Breakfast was good with a variety of Western and Chinese dishes available. The hotel is central for my business interests and there is an added bonus of a Starbuck's around 400 metres away. Most of the staff I come into contact with speak decent English. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years and I've never had a bad experience yet. I can honestly say that if there is a Pan Pacific hotel in a city I'm visiting, then I'd make the reservation. A quick thank you must be said to Igor Caldare, the Guest Relations Manager....he's always on hand to sort out my PC or mobile phone if I cannot get connected...It's never too much trouble for him, but for me, it's the little things that matter. A shake of a hand in the morning or a smile goes a long way.....

Świetny hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Śniadania bardzo zróżnicowane - nawet przy dłuższym pobycie nie ma problemu z wyborem. Siłownia i centrum fitness wyglądało na bardzo profesjonalne (niestety nie udało mi się skorzystać). Podobnie basen oraz sauna.

Był problem z klimatyzacją - cały czas grzała zamiast chłodzić. Jako rozwiązanie zaproponowano wiatrak, co nie pomogło. Mimo to obsługa bardzo pomocna, w przypadku innych problemów.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have stayed there several times before and can confidently say that it was a real pleasure. The main reason would be the personal attention to your staff. I like to take a moment to add a special thank you to Igor for his personal attention and support during our stay. Originally, I had a room with poor lighting, which also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Igor made sure to quickly find me another room which was appreciated. Additionally, he helped me and my other colleagues with hotel services, directions and other local information about our stay and nearby attractions. He was very attentive, spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with. It certainly made our stay very comfortable. We originally had a room which smelled like someone smoke in it. Although disappointed it was corrected very fast.

First, would like to thank manager Igor. Highly appreciate his hospitality and help during stay. Every question was solved with his immediate help. Location is good, rooms are good.

I liked the hotels high quality and hospitality. I really appreciated Igor (Guest relations manager) for his accommodation and hospitality to our group with halal food recommendations and activities. He really made our trip easier and more enjoyable.

Everything was very nice in this hotel, the stay, the good service especially from Peter - he tried to make my entire stay quite comfortable, he also eloborated the places to go in Ningbo.

The only thing is the location, it is quite far from shops & restaurants, especially in humid weather. But with a car ride this is easily fixed.

The location is great and lots of facilities in the hotel

The rooms all smelt of smoke and it is horrible! I asked to be moved from the first room and moved to a non smoking room. I was eventually shown 5 different rooms but all smelt of smoke. I was told although they were non smoking rooms people ignore that and smoke anyway. It made the stay very unpleasant and I wouldn't stay again for that reason.

Staff does not speak English. Was given a smoking room (officially non-smoking, but full with smoke smell). No resolution to the problem.

Good and clean. Only disappointed is the have strong smokes smell. I think it’s need to aware on this

Building work around the hotel, can’t be helped I get that. A stand out employee was Peter in reception - fantastic service.

Very clean. A 5 star property anywhere in the world that I've stayed at. All real wood decor with marble bathrooms. The lobby is also all marble. Pay the extra few dollars and get the breakfast for 2 people each day you're there. It's a $30+ value per person - 10 stations of food choices, made to order dishes, Cappuccino and more. Not to be overlooked was the 10+ staff. Pradeet our server each day was the best I've ever had. Hospitality was off the charts.

The list * Very average check in * Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Not happy * Ordered room service, wine of course not available, but one double the price is * Even though as usual you have to leave a ridiculous deposit, they came back to my room and I had to pay for the wine seperately * At 2140 I get a knock on the door. I'm on a conference call and guy has a free plate of something. I say I'm not interested as on a call and he proceeds to block door with his foot and argue. Completely unimpressed

The hotel is clean & has good facilities. My room was modern & a comfortable size. The restaurants can improve though. Had to order wine from the buffet restaurant when eating at the Thai restaurant as the Thai did not have a wine menu. Had to walk to the buffet myself to place the order as the staff in the Thai restaurant said we couldn't do this. When I ordered a bottle of white, the waiter came back & said that there was NO white wine available & that all the white wine was sold out. I then had to order a bottle of red instead. All of the options we EXTREMELY expensive though, all of them. The Thai restaurant forgot to charge me for two beers & then tried to constantly chase me down for the remainder of my trip to pay for these beers, even though I said just to put it on the room bill & I would pay when I checked out. 4 phone calls later from them (one was at 11.30pm) & they finally left me alone. FINALLY. But the food at the Thai restaurant was actually very nice in the end. All other parts of my stay were enjoyable & the service was good.

Overall, a good stay. Well maintained hotel with lots of staff. Had an initial inconvenience because none of the staff seemed to know the hotel had an ATM machine. Only other setback was room service. The several times I ordered, English was not really spoken so it was a slow and painful process. The lack luster food taste and a desert that took 1.5 hours to arrive confirmed that I will not use that particular service here.

Amazing space, no much people speaking English and mo much guidance of commodities and when we visit the pool we were lost with no help, we didn't get a towel or anything

I stayed many times in this hotel. It's great for everything except the check in/out is really slow and not seeing the effort to help even when there were more staff. Not taking the order of First in First Service (letting people cutting in and no one try to solve this problem).

The hotel is great. Only one criticism - they staff do not clear the breakfast tables when vacated so there are few tables for later comers and it looks very messy and unprofessional.

Great hotel 5 star However it is in the business area and I was there for business. Not sure I would stay here as a tourist. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in all around the world.

I stayed for 3 nights. Pros: 1. MultiLingual staff. Concierge could speak good English and were very helpful. 2. Washing machine and Induction stove in Serviced Suites was added help 3. Room size and facilities were upto mark and as promised online 4. Bank of China just across street. To change money etc. 5. Stores nearby hotel to buy small stuff Cons: 1. Location is good and peaceful but far from Airport and Train Station. Also many restaurants are about 20-25 Min taxi drive from Hotel. Since the hotel is in new development area it is bit far from city centre.

The hotel looks brand new. Location is great if you are going to the Ningbo Convention Center. Otherwise, there isn't too much around.

A comfortable stay with excellent service from hotel staff. The breakfast was splendid. It was great value for money for our stay even it was just one night for our group. We all satisfied with the quality of the hotel.
