Das mit Abstand heruntergekommenste und dreckigste Hotel in dem wir jemals waren. Wo die 3 Sterne herkommen und die teils guten Bewertungen auch auf Buchungsplattformen ist ein Rätsel. In unserem Zimmer hat es widerlich gestunken (nach Lösungsmittel oder Ähnlichem), im Bad außerdem noch nach Kloake. Bad verschimmelt. Mülleimer verrostet. Mir war jeden Morgen übel vom Gestank. Zimmer wurde in den 4 Tagen nicht geputzt, lediglich das Bett gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Haarfön hat jeweils nach ca. 35 Sekunden wegen Überhitzung abgeschaltet. Badtür blieb nicht zu (wurde nach Reklamation behoben). Im Treppenhaus sind die Staubwedel jeden Tag größer geworden. Das Management scheint bzgl. Sauberkeit von Beschwerden anderer Gäste nichts dazugelernt zu haben. Preis von 150€/Nacht eine Frechheit. Man kann von diesem Hotel nur dringend abraten. Leider haben wir die schlechten Bewertungen zu spät gelesen. Die schlimmsten 4 Nächte, die wie je in einem Hotel erlebt haben.

Facilities weren’t great. No refrigerator for drinks. No tea/coffee making facilities. No glasses in the room. Balcony area dirty.

O hotel é bem localizado, o pequeno almoço é muito bom e com tudo que é necessário. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. Bom custo benefício.

A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, com locais com poeira acumulada. Além disso, as toalhas estão velhas e necessitam ser trocadas.

1. Accommodations were close to downtown. 2. The room had a very good AC system.

I have no issues with basic accommodations; however, you must do better in maintaining and keeping up the facility. 1. The bathroom was in need of a good cleaning. 2. Closet / storage was inadequate for 2 people. 3. Facility had a "Karaoke Night" which lasted beyond the stated time in which it was to end, and the music/performance could be heard in my room and throughout the facility.

Really really good breakfast for the value! Rooms are very clean, staff was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Nothing fancy but feels clean/fresh!

Un frigo et il serait temps de refaire des travaux extérieurs car ça se dégrade sérieusement c’est dommage ! Nos fenêtres ne fermaient pas complètement et restaient ouvertes malgré le bouton actionné.

A localização e os funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos..... sobretudo Franklin excelente atenção e apoio , nos ajudou muito con às sus sugestões !! Lamentei não despedir-me e agradecer personalmente, quando saí não estava!! Meus respeitos .

A limpeza do quarto , sobretudo a casa de banho muito a desejar !! O duche vi que nem uma escova passaram porque 2 dias com cabelos no mesmo lugar , a sanita eu mesma tive que passar o piaza para despegar sujidade!! Falta de lixívia para desinfectar, muito importante!! Quando cheguei o quarto estava cheiroso, mas era só para aparentar !!

Posizione ottima per spostarsi poter parcheggiare e in 10/15 minuti a piedi raggiungere ogni località (diverse spiagge, centro, supermercato con piatti pronti, ecc...). Purtroppo gli alloggi complessivamente a Lagos sono abbastanza cari.

Las instalaciones son antiguas y se nota que falta manutención, para el precio que se paga se esperaría que el aire acondicionado funcionara bien, que la ducha estuviera limpia y que las terrazas se encontraran en condiciones de ser usadas

La relación calidad-precio y la ubicación, a 12 minutos de las playas de Dona Ana y de Batata, y a 15 minutos del Lagos histórico y la zona de bares y restaurantes.

Había muy poco espacio en la habitación. Y nos dieron una habitación de la planta baja, con una terraza muy pequeña a ras de suelo, que daba al jardín, y estaba ocupada en su mayor parte por la salida del aire acondicionado.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to town (10 ISH mins), it was clean and had the basics.

Right by a busy main road, the taps all run hot so you can't drink the water, and they charge for filling them up for you which I think it counter Intuitive for a hotel that claims they are eco-friendly as it makes more people buy bottles. There are lots of signs up around the hotel about rules and what not to do which doesn't create a friendly air.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è altamente svantaggioso. Per quanto pagato mi aspettavo qualche minimo comfort: bicchieri, bollitore, frigorifero. Nulla di tutto ciò. Lo staff è poco informato e svogliato: non ci hanno avvisato della chiusura delle spiagge limitrofe più famose e non ci hanno saputo dare alternative. Essendo un hotel pretendo determinati servizi e l' essere informata delle attrazioni presenti o della loro apertura mi sembra il minimo. All'ingresso è presente un deposito di ombrelloni, alché abbiamo lasciato lì il nostro il primo giorno. Ciò che non ci avevano detto è che una volta lasciato lì, sarebbe stato a disposizione di tutti i clienti. Il giorno dopo, quindi, non l'abbiamo trovato. Imbarazzante non averne ricevuto comunicazione. La colazione non merita il costo aggiuntivo.

El buffet del desayuno estaba bien, destacar que el zumo de naranja es natural pero quizás echamos de menos algo más de variedad.

El desayuno tipo buffet, variado y con un poco de todo y que iban reponiendo cada dos por trrs anters de que se fuera terminando la comida.La ubicación a 10min andando del centro de la ciudad. Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y sin ruido lejos del bullicio turístico de Lagos. Nuestra habitación era familiar con dos literas en la parte superior y dos camas individuales unidas en la parte de abajo. El primer dia al llegar tuvieron el detalle de regalarle a mi hija pequeña un peluche.

No tienen parking, aunque hay un peqieño parking público jisto enfrente del hotel y en las calles cercanas también se puede aparcar. De las tres noches que nos hospedamos, no hicieros las literas, si las camas de la parte de abajo y el baño tampoco lo limpiaron. La habitación estaba em la planta -1 y resultaba un poco agobiante no poder abrir una ventana pues la única puerta de ventilación daba a una terraza pegada a la de otras dos habitaciones y la tv tampoco tenia canales directos funcionaba a través de dos apps que me explicaron el recepción al preguntar.

Ubicación perfecta, punto estratégico fuera del bullicio del centro, fácil aparcar alrededores.

Deberían de cuidar un poco más la limpieza.

Esta muy céntrico, una habitación cómoda para pasar unos días en Lagos. Y admite mascotas, importante para la gente que viaja con ellas.

My son and I absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the very first day until the moment we checked out. The staff deserve the highest praise. Everyone—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Room service was excellent every single day. We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s complimentary pastries in our room during the first two days of our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. The hotel restaurant was outstanding. We had both lunch and dinner there almost every day because we never felt the need to look for another place to eat. The menu offers a wide selection of Portuguese and Italian dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional and truly exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff and the hotel management for making our stay so comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. If it were possible to give a rating higher than 10, I would happily give it 100! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We liked the location and the AC.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The building did not look like the photos online. It felt old, poorly maintained, and was not in the condition we expected. The room also did not have a minibar or mini fridge, which was inconvenient during our stay. The staff was not helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more frustrating. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the housekeeping service remained below standard during our stay. On one occasion, the housekeeper even left the used towels on the bathroom floor, so we had to remove them ourselves. The sink and toilet were never cleaned properly and were consistently dirty, which meant we had to clean them ourselves. The bathroom was also in poor condition. There was a significant amount of mold around the toilet, and the shower caused water to spread throughout the bathroom due to poor drainage and a lack of ventilation. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, walkable distance to downtown, ponta da piedade, at least 4 different and beautiful beaches and nice view from the balcony. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom is new / modern.

It would be a nice extra to have an external shower to rinse off the sand before entering the hotel when arriving from the beach, as it is not common to find it on the way out of the beaches in Lagos

Le bruit certains soir car l’hotel accueillent des groupes ( scolaires) et cela raisonne beaucoup dans le couloir . Les jeunes ne sont pas forcément cadrés et peuvent prendre l'hôtel pour un terrain conquis....

El desayuno era bueno, variado. La ubicación genial, a diez minutos de la playa y del centro. Estár cerca de las dos cosas a la vez es complicado.

La limpieza deja un poco que desear, pasaron a hacer la habitación muy tarde y el baño no lo higienizaron. Solo hicieron la cama y cambiaron toallas. Creo que en limpiar con un poco de lejía wc y lavabo no se tarda tanto. El cristal del baño tampoco lo limpiaron. La terraza no tenía mesa y estába muy sucia.

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado. Comparado con los precios desorbitados de otros hoteles, este tiene una calidad-precio muy buena. Las habitaciones super amplias, con aire acondicionado y terrazas. El baño dispone de toallas limpias, jabones, secador. La habitación también tenía televisión para poder conectar tu netflix, etc. El personal muy amable.

El suelo de la habitación era de madera y estaba un poco deteriorado.

Pretty close to the city center and the staff was very friendly.

We would've liked a mini fridge in the room to store some water or any other drinks. The balcony didn't have anything to hang wet clothes. There's no private parking. No shampoo or hair conditioner as shower facilities.

Grote kamer met terras, goede wifi, goed bed, goede airco, publieke parking aan overkant, bar hotel goedkoop. Leuk ontbijtbakkertje aan andere kant parking tegenover Spar.

Zeer druk rondpunt naast kamer,met vooral veel lawaai van brommers en sirenes. We hebben vastgezeten in lift. Aanvullen cola zero in bar hotel toch zeer moeilijk blijkbaar, ondanks veel personeel overdag., die soms met 4 achter desk zaten, was bijna dagelijks alleen warm te krijgen wegens niet in ijskast gezet, toch een klein taakje lijkt me.
