Das Personal war super freundlich, vor allem das "Zimmer-Mädchen" und das Servicepersonal. Das Hotel war ruhig gelegen und überschaubar, nicht zu gross. Essen war in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung (pro Person knapp 150/Nacht).

Wir haben einen Balkon gebucht und einen französischen "Balkon" erhalten. Also ein Fenster, welches bis zum Boden geht und dann dahinter gleich das Geländer kommt. Man konnte keinen halben Fuss auf den "Balkon" setzen, was für mich den Namen nicht verdient. Reklamation hat leider nichts gebracht.... Das viele Einweg-Geschirr, vor allem bei den Bechern, könnte man anders lösen. Wir hatten All-Inclusive. Was wir nicht wussten war, dass es nur bis 23.00 Uhr Getränke inklusive gab. Als wir um 23.02 nochmals eine Runde holen wollten, wurde es uns erklärt, gab aber keinen "letzten" Drink an diesem Tag, zumindest nicht inklusive....

Struttura moderna, pulita, accogliente. Ampie zone comuni dove passare il tempo libero, cibo buono e abbondante. Dispenser di bibite fresche sempre a disposizione. Personale educato e disponibile. Camere pulite e accoglienti. Spiaggia libera a due passi, con i lettini a disposizione. Consiglio scarpine per il mare per superare le pietroline iniziali. Il mare forse non il più bello della Sicilia, ma pulito quando non era mosso, e acque tiepide.

Purtroppo nelle aree comuni l’aria condizionata è scarsissima o forse è un problema dovuto al fatto che lasciano le porte sempre aperte. Ad agosto si stava male. Inoltre l’acqua della piscina era caldissima (mai trovata un acqua così calda), non dava sollievo al caldo.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 5 nights in early August 2026 for a relaxing break after travelling around mainland Italy for just over a week. What a relaxing time we have had! Firstly we have an airport transfer booked to take us to the hotel the hotel. This worked really well. We were warmly greeted upon arrival at the hotel and we're able to check in early for a small fee of €60. We found our room, a suite, easily. It consisted of a lounge area with 2 made up sofa beds for the children, a hallway with bathroom off of it and then a bedroom with walk in closet. Both rooms had a balcony. The ac was great. Loads of storage space to unpack. Comfy beds. Coffee machine. Kettle. Teas and coffees. The only thing I could fault with the rooms were that there wasn't enough drying space for clothing/swimwear. We made do with clothes hangers off of tables and chairs on the balconies. We then went and found the pool. There is only the one with a separate shallow section in the corner. Main part 120cm deep and child bit 60cm deep. We never had any problems finding sun loungers by the pool. Thee is a pool bar that opens at 10am. Great selection of all inclusive drinks. There is also a self service drinks machine in the bar area that does chilled water, lemonade, coke zero, coke and lemonade. A small walk down past the pool through the gardens takes you to the beach. Again, never had to fight for sun loungers. There is a bar just before the beach, but it's not open every day. There is however the same self service drinks machine there too. On the way to the beach is the kids club hut. My boys (8 & 10) went every day, at least twice! They loved it!! No need to book a slot. Just turn up during open times. It was a very relaxed environment with lovely staff. Lena, Leila and Dalila. Thank you for entertaining the children! They really enjoyed the crafts, puzzles playing on the swing, playing with jenga, guess who and most importantly Uno!! The entertainment staff over all were great. Live music/singer most evenings. Kids entertainment at the amphitheatre several evenings. Kids film nights. Quiz nights. During the day there were sports tournaments (I discovered molkky), aqua gym and various fitness classes during the day too. The food in the all inclusive restaurant was top class! Lots of variety across all 3 meals. Even for the fussiest of children. Dinner doesn't open until 7.30 which we thought was going to be a struggle with the children, but it really wasn't. By the time you've finished at the pool, gone back to your room, showered and dressed it's time to go to dinner. There is always a table of pastries and bread type things out near the bar between meals if you do get hungry though. The evening entertainment doesn't start until 2115 which again is really late, especially for the kids. As dinner is so late it is manageable. Thank you everyone at Himera for a lovely break. I would definitely come back.

Location is remote but a lovely setting, Needs more music playing in the daytime .Rooms are of a decent standard but small.But no tea/coffee in the room, We were all inclusive but very limited choice of drinks,eg : no cocktails available. Only food available from 12.30 lunch to 7.30 dinner was a small amount of pastries. Animator team were attentive and friendly but inside from where activities took place had no aircon. Entertainment very poor with mainly same singer nightly. Not a great atmosphere. Room cleanliness very high standard. All in all we had an enjoyable holiday but probably wouldn’t return.

 The rooms are clean, and well maintained, and the hotel is surrounded by nice green gardens that create a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are generally friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. If you enjoy organized activities, the hotel's entertainment team deserves special recognition. They are enthusiastic, dedicated, and arrange a wide variety of activities throughout the day. Negatives
 The carpets in the corridors were stained and clearly in need of a deep clean, which gave a poor first impression. The beach itself is rather unremarkable and lacks the appeal you might expect from a resort destination. The biggest disappointment was the food. It was consistently uninspiring and lacked both quality and flavor. For a hotel that promotes itself as a 4-star all-inclusive resort, the dining experience fell well below expectations and felt more like cafeteria food than restaurant-quality meals. It appeared that cost savings had taken priority over quality. The buffet included dry mozzarella, dry bread, and a large number of frozen products, including the fish and many of the vegetables. The beverage selection was equally disappointing. Instead of branded soft drinks such as Coca-Cola or Pepsi, only a lower-quality dispenser alternative was included in the all-inclusive package. The soft drinks all tasted as though they were sugar-free, and guests had to pay extra for an original cola. The wine was also served from a dispenser, reinforcing the impression that inexpensive products were used throughout the all-inclusive offering. The restaurant itself was very noisy and lacked a warm or inviting atmosphere. Staff frequently pushed carts loaded with dirty plates and tableware through the dining area, adding even more noise and making meals feel rushed rather than relaxing. Finally, there were no coffee- or tea-making facilities or complimentary bottled water in the rooms, which is a basic amenity I would normally expect from a hotel advertised as 4-star. Overall assessment
 In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standard one should reasonably expect from a 4-star all-inclusive resort. While the pleasant surroundings, friendly staff, and excellent activity team are definite strengths, they cannot make up for the disappointing quality of the food and drinks. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the hotel's rating.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was so accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our housekeepers Maria and Rosie did an excellent job. We can’t wait to come back!

A well run and clean hotel with lots of attentive staff. Our room was kept very clean daily by Maria. The food is varied, full of flavour, healthy and nicely presented. The staff who serve the inclusive drinks and coffee all day keep smiling and are polite. The grounds are well maintained, the pool area kept clean. We have found it easy to relax, but have also been in interesting day trips which the hotel staff were helpful with booking.

We have stayed in this resort for 12 nights in July 26. From the arrival, the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, foing their best to help clients in every possible situation. Food is very good for all inclusive resort - some dishes are repeated, some new, but everytime the selection is wide - pasta, fish, meat, salads, typical local foods.. Breakfast selection is similar everyday, but is is big as well. Rooms are decent size, furnished very nicely, and, more importantly, clean (including bathrooms). The pool area is usually crowded with families, so it was preferable for us to stay on the beach. Beach is sandy wirh rocks, surely use swimming shoes for entry. There is enough sunbeds and umbrellas, restaurant/bars do not get crowded even during rush hours, amazingly managed by all waitresses and waiters. We had really enjoyable stay and are looking forward to return in the future!

Excellent service. All staff were great and very friendly. We were made to feel very welcome, and the room was perfect. As for the entertainment team, they’re simply amazing. We loved Giacomo (Jack) —he’s a true showman. Always smiling and funny. He’s a great entertainer. Debora brings such positive energy, whether to aquagym and other activities or to the evening shows. She’s a great dancer. Bacci and Elia are also very friendly, and the fact that they speak several languages really helps the other guests feel included (English, Spanish, Portuguese/Brazilian). As for the beach, I’m sorry they can’t clean up the rocks, because it has so much potential. The lifeguards were also 5-star (Danilo, Patrick, Mirko).

Very nice location. Beautiful swimming pool. Excellent food! Rooms very clean. The animation team Fram was very professional, thank you to Dalila, Lena, Leila for kids club. The activities for children were very nice. My child was really happy!

We had a wonderful family 9 days with the whole family at the hotel. Although the hotel itself is quite isolated the service and staff made up for it. Although the buffet choice was somewhat limited we always managed to find something to eat. Most of my family are vegetarian so did at times struggle but the restaurant staff were very helpful and were always happy to prepare vegetarian pasta's to order which was much appreciated. Special mention has to go to Guilia the front of house mananger who was always visible around the hotel and always found time to stop and chat to the guests. The entertainment went above and beyond to make out stay an enjoyable one. Baci and Elia were amazing and were super friendly warm, and engaging. They were always ready to offer advice for getting out and about and just to chat. They really made it memorable. What really made our stay truly memorable was celebrating my birthday at the hotel. Vinnie, Elia and Deborah presented me a cake during dinner and encouraged a packed restaurant to sing happy birthday to me. The staff in the excursions office and reception were also very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a fantastic break and we would recommend this place to anyone.

The Hotel was really nice and clean. The garden was looking beautiful too. Location was more suitable for people who wanted to stay at the hotel and relax rather then explored the area as the weren’t any local restaurants or shops near by. Atmosphere at the hotel was nice too. Value was okay for the time of the year. Rooms are very spacious and very clean with everyday service. Noise level was okay,, too quiet during the day with no music at the pool. Food wasn’t so great in my opinion as most of the dishes were either too salty, too little or not enough to served all the guests. Entertainments were not translated to English so it was pointless to attended especially for guests who didn’t speaking Italian. We bough All inclusive service to enjoy the stay, but you need to be aware that this package is only valid from 7am to 11pm. so if you want a cup of tea after the 11pm you will need to pay for it! Also, there was only one water bottle in the room available for us for a whole stay, additional water bottle where not free of charge. Also in a beach bar you won’t be able to get a beer but if you want one, you need to pay extra for it as well!

Nice hotel food quality ok for price range, never a problem to get a sun lounger at pool or beach. Beach very stoney so need beach shoes to enter the sea. Rooms a little small but modern and cleaned every day by Maria to a very high standard. Air conditioning very effective. No kettle provided in room. Hotel remote with nowhere to walk to at night.

Without exception, every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure all guests felt welcomed. Special shout out to Elia, Giacomo and Bacci , who work their socks off and are brilliant at what they do. Also to Gessica, for being such an attentive waitress. Superb varied Italian food at its best, kept immaculately clean everywhere , room seemed newly decorated, staff were fabulous. Never a problem getting a beach bed and umbrella, whatever time of day you went down to the beach. Free use of kayaks and SUPs. Wonderful holiday! Nothing but positive superlatives.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the hotel is quite remote. One week was probably enough for us, as we like to get out and about. However, it's s easy to get the train to Palermo and Cefulu (taxi to the station was 10 Euros). The trains are very clean and reliable. The food is good and varied, and of a very good quality. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The maids do an excellent job and always greet you whenever you see them in the corridors. The bar staff are friendly and hardworking. We had good service with a smile from Fabio and Giuseppe.. We also found the staff in reception were very helpful.

La definirei più un hotel che resort troppo piccolo e troppa gente

Tiszta és modern szobák, gyönyörű, ápolt park, kiválóan, luxus körülmények között lehetett strandolni, udvarias, készséges volt a személyzet.

Perifériás lokációja miatt muszáj, hogy legyen bérelt kocsid, ha látni akarod a környéket. Az étteremben hiányoltam a híres olasz leveseket.

The hotel is great. The food is very delicious and wide variety. The stuff is very nice, especially Maria is so nice and she cleaned our room excellently.

A very clean hotel, lovely rooms and grounds. Food was nice but minimal - if you were a picky eater you would struggle as there weren’t many options on food but it was all freshly cooked. We went all inclusive so you would expect all drinks and food to be covered…it was not. Only wine, beer and a few selected cheap spirits were included - you had to pay extra for real coke all they gave you was roller cola! An Aperol spritz was 9 euros and Hugo spritz was 12 euros which is ridiculous considering you’ve paid extra to be all inclusive and you can’t even have a spritz. This should definitely be put on the advert for the hotel so people know what they’re actually paying for. At the bar near the beach they only had paper cups and no beer at all so ‘sunset drinks’ didn’t hit the same. In our room there also wasn’t a kettle or any way of us getting a kettle in there which was a shame. Overall it was a good experience we had a nice week but the lack of drinks were a shame as you’re in the middle of nowhere so can’t go elsewhere.

Excellent service. All staff were great and very friendly. Hotel is isolated but the staff gave great advice and answer any questions I had. Julia is one of the managers at the hotel. She made sure everyone has what they need, very nice girl, and did not seem to mind my non stop talking. There was a lot to like - very private beach spot, good breakfast and all inclusive bar, spacious rooms, and very friendly waiter/receptionist staff. Communal areas like the lobby were also really nicely done, useful shop onsite for suncream (which we ran out of) etc. Also a great value shuttle service to Cefalu, which I'm really glad we took! Food was good - the hot breakfast items were OK, but pastries, hams, and cheeses were very good. Pastas at both lunch and dinner were also great, as well as other hot and cold options. Plenty of fresh salad and fruit and fish. Also - there are kayak (double and single) and paddleboards for guests to use free of charge which was really fun, no time limits, no rip off, and was kind of just subtly there for those who fancied it, which we really enjoyed.

Some of this is my lack of awareness - I was quite surprised at the price of transfers from Palermo to the hotel, and the whatsapp messaging from the hotel directed me to a phone number, rather than being able to help more conveniently. A suggested provider or regular shuttles would be hugely appreciated. Equally surprising was the cost of taxis or ubers from the resort to the nearby areas like Cefalu. Be prepared to pay 80 Euro for a 20 minute taxi (each way!), or be prepared to stay in the hotel. The shuttle currently operates a morning and afternoon service, however an evening offer to be able to go out for dinner may be good. The hotel dinner was nice, but I hadn't realised we wouldn't be able to pop out if we fancied it to try something local. As an all inclusive, this is quite minor, but the bar was available all day (great) but didn't do any ice creams or ice lollies, which would have been appreciated in the hot weather. I'm more of a beach person - having a private beach was lovely, however a digger did roll past a couple of times as it does sort of look like the beach area isn't quite finished yet, there's a slight construction feel to it, where the lawn and pool areas are very polished. This did no put us off spending time there, just a point to consider.

The place wasn’t overcrowded; there was plenty of space for different activities. The programme was varied and interesting. The food was very good, and the choice was wide.Friendly staff.

1. The consumption of single‑use paper cups was enormous, which is understandable in an all‑inclusive setting. I also appreciate the focus on environmental care, and I assume that the large number of discarded paper cups is properly sorted and recycled. However, I would suggest providing sturdier, reusable cups that can be washed in a dishwasher on a quick cycle and used again. I believe this would be more environmentally friendly and more functional. 2.Also, having self‑service access to juices would be helpful, as it was sometimes inconvenient to stand in line frequently and place an order, especially since juices and water were probably the most commonly requested drink 3. It could be nice, if a bottle of water could be provided daily in the evening, as in this hot condition, people are thirsty before bed time or at night time.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten mit all inclusive. Das Personal war sehr freundlich (bis auf ein paar genervte Barkeeper). Insbesondere das Animationsteam war sehr nett. Die Anlage hat schon ein paar Abnutzungserscheinungen. Der Außenbereich ist hübsch, Pool groß genug (etwas zu warm). Das Zimmer war okay - etwas klein aber wie gesagt okay. Aber es war sauber! Die Möglichkeit Tennis zu spielen hat uns viel Freude bereitet.

Der Strand ist nicht besonders schön - deswegen dort nie aufgehalten. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas defekt. Die Getränkeauswahl bei all inclusive sehr mau und keine originalen Marken - kein Coca Cola/Fanta etc., kein orginal Aperol etc. Das Essen im Restaurant … Frühstück klassisch italienische Verhältnisse, Mittag/Abend zwar doch wechselnd aber das Buffet eher mittelmäßig. Hat uns nicht wirklich geschmeckt.

Il Resort corrispondeva alle immagini ed era molto bello. Inoltre, il cibo era buono e c’erano abbastanza possibilità di scelta. Ciò che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora migliore è stato il team di animazione, soprattutto Jack ed Elia, che erano molto aperti e simpatici.

Lo staff è stato super cordiale, eravamo in luna di miele in più era il mio compleanno e mi hanno fatto una sorpresa insieme a mio marito. In particolare mi complimento per il Signor Francesco che ci ha anche accompagnati dall'aeroporto di Palermo alla struttura, di una cortesia e simpatia incredibili. Giorni stupendi peccato siano stati così pochi.

Piscine non chauffée , très (trop) proche du bar qui donne un sentiment d’être pris pour un animal de foire une fois passé 18h et venue l’heure de l’apéro . Pas de salle de sport Et enfin , le pire qui est pourtant un point essentiel de l’hôtel : la nourriture. Nous avons été abasourdi devant la qualité exécrable de la nourriture proposée. Il s’agit de nourriture de (mauvaise) cantine, peu qualitative, industrielle, chimique ( encore plus pour les desserts) et sans aucun intérêt gustatif. On pourrait encore comprendre si le buffet ainsi que l’hôtel étaient immenses, mais non, l’hôtel est à taille humaine et le choix malgré tout très limité. Les boissons proposées suivent (mal), que la sous marque insipide, en alcool comme en soft. Même pas de bière locale proposée dans le forfait. Il est invraisemblable de proposer un tel niveau de médiocrité culinaire dans un 4*, qui plus est en Italie et en Sicile, pourtant riche terre gastronomique. La qualité proposée pour la pizza est criminelle. J’en ai mangé des meilleures au Cambodge, c’est dire … Je plains les cuisiniers obligés de travailler avec de si piètres produits, servis froids la moitié du temps qui plus est. Nous avons du aller manger en partie à l’extérieur dès notre 2eme jour sur place devant un tel carnage. Si on s’attend pas à manger dans un restaurant Michelin dans ce genre d’établissement, on espère définitivement à mieux dans un 4* et qui plus est au regard du prix payé. Expérience décevante que nous ne renouvellerons définitivement pas.

Animatori molto simpatici con delle attività molto divertenti anche quando il tempo non era dei migliori. Ottima qualità del cibo presso il ristorante a buffet. Cortesia e professionalità del personale anche per la mia bimba di 1 anno e mezzo: ci hanno sempre fornito seggiolone e tutto ciò che abbiamo richiesto.

Ottima opzione all inclusive ma onestamente non mi aspettavo distinzioni su cosa possibile prendere al bar o no. Aggiungerei qualche giochino per i bambini al momento solo due altalene e 3 giochi a molla di cui uno guasto. Amplierei anche le strutture sportive: al momento un piccolo campo di calcetto utile per giocare 2vs2 ed uno da tennis. Aggiungerei uno spazio polifunzionale magari con un canestro per il basket ed una rete per la pallavolo.

Situé entre Palerme et Cefalu 👍 Semaine parfaite dans un cadre magnifique.

This place was amazing! The entertainment was great. Miguel on the decks, he’s great, you can tell he has a passion for it. Vinny is very hospitable. Debora is full of energy😝🐰. Elia was a champion at chess, a great guy to talk to. Baci is an asset to the team, not only did we have a great entertainer but made a great friend also. Bacis english amongst other languages is outstanding🫶🏼. Fabio, Giusepe and Graziela had great service behind the bar with smiles on their faces all the time, even remembering our orders😉. The food was beautiful, plenty of variety. Rooms were cleaned well. Improvement wise - around the board English needs improvement especially being a widely known language. The beach isn’t as displayed in the pictures, and there was quite an aroma. All in all it was a wonderful place. Much love - Ben & Lauren 🌸💓

I went to the Himera with my daughter. We both thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, very clean and luxurious. It is remote but we wanted a relaxing holiday so the location suited us. Although the pool was chilly, I loved it and it was great for aqua aerobics.We were disappointed with the state of the beach, very messy and ugly which spoiled the overall experience of the hotel. Much could be improved here. We found all the staff from reception to bar, restaurant, cleaners and entertainment amazing, they are all a credit to the hotel. There was plenty of variety in the restaurant and the food was very tasty. We had mixed weather so an English Channel on the TV would have been nice. The entertainment was good but not advertised very well. We saw people playing darts and tennis but wasn’t told these were going on so entertainment communications could be improved. On our departure day I asked for our luggage to be locked away safely as we were leaving in the evening, there wasn’t one, so our cases were just left near reception which wasn’t great for safety. I was very surprised there was no shower room for a late departure, they did offer a late check out at a cost of €30. On a cloudy day we booked a massage , it was very good and recommended. Overall, a great place to go if you want to just relax and enjoy what the hotel and weather has to offer. If exploring the local area, a car would be needed as buses and taxis are expensive.

Hotel war nicht sehr groß, genau das richtige für einen City-Trip. Pool und Strand vorhanden, aber aufgrund des Wetters, Dauerregen, nicht benutzt, daher kann ich dazu wenig sagen. Pool-Bar gut, Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß,

Nur 1 Zahnputzbecher im Bad für 3 Personen; Frühstück überschaubar, hätte mehr Auswahl beim Brot gewünscht. Fast keine vegetarischen Gerichte beim Abendesse, wurden aber auf Anfrage vom Koch extra zubereitet, längere Wartezeit dadurch beim Essen. Kein Gym, wäre bei diesem Wetter sicher gut nutzbar.

It is rather new and very clean. The food was VERY good though not plenty. They have activities that are well made.

It is not a real all inclusive: only certain drinks are included and no food between the main meals. You need a car to stay there - it is far from any other place. The beach is very simple if you compare to others in Sicily.

The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The rooms are lovely and modern but there is NOTHING close by, not even a supermarket or cafe. The train station is a 30 minue walk along a road with no pathway... You NEED A CAR to stay here unless you just want to sunbathe, eat and drink!! The staff are very good. Lovely people. Bello, piscina e struttura albergo.

Non avevano kit igiene personale, infatti ho chiesto e menomale ha portato.. la ciabatta per camera essendo un 4 stella mi immaginavo di trovare anche in camera.. nulla.. ho chiesto e non avevano.. il mangiare senza sapore, abbiamo scelto all inclusive.. ma è stato una delusione.. sia per pranzo che per cena… un po meglio la colazione.. ma molto molto da migliorare… e per fine abbiamo assistito ad uno degli staff al telefono a urlare magari con la moglie o parente via telefono una cena orrenda… tra parolacce e tanto altro.. ah e uno degli staff mentre stavo rilassando ha chiesto pure in prezzo del soggiorno di quanto avevamo speso.. poca professionalità.. ci vuole un po di serietà nel lavoro.. penso che tutto sommato darei un 6,5.. perché veramente è stato un po’ deludente..

The hotel is lovely great food and amazing staff who can not do enough for you. The location is remote. It’s a 10 euro taxi to anywhere which isn’t a problem if you are aware, but we were not and not even a shop so was a little odd. However if you want to just site in the sun and go nowhere and not spend any money this is perfect. Like I said food is great and staff were perfect animation team were lovely with my son who is very shy

Comfortable beds

A monotonous breakfast, no fresh orange juice. I didn't feel like I was in Sicily. The price didn't match the quality. It's a shame, because the place is beautiful but underutilized. The beach was dirty. The drinks were of poor quality. The carpets in the lobby and lounge area were dirty.

The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The general manager was very helpful and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were comfortable.

The resort is remote and taxis expensive. A car is essential if you want to travel outside the resort.

Pros: Modern and clean hotel and couldn’t fault that side of it. Restaurant and bar staff were lovely and attentive especially with helping us with items for our baby. Helpful staff when needed. Pool is nice (but can be quite cold) - beach is very pebbly but can’t complain as that’s just due to location but was still nice to dip into the sea. Cons: The food was disappointing - some options ran out quickly and just were not as advertised on their socials and website. Limited meal times (7:30-9:30 for breakfast, 12:30-2 for lunch and 7:30-9 for dinner and extremely rigid which isn’t great for young families but understand this would be fine otherwise) so was always a rush to get through everything. For an all inclusive the “snacks” were leftover croissants and one other odd item so don’t think - certainly not in keeping with a 4* hotel or experience. Drinks are limited and bottom shelf items - unbranded beer, wines and soft drinks but a few ok options. Charge 5 EUR to pool towels - even to change over to replace them for fresh ones. Major complaint is the deserts put out had contained alcohol but were not labelled. Kids had helped themselves to it and there were no other alternatives. We realised and complained of which we were initially told it was watered down so would be fine, which was a strange reaction. After complaining to management, we received an apology and were told they would ensure it would be labelled going forward but that we should ask going forward in the restaurant to be sure (again a little odd as these deserts were the only options). Same thing happened the next night and still no labels. Overall it’s a modern and clean hotel with lovely staff for the most part but the F&B was disappointing - it’s not a 4 star hotel.

The quality of food was awful. There were six dishes offered for every lunch and dinner, but every single one contained frozen, low quality products. There was always a basic pasta dish available without frozen ingredients but we were so disappointed and ended up eating off resort most nights. Even the fresh caprese salad has low quality, plastic type mozzarella. We expected at least fresh fish given that we were next to the sea but it was not to be.

C'était fabuleux . Nous avons été très bien accueillis et chouchoutés tout le séjour. Hôtel magnifique et très propre. Restauration très bonne. Encore des animations même au mois d'octobre. Vue magnifique.

Quelques suggestions : prévoir plus de patères pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain ( voir un sèche serviette) et un peu plus de diversité pour les fruits pour tous les repas.

Die Anlage ist schön, gepflegt und sauber. Besonders die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll, und der große Pool ist ansprechend gestaltet.

Der Strand ist leider kein Sandstrand, sondern besteht aus groben Steinen, was das Baden erschwert. Das Personal war meist unfreundlich, nur vereinzelt gab es Ausnahmen. Das Restaurant enttäuscht: laute Atmosphäre, Papbecher und Plastiklöffel, Essen auf Kantinenniveau mit wenig Auswahl und eher minderwertiger Qualität. Kaffee gibt es nur aus einem Nescafé-Automaten – löslicher Kaffee mit Pulvermilch, nichts wird serviert. Die Betten sind sehr hart, und als Zudecke gibt es nur ein einfaches Bettlaken. Das Abendprogramm wirkt unprofessionell und findet ausschließlich in der Landessprache statt. Ein vorhandenes Amphitheater ist ungenutzt und wirkt langsam verfallen. Es gibt kein Fitnessstudio und insgesamt kaum echte Sportangebote. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Resorts.

The selection of food is rather poor as for all inclusive. I was only for 1 day, if I stay a week I would be not happy.

The weather was very decent: 22-24 - very comfortable. The rooms were decent sized, great sea view, functional and very clean. Staff easily managed English speaking guests. Food was also decent - a decent amount of variety. Staff were accommodating to help with travel plans e.g., taxis, car rentals, etc. It is a nice looking resort; seems to have a lot to offer to guests including kids - likely more during peak season - 0ur stay was October, near the seasons' end.

I have travelled many places (Europe and Caribbean), that unfortunately have their fair share of stray dogs and especially cats. Many resorts will take care of the cats, both medically and food-wise. So I was DISAPPOINTED when staff didn't appreciate any guests trying to help them (one was a mother of 4 babies (one very weak), and another was slightly crippled. The resort should take care of them in all manners - it's what guests want to see!!! unless you're a person with no heart. I know that many other guests were stealing food and water for the cats - so shame shame shame on the resort for not caring for these very vulnerable creatures. Cats resorting to drinking the swimming pool water is just not acceptable. Myself (Canadian) and a few people from the U.K. were disappointed that there were no tours in English - only Italian and French. When I inquired, there seem to be a lack of any remorse and no apology for this; Disappointed that the resorts' spa has a couples massage and four hands massage on their menu, but there is only one 'operator'. Why promote this if there is only one person working in the spa - may be bc it was later in the season and if that's the case, have notification or signage. A couple's massage is not a couples massage if you do one person first and then the other; I inquired about the sunset Jeep picnic to a look of surprise - didn't know what I was talking about. I said it was on their website, and if it's not the case, they should consider removing it. Nice lounge chairs, but not comfortable. Only two positions: flat and in b/w flat and sitting up - not adjustable to different settings. I liked the A/C to be on and left it on in the room, as well as charging some of my devices. Not once, but 3 times, the cleaning lady would take the card insert out which stopped the A/C and my devices being charged.

Beautiful modern and clean hotel, friendly staff, lovely grounds, good variety of food for all inclusive, especially the deserts. We stayed there for a week in October 2025. Couldn’t fault the place too much. The entertainment, restaurant, bar staff were brilliant- Grazia, Eva, Giusy, Franco are just a few to mention. It was my husband’s birthday and we received a complimentary cake and balloons in the room, which was lovely. My only few recommendations will be: 1. To not allow people to smoke and throw their ashes on the floor in the bar as there are children running around and is not healthy. It’s also disgusting for non smokers. 2. To improve on your pest control in the pool area and the grounds. There were too many mosquitoes, flies and wasps, to the extend of me being on fly patrol when our baby was asleep as he was often woken up by the flying insects. My husband and I also got bitten quite badly. 3. To improve on the English level as there were moments when we felt we couldn’t participate in activities because it was all in French or Italian. Most of the staff don’t speak English, which is a downside if you cater for English and international tourists, as English is the most widely spoken language. In comparison we felt that French was widely spoken by the staff to the French guests. 4. Could potentially improve the beach as it looks like a building site with two piles of stones at each end.

We went as a belated wedding anniversary, we were treated really well. We got a cake and fruit platter on arrival to the room!! The hotel was fantastic, really clean and looked really good. There were so many spaces to go and escape the hustle. The food was amazing, had we gone with our children we would have struggled a bit(they are rather fussy), but the two of us enjoyed everything! Our only little annoyance, was the pool- lovely and clean but just a touch cold! Would have been better for us if it was slightly warmer, however we understand it's a naturally heated pool so it's not going to be warm all year. The whole experience of being there was brilliant, we loved it!
