Perfect location, comfort, best panoramic view , got free upgrade- wow

Booked for our Kids from Pretoria, and what a great time they had. They loved their room and especially the views over the Mountains. The little "balcony" just awesome for having coffee early morning and perhaps for a sun downer. Certainly highly recommended and will be back!

The landlord was caught up off guard. They didn't know I was coming. But they tried their best to accommodate

We didn't order breakfast. "The Room with a view" was everything that I thought it would be! The view was exceptional. The bed was comfortable, and it had great quality bedding on it - this is important to me, so I was very happy. The rest of the room had furniture well set out, to be able to adore the beautiful view. Everything was very clean. It is well situated and there are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. We enjoyed our stay!

There is nothing that could be better. The staircase may be an issue for an elderly person / couple. But my husband did manage fine going up & down with our suitcases.

I stayed here for two nights after getting off a cruise ship in Cape Town. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Carla and Natasha are very friendly and the swimming pool was much appreciated. There is safe car parking, and a Spar Supermarket just across the road is ideal for groceries. I would happily stay here again if I needed accommodation in the area.

We had the best time. Studio 2 was perfect for all that was needed. We had amazing rest (good beds en quality linen) and clean!! The host went out of her way to accommodate us.

Spacious room with swimming pool. Appreciated rusks/coffee/fresh milk and sweaty every day.

Lovely large room with aircon. Shower instantly hot water! Really enjoyed our stay. New rusks every morning!

The location and facilities were exactly what I wanted. The room was absolutely spotless and the onsite hosts were friendly and helpful. And the doggies were lovely! The view is spectacular: I loved sitting and just staring out at the mountains and sea. Travelling alone, I felt safe during the day and at night. Having a supermarket right across the road was very convenient. Although we didn't get to meet in person, Carla was a delight on messages and emails.

The accommodation is very comfortable in a self catering room with fridge, kettle and microwave. On my request they provided a continental style breakfast which was placed in the fridge the night before. They do not do dinner and there is a kwik Spar over the road and a mall with take aways close by.

The room (boat room) was a bit cold.

Spent one night as a layover before going to the airport. Everything you need is there, many restaurants are within a short drive. Easy to find .

The delightful owner, Carla, was so warm and welcoming that I instantly felt at home. I enjoyed swimming in the good-sized pool and getting a bit of a tan! I highly recommend this delightful guesthouse to everyone.

Great location, super close to the stores. The hostess was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. It felt like home away from home. The rooms are clean and well managed. A nice pool to cool off in with beautiful views!

We received a very friendly and warm welcome from Carla upon arrival. We really enjoyed the evening and the stunning view and relaxing atmosphere around the pool area. The rooms are beautiful, and we all had a comfortable and good night's rest.

We would highly recommend this beautiful guest house with the spectacular view. Carla was extremely accommodating, checking us in on short notice at a late hour. This little gem feels like a home away from home. It might have been the first time we stayed there, but it certainly won’t be the last !

After having stayed in many guesthouses, one realises thereis no such thing as a perfect stay. Abelia came pretty close and the only reason why it was not perfect, was not their fault - it was of course Eskom loadshedding. But even then Carla had a solution and I could read my book throughout the loadshedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Carla!

I would highly recommend @Abelia Guest House. Absolutely awesome stay. Very clean and priced very well. Carla the Guesthouse owner very pleasant and always goes out her way to make your stay away from home very comfortable. Whenever I travel to Cape Town I will always stay at @Abelia.

@Abelia was everything we hoped for. We felt very welcome soma on arrival already. Relaxing atmosphere and of course breathtaking view especially at night. We felt safe especially with parking being infront of our suite.

My stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable. Very conveniently situated close to shops and malls. Rooms are clean spacious and more than comfortable. A very enjoyable stay overall with a very friendly host.

Accommodation ticked all the boxes for a very pleasant stay . Decor very tasteful . near to beaches , and shopping facilities , across the road and mall's . Our sons stayed in the boat room and was also very satisfied .

Our 4th one-night stay, always a pleasure to stay here. Close to restaurants, beautiful views, centrally located, and a warm smile to greet you. Thank you so very much. We will definitely be back....sooner rather than later.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay @Abelia Guest House. The Room with a View was absolutely amazing. Carla is an amazing and most gracious host. She makes you feel at home, you don't ever want to leave. I would definitely go back! P.S. If you need a professional photo shoot, Carla also happens to be a talented photographer.

I recently stayed at at Abelia Guest House, my stay was extremely relaxing and pleasant. This is the perfect place for short stays while working. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I would recommend staying here.
