Very disappointed with my stay. Had to book out in the evening due to so much noise we could not even watch the television. It is a SPA hotel which to me is rest relaxation. My experience was anything but that. Very Very disappointed.

So disappointed would not consider going back.

💯💯 Staff are always excellent and extremely helpful.💯💯 Food on the bar menu is also excellent. Rooms are amazing with very very comfortable beds and super balcony access. Spa is just incredible, as always 👌👌👌

The gym however is somewhat outdated with very poor ventilation and limited equipment. Could definitely do with an upgrade investment. 🤔🤔

The swimming pool is fantastic.

We just got married and booked two nights for our mini moon last minute. The room was beautiful, the staff were so attentive and the food was great. The thermal suite was very clean and so relaxing. We were very impressed. It was a slice of heaven .

There was no conditioner in the bedroom shower . Not a big deal but I would have liked some !

Breakfast was cheap and the bathroom small. Bed needed a new mattress as it dipped.

Probably a good getaway for couples but not too suitable for families with kids. We rented an apartment which was functional but a bit dated and tired.

Good size, comfortable beds but felt very used and a bit drab. The facilities like the Spa were geared for adults and the playground could have been better maintained.

Facilities and dining options are great and there is plenty of parking.

The room we were put in was directly opposite where the house keeping staff keep all their stuff. We were woken before 7 am to doors constantly banging. I had heard the banging doors the evening before but didn’t put together what was causing it as I would have asked for a room change. I could not get over the carelessness of letting the doors bang over and over again at such an early time.

My wife is wheelchair bound. I cannot transfer her to the bed if it is a divan bed. It will not allow the legs of the transfer device to fit under the bed. This happens repeatedly in your hotel which otherwise is excellent. RGA

The staff are friendly and helpful; the room had a comfortable bed and lovely sea view. The breakfast was good and the food in both restaurants was delicious. The service was excellent. The spa facilities are great and the access to the beach was fantastic. A 15 minute walk through a glen to a beautiful sunrise was a highlight.

It is tired around the edges. The room only had a bath with very high access which made getting in and out tricky. The tv was temperamental in terms of reception. The balcony could do with a clean.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff were excellent and very helpful especially Joanna at reception and Carol in the Spa.

Due to having to book the thermal suite ment lots of people went in together, it got very noisy and took away the 'peaceful, relaxing mood'.

The service for Breakfast in Green Room and the dinner in the bar where i got a complimentary birthday plate which was organised by the head lady from the Green Room evening service i think called Monica when i last visited on 31st May.

when i arrived i had asked for a room with 2 single beds but there was a double bed instead. it was quickly corrected after i spoke to reception about error

The rooms are very spacious with comfy beds!! The thermal suite is a fabulous haven & the massages were exactly what we needed!

The thermal suites were beautiful and clean. Glad I only paid 138 euro through booking.com.

The room was only standard. While trying to watch TV it kept turning off and on. The windows were very dirty. Absolutely no coverage in room. Only 1 lift and you could spend a good few minutes going up and down until it stopped on the floor you wanted. The outside of hotel wasn't well maintained.

Here for a wedding, beautiful venue. Comfortable room. Balcony was great. Allowed to change in the spa area after driving for the wedding. Used the spa the next day to recover. It was fabulous.

Room a bit small.

The spa was lovely but I had a nail manicure which was overpriced - more expensive than Dublin .Breakfast and dinner were very good .

The tv in my room was of poor quality and difficult to use .

The place was beautiful, perfect and spontaneous. The staff of the hotel were very lovely and welcoming. I celebrated by birthday over there and the stuff of the Village Bar and Grill sang for me, it was really lovely. Thanks to them looking forward to coming back.

Everything was really nice. May be the only issue was the sound proofing wasn’t good I could hear what was going on in the next room.

In the room which we stayed the weather was extremely windy and there was a constant noise coming from the attic area of our room. Not much sleep was had. I mentioned this to our check out manager on our departure

Great location, beautiful private access beach and lovely walk to it. Staff were fantastic and the restaurant had gluten free options and were confident in this. The pool and spa area was amazing. Great facilities and amazing stay overall

The room was a bit too warm and no aircon. Was able to get a fan which helped a bit

Had to move rooms as window wouldn’t close and safety deposit box wouldn’t work. But was resolved efficiently by staff by moving us to another room.
