Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Gute Lage des Hotels. Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr geschmeckt.
Das Zimmer war nicht geheizt. Dies war sehr unangenehm mit dem Kälteeinbruch.

A good "middle" location between the two gondola stations. Definitely will stay again. Had pondered between staying in Lauterbrunnen or Murren. So, so happy, we chose Murren.

Would be nice and comfortable to have a coffeemaker for breakfast with real milk and coffee. Serving of little portions in the morning is time-consuming for staff and clients.

Our 3rd floor room was small, and the bed was under eaves so we couldn't sit up in bed. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. I couldn't see well enough to put in my contact lenses.

Funcionários sempre presentes e eficientes. O hotel fica a cerca de 5 minutos a pé da estação de comboios. O hotel oferece serviço de transporte da bagagem.

The lady receptionist was too stiff for her job being in hospitality business, i ve been to too many hotels in Switzerland and all have different city norms but the staff always explain these with smile. We were late for check out it was at 10 30 and she knocked the door at 11 15 with strong voice. Many hotels show flexibility in this regard, is it a hotel or hostel? The shower cabin was v small.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr einfache Zimmer und ganz schlechte Matratzen. Das Bad ist mega winzig, man kann kaum auf dem Wc sitzen. Kein einziger Steckdose in Badzimmer. Und der Preis entspricht nicht das was man dafür bekommt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nichts besonders u auch den Frühstücksraum war total spartanisch eingerichtet. Niemand hat ein einziges Mal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war u zufrieden waren. Sehr Schade...dieses Hotel wäre eine Bijou wenn man sich mehr Mühe geben würde.

The guy at the front desk was nice enough but his persona came across as a little rude however other than the smallness of the showers and the hotness of the rooms (no AC) it was pretty nice! The windows do open but then you let in all the bugs and get bit so it’s your choice.
