bruyant au dessus dès que les gens marchent ou parlent. le restaurant autrefois bondé ne sert plus grand chose, ferme tôt bref il y a peut-être deux piscines mais à l'eau trouble ( et ne venez pas me dire c'est parce que c'est de l'eau non chlorée, sur Pha Ngan on en avait une aussi mais bien entretenue). ne me dites pas non plus que la direction a changé car j'ai revu la proprio, j'ai oujours la même personne qu'il y a 10ans.

Très bon emplacement. Accès plage et vie nocturne. Bonne literie et chambre spacieuse avec balcon

Mauvaise isolation de la baie vitrée, la salle de bain est un gros point noir : filet d eau en guise de douche, sans séparation avec le reste de la salle de bain donc inondation du reste des équipements. Toilettes collés au lavabo donc accès très compliqué. Lunette des WC cassée. Ensemble des bains de soleil extérieurs très dégradés.

Great pools and pool area. Beach right outside the property. Loads of local shops on the street. A super base for exploring the island Generally a great plan for a stay with a family. Helpfull staff

The property is missing breakfast option. Staff is not super proficient in english. Fallback is often google translate. But things work out anyways.

Hotel en bord de plage et avec 2 belles piscines. Belle décoration extérieure avec de beaux bonsaï. Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre spacieuse et agréable. Serviettes de plages fournies. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité et le marché de nuit est à 10/15 min à pied.

Un peu de vétusté qui mérite des rénovations. Le premier jour, une décoration du toit est tombée. Les matelas des transats sont à changer. La Wi-Fi n'est pas top. Et la personne qui nous a reçu le premier jour n'était pas très souriante et accueillante.

I’m having a really great stay at Marina Villa in Lamai and can honestly recommend this place from the heart. I originally booked for three weeks, and I still can’t believe two weeks have already flown by. The hotel is right on the beach, and having two nice swimming pools just makes it feel like a little paradise. What’s impressed me the most is the location. Marina Villa is right in the center of Lamai, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and pretty much everything you need just a short walk away. Even so, it still feels calm and peaceful here, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or out exploring. The rooms are spacious, clean, and really comfortable, and I always feel well looked after thanks to the staff, who are super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. What really stands out for me is the value for money. You get so much for what you pay, and compared to a lot of other places around here, the price is really reasonable without cutting corners on comfort, quality, or location. Overall, Marina Villa just has a great mix of perfect location, relaxed vibe, lovely staff, and amazing value. I already know I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Lamai.

If I could suggest a couple of small improvements, it would be to replace some of the sun loungers and retire a few of the old towels, as they are starting to show their age. These are only minor details, but they would make an already excellent stay even better. Beachside has to have som improvements

The location is incredible, it's just down the road from the Lamai night markets and right next to the beach.

As soon as I got to the room, the bed had sand under the pillows and it seemed infected with bugs.

Vynikající lokalita, bazény, pláž, prostorné pokoje a uklidový servis.

Velmi špatná Wifi. Často slabý signál a odpojování. Lehátka na pláži a u bazenu jsou stará a nekvalitní. Nelze se pohodlně a bezpečně opřít.

Sehr gute Lage, einerseits Ruhig (Strandseite) und anderseits lebhaft (Straßenseite) und vorteilhaft, da nah zum 7Eleven, Wechselstuben, Restaurants, Lamai Night Market, Clubbing (FITClub Neueröffnung im 04/26 empfehlenswert), Rollervermietung und eigenes Restaurant (Normalpreise) vor Ort

Im Restaurant bzw. Strandnähe wäre Chill Out Musik sehr schön gewesen...

Good location. Nice swimming pool and beach access. The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely, kind and helpful.

The reception staff. I thought they were unhelpful and unfriendly. It seemed quite poor that they didn’t inform you of the facilities available and were not particularly helpful when asked.

Principalement la majorité des clients .... Nos "amis" sans éducation, la réservation de tous les transats dès 6h du matin, qui restent vide, ... le manque évident de parasol et de transat sur la plage

Lage, Stand waren Top. Anlage Top. Zimmer sind sehr untergegangen, Handtücher , sind noch die , die vor 10 Jahren waren. Kamen auch leider nicht immer sauber ins Zimmer. Die Dame an der Rezeption Mega 😞 unfreundlich. Also geht gar nicht, haben wir alle so empfunden.

Je vous conseille ce logement, la chambre était propre un peux vieux mais franchement très bien. Les 2 piscines était propres, et l’emplacement parfait.

Double Piscine une grande rectangulaire et une plus petite coté mer. Le personnel d'entretien des chambres est particulièrement agréable.

On a l'impression de gêner la jeune personne lorsqu'on arrive à l'accueil. Contrairement à il y a quelques années, il y a maintenant du monde en mars à Samui. Cela se répercute sur le nombre de comportements désagréables, sachant qu'il y a environ 80 chambres. Je me souviens que les années précédentes, en fin de journée, les matelas des chaises longues de piscine étaient rangées et les plastiques nettoyées. ce n'est plus le cas et après quelques jours de pluie les matelas sont gorgés d'eau Mais surtout lorsque qu'on soulève les matelas, dessous c'est crade! Également il était une habitude que les hôtels nettoient la plage devant chez eux. C'est fini et pas seulement pour Marina Villa.

Great position at the beach in the middle of Lamai, lovely pools, beautiful well maintained gardens, friendly staff, everyehere spotlessly clean. I stayed for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I shall come back again.

Nepáčilo sa mi okolie pri pláži. Veľmi staré lehátka, ktoré už neboli menené dlhé roky, rozpadnuté podložky na lehatkach a celkovo vzhľad pri pláži dosť zanedbaný.

Just a few steps from the beach. Spacious rooms with everything you need. Right in the center, but the whole area is very quiet. Excellent value for money.

Lots of maintenance and cleaning equipment lying around the property which isn't very sightly. Some issues with my room (which the staff fixed upon request). Ladder broken in one of the pools and chairs left wet/big puddles around some chairs when raining. Bathroom gets very wet when using shower.

Vi kunne allerede få værelset kl 08.30 - rigtig fin service, især fordi vi havde været undervejs i ca 36 timer. Værelset havde en fin størrelse, men trænger generelt til en opdatering. Dejligt med 2 pools og beliggenhed ved stranden. Masser af solsenge Tjek ud kl 12 så ingen stress God beliggenhed med restauranter, butikker, 7 eleven mv

Solsengen var slidte og det kunne være rart med nogle små borde man kunne benytte. Personalet knap så imødekommende som andre steder

The pictures don’t do this hotel justice! Lovely big bedrooms, beautiful gardens, lovely big swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers right on the beach.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is Lamai! It’s trashy. Much nicer places/beaches in Koh Samui but the hotel is great value for money still.

We enjoyed our stay at Marina Villa!! The gardens, pool and beach were amazing. The room was very spacious and provided all we needed for our stay. It is in close proximity to shops, restaurants and entertainment.

The rooms, bathroom (extremely low water pressure from shower) and restaurant are a bit outdated (but I guess that's what you pay for a 3 star hotel). A renovation would improve the traveller experience. If you have knee issues or don't like stairs, book the ground floor as there are no lifts to the rooms (3 floors with steep steps). Sun loungers had guests towels put on them, but those guests didn't use them all day and night, preventing other guests to use them. It would be good if the hotel could regulate this so all guests can use facilities. There was also a lot of hotel supplies and rubbish in view of guests, which was unpleasant to see.
