Easy check in, good location for walking around Kanazawa

Bed mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were very uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well. Automatic lights came on during the night when we went to the loo, waking both of us. They don't help with luggage transfer onto the next hotel, so we used the familymart across the road, although they weren't particularly familiar with the process. They did receive our luggage by transfer, though. Plastic mugs and no spoon, so difficult to make tea!

The best hotel for a family of 5! Very central, could walk all the tourist spots. Have no parking but cheap overnight and near one's behind the hotel. This hotel is clean and very comfortable.

Poor breakfast, you need to pick it up and bring to your room. Consist of a simple soup and a sandwich.

How much space you got for the price. Loved the bathroom

There was no where to sit to eat meals in the living room besides the couch.

客室は清潔で快適でした。チェックアウトして10分後くらいに忘れ物に気づき客室に戻った際に、フロアに清掃のスタッフさんがいらっしゃったので「忘れ物を取ってもいいですか？」と聞くと「その部屋はまだ清掃入らないのでゆっくり探してください」と快く了承してくださってとてもありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。

歯ブラシもルームウェアも無かったのが残念でした。歯ブラシは有料でフロントに置いてありました。

Era una habitación muy amplia, éramos 5 adultos y cogimos dos habitaciones comunicadas por una puerta y esa distribución nos fué genial. El baño moderno y muy cómodo.

La ubicación no me encantó pero creo que fué más porque tenía unas expectativas un poco más de ciudad de Kanazawa y me encontré con menos servicios de los que esperaba. Tampoco se me ocurre qué otra zona habría sido mejor para alojarse así que ya estuvo bien.

Hotel assez bien situé; la gare est à moins de 20minutes à pieds et bien desserive par les bus locaux. Proche du parc du château, commodités à proximité et parkings aussi.

Le côté "faites tout vous même" par internet pour le check in et pour les relations avec le personnel rendent l'expérience peu "humaine". Heureusement du personnel apparaît de temps en temps pour aider en cas de besoin. Petit déjeuner décevant, pas de choix... c'était bon mais frugal.

La colazione è molto buona ma non prevede possibilità di scelta. Sarebbe opportuno arricchirla con alternative di prodotti dolci.

Easy access, we actually found parking behind the hotel (but not the official). Staff when they were there were very positive and pleasant. We liked the adjoining rooms. Nice location, no sense of crowding at all; we didn’t do breakfast so we didn’t see or hear anyone else.

Bed setting. I booked 3 persons, but one is sofa bed.

We had an appartment for 4 persons, it was very nice furnitured in japanese style, with 2 separate bedrooms and comfortable beds, sofas and kitchen area.

The only negative thing was that the appartment and bathroom had poor lighting.

we hadden de luxury suite in Japanse stijl met futon bedden en rijstpapieren deuren. Verder een mooi ingerichte woonkamer met keuken blok. Super mooie badkamer. Echt een mooi ervaring. Hoewel de checkin volledig vooraf digitaal moest worden gedaan, was de dame achter de balie bij aankomst heel behulpzaam met tips over het bezoek aan de stad.

Digitale Checkin vooraf met scannen van paspoort vond ik minder prettig ivm privacy en digitale gevaren. Het ontbijt was qua tijd heel vroeg en er was geen variëteit.

Cogí una habitación con desayuno incluido, días antes notifique las alergias y me dijeron que lo tendrían en cuenta y resulta que los días que estuvimos no pudimos desayunar porque hicieron caso omiso a las alergias. Solicito un abono del desayuno 8€ por día y persona y me dicen que no.

Frigo piuttosto piccolo

Großes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bad mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche, 2 Toiletten (Executive Suite). Alles war sehr sauber, die Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche und Geschirr. Einfaches Check-In und Check-Out per QR. Das Hotel ist sehr auf Umweltfreundlichekeit bedacht. Perfekte Lage nur 7 min vom Bahnhof mit Bus und 5-10 Minuten zum Oyama Schrein, Samurai Viertel und Kenrouken Garten.

Die Klimaanlage war kompliziert, 23 Grad waren eher 18, kann man aber selber sehr gut korrigieren. Wenig Amenities, nur gegen Aufpreis. Frühstück zweckmäßig aber kein Buffet und dort dann doch leider mit viel Müll (viel Einweggeschirr).

Room was very tight and we paid more for a room with windows that didn’t open and were covered with shutter type covering so no natural light. Breakfast was poor.

Hotel molto carino, pulitissimo e in posizione davvero strategica. La reception è accogliente e il personale molto gentile. Anche la colazione è ottima, con panino caldo prosciutto e formaggio, caffè self-service e una buona crema di patate. Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il mercato del pesce è a circa 5 minuti a piedi, così come la zona dei ristoranti e dei negozi, e anche il castello è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose per gli standard giapponesi. Unica pecca il letto matrimoniale in stile giapponese: la struttura in legno sporge parecchio e può essere facile inciamparci, soprattutto di notte.

אחת הבחורות מהצוות איכזבה. כשהגענו לא היה איפה להעמיד את האוטו בשביל לפרוק את הציוד, ולכן נאלצתי להיכנס למלון ולהעביר את הדברים לחדר בעצמי- שתי מזוודות גדולות אחת קטנה ועגלה עם תינוקת בת שנה וחצי. הבחורה בקבלה ראתה שעשיתי מליון כניסות ויציאות בשביל להכניס הכל עם התינוקת בעגלה ולא הציעה לעזור אפילו לא בלהחזיק את המעלית או את דלת הכניסה. האגלית לא הייתה ברמה גבוהה אבל כן עזרו לנו בשמחה עם שליחת המזוודות ב 7/11.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con le lavatrici/ asciugatrici. C’è ne sono solo 4 a disposizione che sono veramente poche per la grandezza dell’hotel.

La décoration est soignée et l’emplacement est idéal.

Pour un séjour de 5 nuits, un nettoyage aurait été apprécié au milieu du séjour ou à minima la mise à disposition d’un aspirateur. Il manque un étendoir pour la vaisselle.

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer und trotzdem wir zur Hauptstraße raus gewohnt haben war es unheimlich ruhig. Der Druck des Wasserstrahls in der Dusche ist fantastisch.

Die Betten waren für europäische Körper dann doch ein wenig hart. Aber, mit jeder Nacht wurde es besser.

Het appartement is heel mooi en schoon. De faciliteiten zijn goed en het is er heel comfortabel. De locatie is ook super, want de samurai districten en de OmichuMarket zijn om de hoek. Er was ook een gratis luggage storage. Dat was super.

Er is lang niet altijd iemand achter de balie, maar wel via de tablet te bereiken. Het was wel even lastig met inchecken via de tablet, maar dit kwam omdat wij eerder waren dan check-in. We konden eerder naar binnen in de kamer. Dat was natuurlijk wel heel prettig.

Lokacija hotela je bila odločna, blizu železniške in avtobusne postaje, dobro izhodišče za raziskovanje okolice. Sobe so bile udobne in velike po japonskih standardih. Hotel je imel private bath, ki smo ga uporabili, kar je bil dodaten plus. Zajtrk je bil povprečen.

Postopek prijave je bil pod pričakovanji. Vse je bilo potrebno urediti na samopostrežnem terminalu, kljub temu, da ni bilo gneče, bila je pozna ura in osebje hotela je bilo poleg in nas le opazovalo. Na koncu je le ena prijazna gospa iz osebja malo pomagala pri celotni proceduri. To bi lahko izboljšali.

Excellent location, room was comfortable and the on-site laundry facilities were perfect.

Nice location, value for money. Not room cleaning, have to pay extra for a daily room cleaning but not included bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is with 1 small baguette and 1 cup of creamy soup. Check in time is 15pm. Check out time is 10 am.

The room was in great need of repair / refresh. Thorn walls were fixed with tape and there was mold in the bathroom in addition to a peeling ceiling.

Great room size. The staff was very kind and helpful.

La localisation de l'hôtel : il se trouve à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare de Kanazawa et de plusieurs lieux d'intérêt. Nous avions choisi une chambre avec des futons qui étaient confortables ! La décoration de la chambre et de l'hôtel de manière générale était très charmante. La chambre était très spacieuse, parfaite pour les grandes valises. Le personnel était agréable !

A l'arrivée dans la chambre, la petite table basse centrale était grasse, pleine de poussière et de traces de mains. Le nettoyage aurait pu être mieux fait à ce niveau là !

Excellent value for a centrally located and comfortable hotel. Bonus to have a kitchen too. Tasty breakfast and did accommodate a vegetarian when asked.

Les habitacions són espaioses, còmodes i boniques. La recepció i el lloc on s’esmorza molt agradables. L’esmorzar prou bo.

Les finestres no es poden obrir, cosa que em produeix claustrofòbia i manca d’aore fresc. Hi ha ventilació artificial contínua bastant sorollosa que no es pot parar. Els coixins no son còmodes, són petits, baixos i durs, i no hi ha coixins extra.

Todo genial, la habitación moderna y espaciosa.

Por ponerle un pero el modelo de hotel no incluye limpieza diaria de la habitación y el desayuno no es buffet y suficiente en cuanto a calidad.

部屋の中で、荷物を降ろしたり作業するのに、床に置くのでなく台のようなものがあれば便利だと思った。

・お風呂場の方のトイレの蓋が自動開閉で、少し前に行っただけで開くのでビビる ・ローテーブル過ぎてご飯食べにくかった ・兼六園見えたら最高だった笑(建物の構造的に無理ですが)

Lovely traditional room, well decorated, fully equipped. Very comfy beds. Good location, close to the contemporary museum, the garden and samurai district. Fastest check-in and checkout ever.

No tea bags but that's a really minor note.

The property was very modern! The staff was also kind and helped us with luggage delivery.

The self check in and check out were quite complicated, especially after a long day of travel. The shower was not the cleanest when we arrived, having found a few different colored hairs in the tub and around the handles.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

We were not aware of type of breakfast offered beforehand and thought it would include rice and miso soup. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and so was unable to eat what was on offer.

We booked adjoining rooms and had a great stay. Staff were kind and friendly, breakfast was good for simple single option daily. Clean, and loved the free laundry facilities.

The futons were quite hard.
