Basen zewnętrzny i wewnętrzny świetny. Pokoje rewelacyjnie, nowocześnie urządzone. Czystko. Śniadanie zróżnicowane, bardzo dobre. Hotel dla wymagających, bardzo dobrej jakości.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

+ Dobra lokalizacja + Duży parking + Wygodny basen + Świeże produkty na śniadaniu (jeżeli jadłeś o 7.30) + Wygodne łóżko

- Śniadania: Na bufecie bałagan, brak talerzyków, filiżanek. Podawano kawę rozpuszczalną (instant). Na pieczywo trzeba czekać. Chyba, że byliście o 7.30 - wtedy było czysto i przyjemnie. Wydaje się, że za cały serwis odpowiadała tylko jedna Pani. Za mało personelu? - Pokoje: Mocno zużyte. W łazience wypadają wieszaki na ręczniki. W pokoju gniazdko, które notorycznie wywalało bezpieczniki. Włącznik deszczownicy prysznicowej mocno zużyty. Ściany brudne, pomazane. Z całą pewnością zrobili to turyści, ale hotelarze powinni takie usterki usuwać. Wygląda to tak, jakby od 2022/23 nikt nic nie naprawił. W pokoju były tylko papierowe kubeczki (hotel ma podobno 4*). Poprosiliśmy o filiżanki i otrzymaliśmy je bez problemu. - Sprzątanie: Było jeżeli się do czekaliście. Serwis zaczynał sprzątanie od 9 a nasz pokój o 16.30 nadal nie był przygotowany. Sami podchodziliśmy do personelu i prosiliśmy o świeże reczniki bo nie mogliśmy się doczekać sprzątania przez 7 godzin. Zgłosiliśmy ten problem ale nie spotkał się ze zrozumieniem personelu. Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkaliśmy się z sytuacją aby czekać na sprzątanie do 16. Może również za mało personelu? - Komfort: unikajcie pokoju 25!!! Znajduje się nad kuchnią. Zostaliśmy tam zameldowani. W pokoju jest bardzo głośno i wynika to, z tego, że sąsiaduje z instalacja wentylacyjną kuchni. Zwracaliśmy uwagę personelowi i udało się wyłączyć wyciąg od 23 do 6.30. To zdecydowanie za krótko, aby się odpocząć na urlopie. Musieliśmy o to prosić każdego wieczoru. Gdy wyciąg był już wyłączony w pokoju było bardzo cicho.

Séjour très, agréable, relaxant et reposant. Le Limen wellness est un très bel hôtel,très bien équipé et le personnel est très à l écoute. Une vraie oasis de paix!!!

the location is ideal if you have a car, as it is close to palermo and cefalu while being situated in a quiet area. The room was spacious enough and overall comfortable

persistent drain smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was generally quite disappointing, especially when it came to the hot food. There was very little variety, while the sweet pastry options were much more dominant. For guests who don’t eat animal products, there were unfortunately very limited alternatives.

It was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The hotel is advertised as a thermal hotel, but there were around 10 children playing in the pool, which made it feel more like an aqua park than a thermal hotel. The staff didn’t show us around the hotel at all, they don’t know how to speak English. The thermal pool was green, and apparently they were experiencing an issue with it. The room itself was okay, but the pillows were uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also set to automatic, and we couldn’t lower the temperature below 24.8°C, which was very uncomfortable. I could only stay in the hotel for around 10 hours. Considering the price I was charged, I honestly feel completely scammed. This was nowhere near the experience I expected or the standard that was advertised.

Soggiorno semplicemente fantastico! Hotel bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, con ambienti accoglienti e un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Ma ciò che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale è stata l’ospitalità: un enorme grazie al proprietario Alessandro, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, e a tutto lo staff, professionale, cordiale e sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremo sicuramente con grande piacere. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualità, accoglienza e un soggiorno indimenticabile! Grazie di cuore ad Alessandro e a tutto il team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος! Τα δωμάτια είναι υπέροχα, προσεγμένα και ιδιαίτερα άνετα, ενώ η πισίνα αποτελεί ιδανικό σημείο για χαλάρωση, τόσο το πρωί όσο και το βράδυ για να πιεις το κοκτέιλ σου! Το πρωινό είναι πραγματικά πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία τόσο σε αλμυρές όσο και σε γλυκές επιλογές, καλύπτοντας κάθε γούστο. Εξίσου καταπληκτικό είναι και το μενού του εστιατορίου, με πολύ νόστιμα και προσεγμένα πιάτα. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στο προσωπικό, το οποίο είναι πάντα ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Τέλος, μια από τις πιο ευχάριστες εκπλήξεις ήταν η πραγματική αγάπη και φιλοξενία που δείχνουν στους μικρούς τετράποδους φίλους μας! 🐾 Για όσους ταξιδεύουν με το κατοικίδιό τους, αυτό κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο ξεχωριστή. Σίγουρα ένα μέρος που θα επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και που αξίζει απόλυτα την επίσκεψη! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Les chambres sont spacieuses et silencieuses. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, sucré, salé, fruits et laitage. Le restaurant est délicieux. La piscine au cœur de l'hôtel est un havre de paix. Serviettes de piscine à disposition et gratuites. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, je conseille fortement.

Avevo inviato una mail all'indirizzo dell'hotel e non mi hanno mai risposto. Il giorno prima ho riscritto su booking e mi hanno risposto celermente. In quella occasione(ed anche nella precedente mail privata) avevo chiesto se fosse necessario prenotare un messaggio per essere sicuri della disponibilità, ma mi è stato risposto che si poteva tranquillamente farlo al check-in.... Peccato che poi quando ho chiesto al check-in non c'era più spazio...! È un vero peccato perché era anche questo il motivo del soggiorno. Tra l'altro, dovevano farmi sapere se casomai si liberasse un posticino ma non ho avuto notizie. Per il prezzo pagato e per avendo girato hotel nel mondo, trovo un peccato che con la sola prenotazione della camera non si possa usufruire anche della sauna e hammam, ma se ne possa usufruire solo ed esclusivamente via prenotazione del messaggio(che volevo prenotare tra l'altro..!!) Colazione buona e giusta, anche se forse si potrebbe aggiungere ancora un pochino di scelta.

The pool is often quiet as the hotel lends it self to a boutique style with limited rooms.

Upon arrival, staff do not assist with baggage instead pointing out their trolley if you wish to use it and take your bags to your room. Air conditioning which was advertised in each room does not work - this is due to the A/C being interconnected throughout all the rooms in the hotel. They control the temperature of your room from reception & during our stay, even after multiple complaints the temperature could not be adjusted below 23 degrees - which was far too hot to sleep in, given we were also in a heatwave. I requested a ironing board and iron, which instead of being taken to our room, we were advised to go to another guests room who had used it previously and collect from the other guest’s bedroom ourselves as the iron is shared. The staff were incredibly lazy & the ironing board needs replacing it had loads of holes in it. We had ants in our bedroom due to their being an ants nest outside on the balcony. Their were tennis courts opposite our bedroom with people playing up until 2:30am & the lights on the courts were therefore on until this time, which meant we couldn’t sleep as the light was coming through the sides of the curtains and lighting up our bedroom. Hotel staff couldn’t do anything about this. The staff were incredibly rude throughout our stay upon receiving the various complaints we had. We were even told ‘it was impossible’ for us to have snacks outside by the pool area. (I had asked for a plate for some crisps to put out) The hotel bedrooms were not cleaned until around 2pm each day, yet check out is very early at 10am. On two occasions during our stay the towels were not replaced, when the room was cleaned. The hotel is in an extremely remote area and it’s incredibly difficult to get taxis. You must either hire a car or fork out around €40 to travel 5mins down the road

Zeer hygiënisch en top gelegen vlakbij Cefalù. Zwembad was ook lekker, alleen wel klein als er 8 kinderen spelen en lawaai maken.

Airco’s op alle kamers zijn centraal geregeld bij de receptie. Deze staat standaard op 25/26 graden en kan niet omlaag. Dit meermaals bij de receptie aangegeven en temperatuur bleef gelijk. Receptie geeft je maar 1 pasje mee, dus als je de kamer verlaat gaat de centrale airco aan. Slapen kon amper met deze hoge temperaturen. De oudere man bij de receptie had dit zelf in handen en kan temperatuur inregelen per kamer, echter kregen wij de indruk dat hij niet wilde dat de temperatuur omlaag ging in verband met kostenbesparing. Ook sloot de kamerdeur niet goed. Dit was een bekend probleem bij onze kamernummer, maar was niet tegen ons verteld toen wij de kamer kregen. Dit vonden wij apart, omdat als je hard tegen de deur duwde ging de deur altijd open.

It was easy to park outside the hotel and the hotel room was spacious, modern, bright and clean. The swimming pool was pretty big and there were enough sunbeds for all the guests to relax on

The breakfast could have more non pastry/sweet options and instead introduce some local fruits, yoghurts and other fresh ingredients. Most of the parasols were in the shade and when I asked the staff at the front desk if they could move them to the sunny side they said it was impossible and that they can't accommodate for all the guests... After 20 minutes roughly they came back to the pool and asked where I would like the parasol to be moved which was great. I wish that the initial attitude was to try before saying no in the first place

Everything was very clean, staff was really nice and friendly and the location is good, in a quiet area but close to the main road that gives you access to Cefalu and the highway A19 that connects Palermo and Catania. Very close to a nice and calm beach not so crowded as the typical tourist ones.

Venerdí 17 luglio mi son sposato al castello Lanzabranciforte di Trabia e insieme a mia moglie abbiamo deciso di trascorrere il week-end prima della luna di miele all'hotel Limen. Struttura sofisticata ma allo stesso accogliente, grazie al suo personale gentilissimo che ci ha accompagnato in questi giorni. Abbiamo deciso di usufruire prima del massaggio e successivamente del percorso benessere tra sauna, bagno turco, piscina e idromassaggio. Consiglio spassionato fate come noi, prima il massaggio (massaggiatrici fenomenali) e dopo il percorso ... sarà ancora piú rilassante! Per la sera abbiamo cenato al Limen. Lo ammetto, all'inizio non eravamo sicurissimi ma ci siamo ricreduti grazie alla squisita cucina del ristorante e alla coordialità di Francesco che ci ha accompagnato nella nostra prima cena da sposini. Siamo felici di aver scelto questo posto per alloggiare dopo il matrimonio. Ci siamo rilassati e abbiamo mangiato da favola. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.

As soon as we arrived we were given a very warm welcome and immediately made us feel at home! The hotel was very clean and up to standards! Although it was busy with guests, it still felt like a relaxing environment! We really loved it and will visit again for sure!

One suggestion would be to fix a small hanger outside to dry clothes.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel mit Pool. Zwischen Cefalu und Palermo. Ein Traum, Schade das wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. War alles Super, sehr empfehlenswert.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura si distingue per una pulizia impeccabile e per uno staff sempre presente, gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, che con la loro cordialità e attenzione riescono a farti sentire come a casa. Consigliatissima, soprattutto per le famiglie, ma anche per chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax, dell’accoglienza e della serenità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Rustige plek, ruime kamer, prima bed. Ontbijt is redelijk, in verhouding wel veel zoetigheid, de yoghurt is erg dun. Je hebt een auto nodig, maar dat vonden wij prima. Je rijdt in een minuut of 20 naar Cefalù en in een minuut of 50 naar Palermo. Wij hebben ook een keer de auto bij station Campofelice geparkeerd en zijn toen met de trein naar Palermo gegaan. Een stuk relaxter. Je kunt de auto goed bij het hotel parkeren.

Er zou iets meer levendigheid in mogen komen.

Not accessible to the beach

Renato at reception was very informative and courteous. Excellent food, chef is great accommodating gluten allergy for my daughter. Agostino, the owner is full of wonderful historical perspectives on Sicily.

Location was a little out of the way.

The staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area, they were always quick to respond and help out.

Das Hotel lag Richtung Cefalu mit tollem Design, liebevoll gestaltet und schönem Pool fast wie in einem Atrium, das Personal hat uns sehr zuvorkommend empfangen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt . Zudem haben wir super Infos zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen.

When we arrived the guy on the desk gave us a card to a room that someone else was in & had also just arrived. We thought we had booked room out the back & not near the carpark but after the trouble with door card we didn't want to nake a fuss. Only had towel for one person in room so had to ask for another. Staff were nice though. Didnt like the Breakfast buffet as had to ask to get them to fill up the buffet baskets etc Dinner menu not to my liking but might be to others.

As a spa hotel the spa access is paid over and above the room which is just the same as external to the hotel guests The breakfast is a disaster they should be ashamed the worst food we have had in sicily The cocktails are disaster too really bad and the staff does not even know what is sweet and sour cocktail The receptionist looked at us and he kept shaking his head like he could not find the booking we did not feel very welcome
