Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Es una espacio agradable, con buen ambiente y decoración. Cuenta con servicos complementarios como tragos y cena bien preparados, entregan toallas de playa y de habitación. El borde de playa equipado con tumbbonas y sillas de playa complementa la experiencia de buena manera.
Recomendación: en la habitacion es recomendable dejar papel higenico adicional para la estancia, y asegurarse que funcionan todos sanitarios, el de la habiatcion no funcionaba y fue reparado durante nuestra permanencia. El desayuno tardo mas de lo esperado, efetivamente en la mañana llegan mas personas que van por el día y se vuelve mas lento el servicio, creo que se deberia privilegiar el servicio a huespedes. Es importante considerar que el transporte desde cartagena NO sale de la bodeguita como indica booking, sino desde boca grande , sector hospital. es importante modificar esto en la descripcion dado que nos hizo pagar un taxi adicional.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Perfect location on tierra bomba around the corner from all the day bars. Staff are very friendly with lots of sun beds around the pool and on the beach. Good Wi-Fi and lovely staff. Beers are cheap and food is good without being brilliant.
Showers are very poor water pressure.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Manager był super pomocny i jako jedyna osoba ograbiała prace za dwóch! Czyste pokoje i działająca klimatyzacja. Widok z restauracji na plażę też na plus!
Zacznę od kelnerek, które niczego nie ogarniały. Zero uśmiechu i kultury. Nasze wszystkie rachunki były pomylone i źle wystawione. Nie ma tam żadnego systemu pracy! Impreza urodzinowa osób z zewnątrz w hotelu to dramat! Głośna muzyka od rana, zajęty basen i restauracja! To nie jest miejsce na odpoczynek. Wyspa jest brudna i zaśmiecona!

Las fotos del hotel en Booking no corresponden con la realidad. Las instalaciones son deficientes. Falta mantenimiento y aseo. La piscina no funcionó en ningún momento. Espera bastante más por el precio pagado.

El trasporte al hotel no es claro, los hoteles de esa sona cubren el costo del traslado de los huéspedes pero al no decirlo en su publicidad se termina asumiendo costos extras, los hoteles ayudan mucho en este tema pero hay que contactar con ellos.

Que aunque queda en la primera línea de la playa, por en frente pasan muchas motos y pitan, al parecer por qué ése espacio hace parte de una "calle" o via de acceso de los isleños. Adicional que durante mi estadía se realizaron trabajos de pintura en las instalaciones lo que generaba un obstáculo en los pasos a las habitaciones y además al final limpiaron los implementos de pintura (brochas y rodillos) en el mar.

El ruido constante de los parlantes del hotel desde las 8am hasta altas horas de la madrugada hace que no haya lugar para el descanso o disfrutar del sonido del mar. Algunos empleados del restaurante son poco amables. La comida no tiene una buena sazon. La playa del establecimiento donde están las sillas reclinadas no la limpian bien, dejan servilletas, palos de paletas, tapas de cerveza, al igual que el frente del hotel con muchas botellas y pedazos de bolsas plásticas. Hay muchos vendedores de servicios aciaticos como jetsky lo que hace que el mar no esté tranquilo sino con oleaje provocado por estas personas y sus máquinas. El hotel queda en una esquina donde es cruce de motos que pitan constantemente desde el amanecer hasta la noche. No es un lugar de descanso

La cantidad me motos que pasan frente a las sillas del hotel que están en la playa y además pasan a toda velocidad y muy ruidosas, no tienen en cuenta que hay familias que van con niños y que en cualquier momento se puede presentar un accidente por la irresponsabilidad de las motos Con respecto al transporte me parece feo tener que ir a un buen hotel en transporte publico ( lancha pública) y tener que esperar 1 hora y media en un trayecto que normalmente demora 15 min , fue muy incómodo para nosotros

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025The outside area was nice, and the staff friendly. The food was okay. It wasn't super hot in the room, even without AC.
At check in the staff told us that there was a power failure in our room so the AC didn't work. Hopefully at night it would work again.. At night they turned it on so it did work. The fridge didn't work - but the staff told us that we could keep our drinks in the fridge in the restaurant, which worked out okay. The shower was practically unusable, as almost no water came out. The pool was very dirty, so we didn't use it. The beach was decent, but very rocky in the water. We went a bit up the beach to find better places to swim - and to Playa Linda across the island (on moto). We were the only guests this one night I think, so maybe they were running on low power usage or something. We ended up going to another place the next day, in walking distance from this place (Vista Mare), which was much better.

The constant passing of motorbikes which I believe are the Island taxis. There was a constant petrol smell The beach surrounding the hotel has lots of rubbish, glass, plastic bottles etc. maybe thanks to the villagers, they should take care of the lovely island Tierra bomba is and provide bins around the Island for people to drop their rubbish in

The kitchen was dirty with a lot of flies everywhere and on the food. The staff was friendly but service was really slow. The towels had a lot of hair in and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was a wedding with loud music all night long which made sleeping impossible.

Staff always ready to help out and lend their services. Delicious, inexpensive food and drink (on site). Comfortable chairs for lounging and easy private beach access.
Rooms a bit outdated and simplistic but not a big deal since you end up spending lots of time outside. They were updating the pool when we were there so it should look a bit better after.

There were too many dishes on their menu they couldn't make. The steaks are so bad and like eating a shoe sole. They want to sell the meat as Babybeef but could only deliver old shoe soles. On the day of departure, we couldn't get lunch at 2 o'clock because the staff was holding lunch🙄 But you can get it in 2 hours... but a little chat with the reception and we manage to get lunch 👍

The location was to close to the daytime visitors, rooms were basic and the flies were terrible We had to eat dinner later so there were less of them. In summation it was not a good experience
