Reviewed Jul 20, 2026L'accès à la piscine depuis la chambre était génial, je remercie le personnel de la réception pour celà. Nous trouvions toujours un transat que ce soit à la piscine ou à la plage. C'était propre. Les personnels (nettoyage) de la piscine étaient sympatiques. L'équipe d'animation était également au top, merci à eux.
Un sourire de plus venant du personnel de service aurait bien été agréable. Fallait-il être un local ou de l'Est pour accéder à ce service ? Il y avait tout de même quelques personnes souriantes mais dans l'ensemble 😬😬. Nous avons réservé une table au restaurant situé à l'étage de la réception pour l'anniversaire de ma fille, on a été déçue du repas, on aurait mieux fait de manger à la grande salle, en dessous. Dommage d'avoir dû attendre le service de 21h pour ça. Je ne sais pas s'il existe un drapeau rouge pour fixer au parasol pour éviter d'être sans cesse dérangé... Certains étaient limite malhonnêtes.

Upgrade my room due to my honeymoon vacation.
quiet place and beautiful beach.
Variety of foods.
The room needs to be renewed.
The hotel is too expensive on the feasts.
The aqua park is on the other side of the road.
The sea is not able to swim in, you must walk about 500 meters to can swim or diving.
The hot drinks like nesscafe and Cappuccino are very poor.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026This is a typical large all inclusive resort with all the pros and cons. It caters to hundreds of people at the same time so it can feel a bit crowded at times. That being said, the service is excellent, especially at meal times. They are very efficient-as soon as someone leaves their tables, it is immediatelt set up for the next person/group. The food is good and varied- my child who is quite a fussy eater tried a few new things. It also has an aqua park with slides just opposite from the hotel.
The number of sunbeds by the pool is quite small relative to the number of people in the hotel. It would also be good if more of the games in the game room were working. Otherwise, very good service.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Clean and comfortable room. Beach wind breaks were fantastic to preserve some warmth in the relentless windy weather. Water slide park was nice.
Cold and windy weather made it a poor sun destination. Outdoor lunch restaurant not open. It was impossible to get bedding to make up the couch bed; required five separate requests throughout an entire day and I finally had to go down to the front desk and get frustrated to get support. Pool staff kicked people out 5minutes before pool closing time each day. Ice cream at the pool was very poor quality. Food at the buffet was ok, but lacked flavour and variety. Water slide park across the busy street is odd and the water there was frigid. Drink quality (juices, for example) were very poor quality. No pool towel exchange readily available. Constantly pestered by spa and aquatics staff while sitting by the pool or beach, like every 5 minutes we would be bothered by them. Leave us alone! Pillows overstuffed and not comfortable. I would definitely not return to this hotel. And definitely not in February with the strong winds.

الاكوا تحتاج الى عماله اكثر حدثت لى حادثه داخل الاكوا وارتطمت راسى بها لعدم وجود عامل اعلى الاكوا يعطينى تعليمات النزول يوجد عامل واحد ف الاعلى وهناك اكثر من اكوا لن يستطيع التركيز مع الجميع

Water Park near by and the closeness to the water
It’s not well maintained. We stayed at two different room types, incl a family suite. Both had issues with the bathroom.

Everyone from the reception, restaurant, staff, cleaning personnel is very helpful and extremely polite. Vriendelijkheid personeel. Leuk animatieteam met (sportieve) activiteiten voor kinderen en volwassenen. Mooi zwembad met goed toezicht. Goede variatie in eten.
Het resort ligt ver buiten het centrum van Hurghada. De foto van een groot aquapark is misleidend, want dit is een aquapark aan de overkant van het resort. Helaas was het weer minder, zodat we dat aquapark, waar gratis toegang zou zijn voor gasten van het resort, niet hebben bezocht.

Ich hatte ursprünglich nur für zwei Tage im AMC Royal Hotel gebucht, aber aufgrund der Schönheit des Ortes und der außergewöhnlichen Erfahrung habe ich meinen Aufenthalt ohne Zögern um weitere vier Tage verlängert.
Als Erstes fiel mir das außergewöhnlich hohe Maß an Sauberkeit auf. Die Hygiene im gesamten Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Komfort und Sicherheit; alles ist sorgfältig gepflegt – von der Lobby über die Zimmer und Badezimmer bis hin zum Restaurant. Besonders beeindruckend ist auch die schnelle Reaktion des Teams auf jedes Anliegen oder jeden Hinweis innerhalb von Sekunden. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten professionell und sichtbar als ein eingespieltes Team.
Ebenso hervorzuheben sind der herzliche Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich, lächeln immer und begegnen den Gästen mit großem Respekt. Man hat nie das Gefühl, ein Fremder zu sein – im Gegenteil, man fühlt sich wie unter Freunden oder sogar in der eigenen Familie.
Auch das Design des Hotels ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Die stilvollen Sitzbereiche, die harmonischen Farben, die elegante Einrichtung und die perfekt platzierten Pflanzen und Dekorationen schaffen eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Schon das Sitzen in der Lobby ist ein Genuss für die Augen.
Unvergesslich bleibt auch die Erfahrung im Aqua Park – eine der schönsten Erlebnisse meines Lebens. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, und es gibt eine Snackbar in unmittelbarer Nähe, falls man während des Schwimmens Hunger bekommt. Die Rettungsschwimmer sind freundlich und behandeln jeden Gast mit Respekt und Aufmerksamkeit.
Das Hotel bietet außerdem 24 Stunden lang kostenlose Getränke, ein Spielzimmer, ein Fitnessstudio und einen Shisha-Bereich an. Das Hotel fühlt sich wie eine kleine Stadt an – man braucht das Gebäude überhaupt nicht zu verlassen, da alles, was man benötigt, bereits vorhanden ist.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025It was wonderful to have all meals and drinks included but the best part was the staff. So efficient, friendly and going the extra mile for every single one of their guests. The pool area was fabulous, the beach area immaculate and our rooms clean and the beds super comfortable.
The aquapark was the best thing according to my son.
Overall we felt safe and welcome.
There was not much we did not like. Only the pool closing at 5pm was mildly limiting but it did give us an opportunity to rest in our room before dinner.
The additional outings were a bit too far for us to reach financially however I do feel they were well priced even though we could not afford it.
Wir kamen in der Nacht an, der Ckeck In war schnell und unkompliziert, im Zimmer gab es Abendessen für uns und Getränke. Das Personal- außer einem unverschämten ägyptischen Koch- waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß, das Animationsteam hat immer sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool Aktivitäten veranstaltet und für gute Laune gesorgt.
Die Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse war perfekt.
Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem netten ägyptischen Kochchef ( Küchenleiter) Herrn Samih, der äußerst freundlich und lösungsorientiert war.
Das Restaurant am Strand war mega schön.
Wir kommen wieder am 19.11. 😄 also bis dann 👋
-Manchmal waren die Toiletten in der Lobby nicht sauber.
- Es gab manchmal plötzlich kein Wasser zum Duschen. Probleme wurden aber gelöst. Angeblich war’s ein Rohrbruch.
- Leider spricht so gut wie keiner Deutsch (Animation und Hotelpersonal), aber Englisch ging.
- Das italienische Restaurant war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Очень понравилось что после выселения в 12 можно пользоваться отелем до ночи. Мы так и сделали, прожили еще один день, обедали и ужинали, пользовались аквапарком и всем чем захотим
Если придираться, то по записи пошли во второй ресторан типа итальянский, но там пиццу подали на сыром тесте которое не про пеклось и мы его тянули как сыр… а сверху наоборот пригоркла пицца. Италией там не пахнет, почти то же самое что в основном ресторане или даже похуже выбор и блюда

Aqua park, my room location, hotel location, Beds mattress were so comfy, and I did get a free upgrade from garden view to pool.
Check in was fast, The room service Amr which handles the rooms section 1700s was polite , friendly and smiles unlike all other staff members.
Very crowded, Poor animation shows , lobby sofas are not comfortable at all , all kinds of coffee drinks are below average they need to upgrade their coffee machines to have more drink options and use less bitter coffee, all other soft drinks are sometimes okay , sometimes they are very bad.
Food Variety is okay but not the best, some days food is good and some days food is below average, in short lunch is always average, dinner is good , breakfast is the same daily but it has most of what you need, Snacks are very poor just hotdog sandwiches, and mini pizzas which takes forever to be made and the same daily just cheese.
They needed to manage the reservation numbers as the hotel facilities seemed less than the number of people there, especially by the pool, sometimes we didn't find a place to sit or put our things , the same goes for the aqua.
Staff need to smile, they don't ever ,they seemed upset most of the time.
The ping pong table is broken and the rackets are very bad if you are a fan of the game.
No kids play ground, no activity for the kids
The animation stage is too small for the crowd.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025The hotel is excellent and the staff were wonderful, especially الاستاذ/ نجيب حلمي Mr. Naguib Helmy, he was really cooperative, respectful, and well-mannered. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is wonderful, the beach is beautiful and clean, and the entertainment is excellent. The only comment is about the dinner buffet. It needs attention and variety of items, and some of the food was cold. But in general, the hotel is excellent and I will come back to stay there again

Food is excellent with a lot of varieties.
We needed a doctor, the clinic was helpful and fast to respond however we were at middle of night.
Access to the Door at one of our rooms has issues, each time they want to access the room they had to go the reception to reactivate.
Kids area need to be better and activities to children need to be more.

Staff wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager until I acted as if I was recording them saying “there are no managers here today’’
