Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet, das Essen ebenfalls. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist trotz ihrer Größe sehr gepflegt. Es war wunderbar!

A beautiful, big room with a great see view. The design is modern, but also functional. Good lighting which I often find problematic in many hotels, but not here. Very good breakfast and dinner. Staff very nice and helped right away with all the requests that we had. Nice gym. The hotel will be my choice for the next stay on Kos.

You have to pay for the beach beds. It would be nice to get a bottle of water at least on arrival.

The food can be better

This is a beautiful place, very well maintained and great friendly staff and service. The pools are superb and the 50m olympic pool very special. The sunset and beach is fantastic. Food is very good and the family rooms are nice with 2 separate rooms. Mosquito windows! Great place for kids and kite surfers.

Some things could be better. No WiFi in the room. The beds are not the best and there are no real covers and only one type of uncomfy pillow. There is no real double bed, only single beds pushed together with a gap in between. At nights the neighbouring hotel is very loud with life music until 11pm. There is smoking allowed, also on all balconies, which can be annoying in particular at evenings if the smell enters the room instead of the fresh seabreeze. They should have a non-smoking section. There are also extra charges for beach towels, beach umbrellas, tennis courts etc.

Temiz ve bakımlıydı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve oldukça yqrdımcıydılar. Özellikle olimpik havuzun yanındaki bar da görev yapan Maria’ya çok teşekkür ediyorum. Gerçekten çok tatlıydı.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort and were very impressed with the high standards throughout the property. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms and bathrooms to the pools, outdoor areas. The gardens were particularly lovely and very well maintained. We also loved the choice of five pools and lots of sunbeds, so there was always plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with plenty of great choices for breakfast and dinner. Our room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return. A beautiful, clean, relaxing resort with fantastic facilities, great food, and genuinely friendly staff.

Posizione dell'hotel,gentilezza di tutto lo staff,cibo molto curato e vario nei piatti principali.Ottimo anche l'assortimento delle attività sportive.

Non è stato possibile rimanere nella stessa stanza per il late check out ma l'hotel era full. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente invidiabile,peccato per il mare che risulta spesso agitato e non rende giustizia alla limpidezza dell'acqua.

La struttura è molto capiente e vasta ma tenuta perfettamente in ogni suo angolo. Camere vista mare / tramonto fantastiche ampie e con bagno grande. Ristorante e colazione sempre super forniti e di ottima qualità. Sale ristorazione terrazze molto capienti non si aspetta mai tanto. Sicuramente un bel resort

La struttura è prevalentemente tedesca, quindi tutto è tradotto in inglese e in tedesco (solo). Il mare purtroppo non è il migliore dell’isola, mai pulitissimo come altre zone.

Sehr saubere, gepflegte schöne Anlage. Buffet früh und abends war reichlich und qualitativ auch sehr gut.

Jeden früh 8Uhr klopfte die Putzfrau, die uns dadurch wach gemacht hat. Frühstück könnte eine Stunde länger sein. Für den Preis gibt es nicht mal ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Strand ist auch extra.

We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Beach Resort and were more than satisfied with our experience. The resort facilities and amenities are top-notch, and the grounds and outdoors are beautifully maintained with lush gardens. The dining options were varied and delicious, and there was plenty of great entertainment to keep the kids happy throughout the day. A special highlight was the body massage therapist—absolutely fantastic experience! Highly recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Mosquitoes can be quite active in the evening/night, so make sure to pack some bug spray. Also, the beach area can get fairly windy at times, but that's typical for this side of the island.

Convenient location for exploring the island. Nice rooms. Great food. Friendly staff. Pretty sandy beach and several swimming pools. Cool for kids - mini disco, playgrounds etc.

Sunbeds and sun umbrelllas are charged extra, beach towels as well. A lot od mosquitos in the resort due to the irrigation of the greenery.

Wunderschöne Resortanlage, gute Infrastruktur, trotz vieler Gäste in der Hauptsaison nicht das Gefühl von Enge. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und schön und vor allem sehr gross. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, geräumig, aus schönen Materialien. Und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal.

Well organized, multiple pools, good food, really nice personnel.

The hotel is on the north side of the island, which means you get a constant wind that is making the time on the beach very uncomfortable. Also the sea was not clear at all, i couldn’t see my feet when swimming. We had to drive daily to the south part of the island to enjoy a beach with proper clear water and not so much wind.

Le tende non sono sufficientemente spesse per coprire la luce del sole, quindi in estate, quando il sole sorge alle 5:30/6:00, per chi come me è abituato a dormire solo se c'è il buio completo sarà un problema.

Il verde era abbastanza curato e le piscine pulite. La cena era sempre molto abbondante, molte cose di buona qualità altre nella media di un villaggio a tre stelle.

Durante la presentazione degli spettacoli si parlava solo in tedesco. Una cosa inammissibile. Le lenzuola in una settimana non sono state mai cambiate, bensì sono state piegate a modi cubo.

The hotel needs to improve the shading in outdoor areas. In the restaurants, parts of the seating are left in direct sunlight, making it very hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, the sun umbrellas do not provide proper protection, as the sunlight passes through them easily. Better quality shade solutions are definitely needed.

Hrana je bila izvrsna za svaki obrok. Puno sadržaja za djecu. Blizina aerodroma, dobra povezanost sa otokom, mogućnost rent-a-cara. Osjećali smo se sigurno.

Miris ormara u kojem sam držao odjeću nije bila na razini, ustajali miris. Malo veći izbor za doručak, svako jutro je bilo isto. Bazen sa masažnim sadržajem ili jacuzzi bio bio dobar dodatak.

The location was great, right on the beach front which was fantastic. We didn’t hire a car, some reviews said you needed one, but if you were happy in the resort it wasn’t necessary. One day we walked from the resort down the beach to a beach bar for lunch, which was delicious.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Jeden Morgen wurden wir freundlich begrüsst. Sie haben uns bei Fragen sehr geholfen, gute Tipps gegeben und waren sehr aufmerksam.

Die Liegen am Pool waren immer sehr früh schon besetzt oder teilweise schon reserviert.

Meine Kollegin und ich sind Repeaters, schon das 7 mal hier. Angefangen im Jahr 2014 mit Abständen bis jetzt im Jahr 2025. Immer noch alles wie gehabt👌

Da gibt es nichts negatives. Frühstück vielleicht eine halbe stunde länger d.h. Bis 10.30

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderbar gestaltet und gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal ist hoch motiviert, auch am Ende der Saison und sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Frühstücksservie ist sehr aufmerksam Das Essen ist morgens wie abends hervorragend. Besonders lobenswert ist auch der Tierschutz, denn die vorhandenen Katzen haben Futterstellen und werden teilweise auch von dem Personal versorgt.

Das Duschgel und Shampoo in kleinen Plastikflaschen zur Verfügung steht ist nicht nachhaltig. Gut wären im Bad Spender, die nachgefüllt werden können. Im hinteren Strandabschnitt fehlen Umkleidekabinen und Duschen. Die Kopfkissen sind unbequem.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Sandstrand. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit vielen Pflanzen und Palmen. Die Gebäude sind harmonisch um die Poolan lagen gruppiert. Die Familienzimmer sind super! Zwei Zimmer mit Bad und einem Flur. Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Sauberkeit war gut, 👍🏻 obgleich die Putzfrau zumindest in unserem Block sehr unzureichend gereinigt hat. Die Menschen verteilen sich gut auf die vielen Pools, lediglich im Restaurant zu den Mahlzeiten war es oft zu voll. Das Essen war sehr gut. Beachrestaurant und Bar waren super und die Preise dort wirklich gut! Es gibt Fitnessraum, ein tolles Massageteam und einen Kinderclub mit schönem Spielplatz!

Die Anlage ist so groß- da könnte es noch ein Restaurant mehr geben, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer, die ganze Anlege ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Jede Menge gute Bars. Das Personal an der Rezeption hilfsbereit. Schöner Strand.

Keiner der 5 Pools war beheizt, das ist ein echter Minuspunkt wenn man am Anfang oder Ende des Saisons buchen möchte. Die Restaurants waren zu Hauptzeiten voll sodass man Schwierigkeiten hatte einen Tisch zu finden.

Gepepflegte Anlage mit grosszügigen, zweckmässigen und sauberen Zimmern (superior Familienzimmer).

Wir waren im Oktober und damit kurz vor Ende der Saison da. Das Personal wirkte vielleicht etwas ermüdet, oftmals nicht mehr wirklich freundlich und an den Bedürfnissen der Gäste interessiert. Das eigentlich immer gleiche Buffet stellt eine immense Auswahl zur Verfügung, dessen Qualität aber leider nicht zu überzeugen vermag. Weniger wäre in dem Falll mehr. Wir haben das Essen auswärts vorgezogen. Dass man für Badetücher und Strandliegen am hoteleigenen Strand bezahlen muss (selbst wenn man diese nach einem Ausflug nur noch für eine Stunde nutzen wollte), fanden wir eher befremdlich.

Un complexe superbe, très bien entretenu avec une équipe disponible et sympathique. Les chambres sont très propres, le confort et le calme sont au RDV. Mention spéciale pour le buffet « Adults Only » fort appréciable, avec des mets délicieux, je me suis régalée tous les soirs ! Le petit déjeuner est également très fourni et les produits de bonne qualité. Vraiment un séjour inoubliable avec en prime une excellente situation pour visiter l’île grâce à la location de voiture, bien qu’un arrêt de bus soit en face de l’hôtel pour les plus courageux.

C’est anecdotique mais une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée dans la chambre aurait été une attention très appréciable :)

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, viele Zimmer haben einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und extrem gepflegt.

Die Anlage verfügt über 5 Pools und ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Allerdings haben wir einen Erlebnispool mit Wasserrutschen und Wasserspielen für die Kids vermisst.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in traumhafter Anlage. Das Essen war super lecker!

Durch Größe der Anlage verteilen sich Menschen und Kinder ganz gut:) Adult only Restaurant war schön ruhig, aber auch immer gut besucht in Peak Phasen Rezeption und Service sehr gut Check out bis 12 uhr sehr angenehm, pro Stunde mehr zahlt man 10 euro, wenn man noch länger im Zimmer bleiben möchte

Essen war super, aber nach einer Woche war auch gut.Salate und Dips immer gleich, keine Themenabende im Restaurant.Warme Speisen haben täglich variert. Pools waren nicht beheizt, durch Windseite hat es manchmal Überwindung gekostet rein zu gehen Strand sehr sauber und gepflegt, muss für Nutzung [2x Liege +Schirm] allerdings 8 euro pro tag on top zahlen Nähe zum Flughafen, ca 15 min.super und trotzdem kriegt man nix mit vom Fluglärm. Obwohl Schilder hängen, dass sie Nachhaltig sein wollen, wird das leider nicht gelebt. Handtücher werden täglich getauscht, obwohl ich sie nicht auf den Boden gelegt hatte Mülleimer auf Tischen werden täglich mehrmals mit Plasticktüten bestückt, obwohl nicht nötig in meinen Augen

Die Lage ist topp, vor allem für Kitesurfer. Auch wenn der Wind öfters an anderen Spots weht, kann man hier Kiten und Familienferien unter einen Hut bringen. Das Essen ist - für Buffetessen - sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war ganz neu mit gutem Ausblick. Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, war es nie überfüllt. Das Personal war bis auf 1-2 Ausnahmen sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Der Fitnessraum wird leider nicht ernsthaft betrieben. Die schwerste Hantel hat 16kg und fällt auseinander. Ein paar Kettlbells - von schwer bis leicht - würde auch für trainierte Athleten eine Trainingsmöglichkeit ergeben. Handtücher sollte es einfach jeden Tag geben und ohne die alberne weisse Pappkarte. Das Essen wiederholt sich im Wochentakt, was bei längeren Aufenthalten wenig Abwechslung bringt. In der Dämmerung sind viele Moskitos unterwegs, besser lange Sachen tragen.

Ho lasciato incustodita una t-shirt sotto l'ombrellone per 30 minuti. L'addetto alla chiusura degli ombrelloni l'ha presa e alla mia richiesta di renderla mi ha spiegato che l'aveva buttata nel bidone senza darmi altre spiegazioni nonostante la presenza di un punto di raccolta degli oggetti lasciati incustoditi. Ho chiesto alla reception spiegazioni ma nessuno ha saputo darmi una risposta e la t-shirt non mi è stata più resa.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so there is nothibg to do except walking around the resort if you don’t have a car. It is mostly German hotel, a lot of noisy German turists arriving with big buses and even the menues in the hotel are in German. The hotel doesn’t have a Greek vibe. You have to pay for towels and beach lunges. There is too much crowd in the restaurant, it is almost impossible to get the table. The beach is quite windy and there are a lot of waves in the sea, not that nice for swimming.

Also... die Anlage ist wirklich groß und dementsprechend viele Leute unterwegs, hauptsächlich deutschsprachige Touris. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Anlage war gepflegt, Strand relativ schmal, aber sauber. Liegen am hoteleigenen Strand mussten dort extra bezahlt werden. Frühstück und Abendbrot war wirklich reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Warum man bei dem Preis beim Abendbrot dann aber Getränke extra zahlen muss, erschließt sich mir nicht ganz. (Flasche Wasser 3,50) Abends war Animation für kleine und große Gäste, da das gar nicht unser Ding ist, kann ich über die Qualität nichts sagen. Ist auch generell ziemlich viel los mit Livemusik hier und lauter Musik bei den Bars, gegen 22.30 flacht das aber ab. Ausflüge und Mietwagen kann man alles im oder übers Hotel buchen - völlig komplikationslos. Busline nach Kos-Stadt ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Da hängt zwar ein Plan, der hat aber scheinbar keine Aussagekraft - Busse fahren aber regelmäßig, kosten 3,50 pro Person.

Getränke mit Extraaufschlag am Abend 10 Euro Zimmersteuer pro Nacht - die Info kam erst vor Ort - hat bei uns aber booking übernommen

Aardig personeel, behulpzaam. Ruim opgezet, dus het voelde nergens echt druk. Ontbijt was goed, voldoende keus.

Onze kamer was niet helemaal goed schoon. Ook deed eea wat verouderd aan. In tegenstelling tot het ontbijt was het dinerbuffet niet zo goed.

Yemekler güzel fakat ağırlıklı domuz eti kullanılıyor fazla seçenek yok ana yemek için , animasyon , eğlence yönünden zayıflar.

Blisko lotniska, bardzo czysto, kilka basenów, brak tłoku, korty tenisowe, boisko do koszykówki, piłki nożnej, siłownia zewnętrzna, wewnętrzna, kilka barów. Super ogród, gratulacje dla osoby która tworzy wszelkiego rodzaju bosai. Miły personel w każdym dziale. Na pewno bym tu jeszcze raz wrócił. P.s Blisko hotelu około 400 metrów jest park wodny. Do lotniska 15 minut samochodem.

W pokoju 4 osobowym jedno łóżko jest wąskie (wymieniłbym do na szersze) i odgrzybiłbym klimatyzację bo trochę śmierdziało, ale to małe minusy.
