Ótimo hotel, com praia privada e piscina grande. A comida é ótima e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente

Só tem internet livre no saguão do hotel. A cerveja é temperatura ambiente. As pessoas "reservam" lugares na praia e na piscina, sendo dificil achar um lugar para ficar. Tivemos uma infecção intestinal, acredito que pegamos algo no passeio de barco que é oferecido no hotel.

قلة الشماسى على الشاطئ فهى لا تناسب عدد النزلاء ، لذلك كان يوجد صعوبة فى الحصول على شمسية ، علما بوجود مكان كبير على الشاطئ فارغ المفروض تزيد عدد الشماسى فى هذا المكان .

Quick check-in, facilities such as pools and different bars. The staff are very active and welcoming, the beach is clean, music is played at all bars, and the animation team’s shows are performed diligently. The gym equipment consisted of modern machines.

Elevators are not available in all buildings, only one building has them. The sliders are small, but only a few guests are interested in them. The Wi-Fi was poor even in the lobby.

The best things about my stay were the beach, food and the excellent service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the overall experience.

Great experience! Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean throughout. The animation team was nice and kept things lively, and we especially appreciated the guards around the pool who always kept an eye out, making it feel very safe for children.

Show times didn't always follow the schedule, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

Everything was super. Staff was helpful and friendly. The place is kids friendly. We enjoyed our stay. That we extended one more day. Keep it up.

The staff were smiling all the time from the checkin which was smooth until the checkout. Mr. Mahmoud Elsayed and Mrs. Shereen were super helpful anytime we needed them. The hotel was spotless, I noticed the appointed staff were cleaning all the time. The food was exceptional, I liked the open buffet over the outdoor grill not for the quantity but for the quality and variety of the food served. I stayed for 3 nights the buffet had vast variety of food during my stay, you'll never get bored. As for the activities, every member of your family of our family was delighted during our stay. It was a hidden gem for us, we had had a last minute booking cancellation and we found the hotel and were really lucky. The pool activities, the beach ... I can talk for days about our lovely stay and I am lookimg forward to our next holiday in hurghada. Special thanks to Mr. Kamel Ragab from housekeeping/room service, he looked over our rooms during our stay with his lovely smile and his friendly attitude.

كانت إقامتنا في فندق بالم بيتش تجربة جميلة جداً وفعلاً استمتعتنا بكل لحظة هناك. الفندق مريح، الشاطئ رملي وحلو، حمامات السباحة نظيفة، والأكل متنوع وطعمه ممتاز. الستاف كله متعاون وبشوش وبيساعد من قلبه. *شكر خاص:* للأستاذة *شيرين* في الرسيبشن على الترحيب الراقي والابتسامة الدائمة وسرعة إنهاء إجراءات التسكين. فعلاً وجهة مشرفة للفندق. شكرا أحمد عبد الناصر في بار الفندق على خدمته الممتازة وذوقه العالي واهتمامه بكل التفاصيل. شخص محترم وبيحب شغله. *جرجس* في الروم سيرفيس شخص نظيف ومرتب اداره واعيه تهتم بكل كبيره وصغير

Desde la recepcion la atención fue muy cordial, llegamos hora y media antes del check in y nos permitieron alejarnos inmediatamente, los Restaurantes estuvieron bien atendidos, bien surtido, comida no muy occidental pero estuvieron bien. Las reglas del hotel nada exageradas, las instalaciones siempre limpia, la habitación completa teníamos una buenísima vista, con terraza hacia la piscina y de fondo el mar. Muy bueno el cantante de la noche y el violinista. Definitivamente regresaria, por un comentario decía que el personal andaba tras las propinas, pero se las ganan con su buena predisposición.

Mejorar los tragos, y una dosis de alegría al grupo que atiende al bar junto a la piscina principal. Y poner actividades nocturnas, una disco por ejemplo. Y habilitar alguna actividad en el mar, como kayaks o pedalones.

Var ked af man slet ikke kunne få ordentlig kaffe, altså det hele var fra en maskine man trykker på. Føler også de kunne ligge flere dåsesodavand i køleskab. Ihvertfald 1 per person.

Les repas ne sont pas assez diversifié et manquent de raffinement

المكان جميل جدا ونظيف وأمين جدا . الاشخاص العاملين جميعهم بدون استثناء في الاستعلامات والمطاعم والمسابح والتنظيف كلهم ناس محترمين جدا والابتسامه لا تفارق وجوههم وكذلك الامانه والصدق والخدمه الجيده . انصح لكل العوائل ان تزور هذا المكان الكريم جدا في الاكل والشرب والخدمات والنظافه 😍

فقط التواليت اتمنى ان يضعوا شفاطات ماء لان الكثير من الزوار هم من العرب والمسلمين يحبوا يستخدموا الماء بعد استعمالهم للتواليت بدل ورق التواليت .

أعجبني جدًا موقع المنتجع الجميل على البحر والهدوء داخل المكان. حمامات السباحة نظيفة ومناسبة للعائلات، والحدائق والمساحات الخضراء تضيف إحساسًا رائعًا بالراحة. طاقم العمل متعاون جدًا ويقدم خدمة ممتازة. وأود أن أخص بالشكر الأستاذ سامح في المطعم الرئيسي على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالضيوف وحرصه الدائم على تقديم خدمة مميزة ايضا الاستاذ ابراهيم بقسم الاستقبال

بعض المرافق تحتاج إلى صيانة بسيطة، كما أن شبكة الإنترنت داخل الغرف يمكن أن تكون أفضل قليلًا

The hotel is very good. The food, the beach and all the facilities are amazing.

We thought we would be free from vendors harassing us, but the spa and diving staff kept constantly approaching guests on the beach chairs to offer their services. One of the entertainment team employees behaved very strangely toward me. He said something to me while I was serving myself in the restaurant, which I didn’t like. I showed my discomfort, but he kept laughing at me anyway. My husband went to speak to him, and he didn’t even apologize. They really need to review their policy regarding harassment toward women. Another very irritating issue is that the hotel allows smoking in the pool restaurants. It’s extremely unpleasant to eat while many people are smoking around you. The music at the bars is horrible. They should play more Egyptian music cause the western playlist is awful anyway.

They don't pay much attention to room services and their contents, such as toothpaste, creamer, and other items commonly found in regular hotels.

Отель - нормальная египетская четвёрка. Номер просторный, уборка хорошая ежедневная. Самый главный плюс - это прекрасная кухня: на все приёмы пищи большое разнообразие овощей/рыбы/мяса/сладостей и фруктов. Бар алкогольный такой же как и везде в Египте. Персонал вежливый.

- Маленькая территория, хотя на ней есть 2 бассейна и пляж, но учитывая то, что вокруг отеля нет ВООБЩЕ ничего кроме заброшенных строек, то нехватка пространства для прогулок была критична - Ужасная анимация. Пожалуй, это худшая команда аниматоров, что я видела. Работали в полноги, а приглашенные артисты напоминали каждый раз школьную самодеятельность. Команду 100% надо менять - Навязчивые продавцы услуг на пляже (массаж, тату и пр.). Но это везде в Египте - Плохой интернет. Мало того, что он есть только в лобби (в номере надо оплачивать отдельно), так он очень слабый - фото грузит медленно, а смотреть/выкладывать видео вообще невозможно. - Очень высокие и жёсткие подушки (к концу отдыха у меня отваливались шея). И если жесткий матрас - это плюс, то подушки как книги - конкретный минус. -Пляж разделён бетонными волнорезами (я не любитель такого). При ветре (а он зимой в Хургаде явление частое) приплывает много мусора (пластик и пр.), который работники не очень то торопятся убирать 😏

Неплохая кухня и заход в море , приплывали дельфины , это было мило.

Я была там 11лет назад и там стало намного хуже, что меня расстроило. Из отеля я выехала16.11.25. И в самолёте заметила, что на мне нет двух колец золотых к сожалению я забыла их возле умывальника в номере 366 Я пыталась с ними связаться потратив много денег пытаясь им объяснить, но все безуспешно, писала им но ответ не получила.ужасно. Я просила их отправить мне в Киев Новая почта303 Никоре Людмиле мое телефон: +380961334881 , но никакого ответа не получила.

Nyolcadik alkalommal nyaraltunk ebben a hotelben. Rendkívüli az ott dolgozók kedvessége. Fantasztikus munkát végeznek a szakácsok, felszolgálók, pincérek, takarítók, kertészek, recepciósok. Nagy az odafigyelés, hogy mindenben segítsenek. Éhezni biztasan nem lehet a hotelben. A tengerparton masszív, kényelmes ágyak asztallal fix napernyőkkel. Odafigyelnek a tisztaságra.

A szépségszalonban tett látogatás. Nagyon erőszakos üzletszerzés. 80€ arckezelés, beharangozva az arcmasszázst, pakolásokat. A masszázs abból állt, hogy megvakarta a fejem 2x. Senkinek nem javaslom! Én tudom, hogy fárasztó a medence melletti bárokban kiszolgálni a rengeteg nemzetiségű embert, de lehetne ezt kicsit kedvesebben.

الفندق فاق كل توقعاتي مختلف تماما عن فنادق الاحياء الشاطئ رملي رائع بدايه من الرسبشن والتسكن بدري كما طلب عند الحجر الاستاذ محمدبخيت سهل عمله التسكن عند الوصول وتابع معي حتي اخر يوم للإقامة المطعم الرئيسي يفتقد للتنوع ويمتاز بالجودة شكرا لجميع الاستاف الغرفه363 رائعه سي فيو البحر والبسين جميع العاملين علي الشاطئ عمل طول الوقت مجملا الفندق جميل وهادي وبه تنوع ومريح

Otelde en çok beğendiğim kısım temizlik oldu. Sadece odalar değil, ortak kullanım alanlarının tümü sahil dahil sürekli temizleniyor. Plajı kum ve denizi harika. Yeteri kadar şezlong ve şemsiye var. Havlular yeni ve büyük. İki farklı havuz var ve fazlasıyla yetiyor. Hem yetişkin hem çocuklar için alan mevcut. Havuzlar belirli bölümlerde derin, belirli bölümlerde sığ. Kaydırak çok büyük değil ama yeterli. Günde iki defa ikişer saat çalışıyor. Çacuk havuzunda da mini bir kaydırak var. Her iki havuz yanında bar var. Sıcak soğuk içecek alabiliyorsunuz. Can kurtaranlar dikkatli ve sürekli uyarıda bulunuyor. Yemekler gayet güzel. Çeşit bol. Belki tatlı bölümü biraz daha geliştirilebilir.

Dalış ve diğer su aktiviteleri ile spa bölümünden çalışanlar pazarlama için sürekli sizi rahatsız ediyor. Biriyle konuştuktan 1 saat geçmeden diğer bir çalışan geliyor. Akşam saati hava kararınca sivrisinekler çıkıyor. Önlem almazsanız her tarafınızdan sokuyorlar. Özellikle akşam yemeğinde ızgara varsa restoran önünde yapılıyor. Bacası doğru ayarlanmamış dumanı odalara doğru gidiyor. Kapıdan çıkar çıkmaz koku sizi karşılıyor.

1- The hotel is clean 2- the stuff was very friendly and we had a very fast check in proccess 3- The food variety was fine and tart was delicious.

1- a la carte restaurants food taste is not as expected and bot like the main restaurant. 2- some specific amenities are missing such as cotton ear buds - nail file but it's not something major. 3- the wifi is not free in rooms.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — special thanks to everyone who made our stay so comfortable. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the fun and energetic animation shows in the evenings, which added a great vibe to the stay. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

They might consider adding some showers near the beach and pools, and the food variety could be improved.

I hate the way i booked a double room and sea view but i was scammed and was given a room with single beds and not sew view.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel — everything was perfect! The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was lively, especially during the parties — we had so much fun! A special thanks to Mr. Abd Elsatar, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had — highly recommended!
